Molly smiled through the kiss as she felt his tongue touching hers. She wondered what he was thinking slightly, but she was forced to break the kiss as another, sharper pain shot through her stomach. She looked up sheepishly and said, "I'm sorry." She muttered, kisisng him shortly before walking over to the bed and laying down, groaning quietly.

Jake

I let her break the kiss and let my green eyes rest on her as she lays in bed again. Feeling terrible that I couldn't help her. I walk over and sit on the other bed, laying onto my back and gazing up at the cieling. Wondering slightly about our future, and how it would turn out. I thought about what job I would get in the new town, still thinking about law enforcement. I wondered about if Molly wanted a job, and if so, in what department.

Molly sighed and laid a hand on her stomach before turning her head to look at Jake. She felt like saying something adorably ridiculous, but she held her tongue. Instead, Molly moaned again and pulled herself under the covers, resting her head on the pillow. "What are we going to do, Jake?" She asked, her eyes closed and her voice almost inaudible. Secretly she wanted him to come snuggle with her, again.

Jake

I look over at her and shrug. Thinking about moving to that bed with her but changing my mind. She probably wanted space in this state. I reach overand grab the remote from the bedstand. Turning off the sound of Jordan's annoying, less than manly, voice.

Molly grimaced, flicking one eye open. He looked as if he was trying to decide on something, and she was hoping that he was coming over to her, but it turned out he was just grabbing the remote. She smiled when he turned off the TV. Finally, she got tired of being alone. "Jaaaake," she whined. "I'm lonely over hereeee." Molly closed her eyes, although a grin was spread across her lips. She felt rather foolish.

Jake

I smirked at her words, and step out of the bed. Walking over to her and laying beside her. I wrap my arm around her waist and pull her closer to me. "Still lonely?" I say, her body close to mine feeling amazing. I felt great after the sleep in a bed, much better than sleeping in a random cave somewhere.

Molly heard his footsteps, and smiled triumphantly. She felt the bed shift down beside her, and felt his arm wrap around her waist and felt her back against hsi broad chest. She giggled slightly and turned her head slightly to look up at him, "Nope." She gave him a rather cheesy grin. Their warmth together was amazing. It felt so right. Unlike Jordan. Disgusted with the thought, she snuggled herself against him even farther until there wasn't space to put tissue paper in between them, her body curving alongside his. "I love you." She murmured.

Jake

I smile as she cuddles closer to me "I love you too, hun" I say quietly into her ear, hugging her close to me and resting my eyes. Her sweet smelling hair to my nose as I kissed her head tenderly.

Molly smiled as he welcomed her warmth, and she his. It was great to be this close together, and those three (or rather, four) words brought her so much happiness, making her chest swell. Out of all men, she'd captured his attention, and he had captured his. It was a great feeling to be loved. The feeling alone was settling her churning stomach, nearly instantly making her feel better. Molly sighed happily when she felt his lips atop her head, and rested her eyes. She didn't care if they were in some shitty hotel anymore. Well, actually, it wasn't that bad, but she didn't care that they were in a hotel, and not a nice, fancy manshion she'd always dreamed about having. Now that she had Jake, all those big dreams were fading away. She didn't care if he couldn't provide for her. She had her own money, not to mention credit cards, and they would both be getting jobs soon. Maybe a Kindergarten teacher? Molly adored little children. She allowed her thoughts to slowly die down as she sighed once more (happy), and let herself drift into a light sleep.

Jake

Her sighs spoke of happiness, which in turn made my smile grow. Twinging my fingers in hers, I let myself drift lightly into a sleep. I remembered how the night before I had stayed in the bed when the change happened, and I didn't want that again. I kept myself away diligently focusing on the position of the moon, but keeping very still as not to disturb Molly. I didn't like this werewolf stuff anymore. I hated it. I couldn't spend the night with her, only the evenings and mornings. The moon was close, and I pull out of the bed almost without any movement. The lack of her touch disappointing and slightly angering. I let my eyes linger on her sweet frame before stepping into the bathroom. Locking the door, and laying the the bathtub. Trying to fall asleep before the change.

Molly moved a bit when she felt the bed move (barely), but it wasn't enough to wake her. Her dreams held her captivated, bringing a smile to her face even through the haze of sleep. Molly was dreaming of a time, in the future, probably, when she could be with Jake, and there was a little girl, whose face was blurry, but she had bouncing black curls, her eye color undefined. Molly and Jake were sitting on a couch in front of a large TV screen, watching some kid's show, as the girl colored pictures of princesses and occasionally looked up at the TV screen, pointed, and laughed. The sweet dreams must've lasted an hour, as that frame stayed glued into her mind, until suddenly in the background she saw the moon rising. In the dream, the child and her seemed completely unaware, as she picked up the girl and was walking up the stairs to put the child to sleep. As Molly was bending gently over the bed with rails to keep the girl from falling off the sides, singing a sweet, low lullaby, she heard ragged breathing behind her. She whirled around to see a werewolf, but that was the last thing she saw before crimson tainted her vision and the dream ended in a bloody mess.
Molly sat bolt up-right in bed and almost screamed, sweat beading her forehead. She looked at the clock. It must've at least been an hour, and she turned to look beside her, but Jake wasn't there. The sudden realization that he wasn't going to be able to spend the nights with her brought an awful sinking feeling to her heart, as she turned over the other way and stared at the wall, the disappointment overwhelming her.

Jake

I clench my teeth in my sleep when I knew I wasn't human anymore. Although I still rested, I could feel the difference. In my breathing, in my mind, in my emotions. I felt the need to get out and go on yet another pillaging. If that could be what I call it... But force it away with amber eyes fighting against green ones. I was fighting with myself, and it felt so wrong. So strange. So.... unnatural. How could I say that? I was a werewolf.... Unnatural sort of comes with the job right? I was counting the seconds till sunrise. Staring up at the ceiling after I had woke and swearing silently at my other half.

Molly sighed and rolled over, glancing at the clock. She wondered when the sun would come up, and Jake would be able to rejoin her in the bed, She was tired, yet she couldn't get herself to sleep. Sighing, Molly got up and walked around the room, opening the blinds to the window. She looked down upon the near-deserted streets, only a solomn police car driving past, then out of sight. A street lamp flickered on and off, but nothiing too out-of-the-ordinary. Molly leaned her forehead against the window's cold surface. Maybe she would wait until Jake came out of the bathroom to hopefully get some shut-eye.

Jake

I had given up on sleep, and stood up. Long, sharp claws scratching for traction on the ivory tub's surface. I caught myself from falling by grabbing the bar for the curtain. Crouched slightly in the seemingly short ceilings. I shake violently and stretch. Unsure of what to do instead of sleeping. With a yawn, I lower myself to all fours and step out of the bathtub and onto the floor. Slipping on the smooth surface and my paws went in every direction. Leaving me to lay on my stomach. With a snort of annoyance, I pulled them under me again. Crawling slowly to get under the counter, in the space that was comfortingly cool and secluded, and rested my head. Deciding to just give in. I close my eyes and push the thoughts of everything away. Letting the amber eyes rest undisturbed and my animal instincts take over. The only thing I held was the desire to murder, and that I could handle.

Molly wished desperately that she could be with him. She looked outside as the sun finally began to rise, the very tip of it breaking over the horizon. She grimaced and flopped down on the bed, her stomach beginning to churn again. She wished that he hadn't locked himself in the bathroom, of all places, but that was probably the only place he could be. Molly grimaced and clutched at her stomach, laying back onto the covers and closing her eyes, trying to relax.

Jake

The weakening of my body brought happiness and remorse to my mind. I didn't like the change to happen when I was awake but I had no choice right now. I couldn't wait to be semi-normal again though. With that, the change began and I grit my teeth. Blocking the pain and closing my eyes tightly.

As much as Molly tried to contain her stomach contents, it didn't work. She rushed over to the trashcan and emptied herself into it, gagging afterwards. She knocked on the bathroom door weakly and said, "Hun, I hate to be a bother, but I really need to use the restroom." Molly rested her forehead on the door, hoping that his transformation would be over soon, and mostly that it wouldn't cause him too much pain. The thought of him being in pain took away her own pain and she asked, "Are you all right in there?"

Jake

I heard her soft voice, but it was raspy and obviously in pain. I sighed softly when I had returned to my trench coat, jeans, and untucked dress shirt. Shaking my head slightly, I brace myself on the counter and walk slowly and carefully to the door. Where I proceeded to unlock and open it. I was sure I didn't look all that great. Probably very pale, and off kilter[sp?]. I open the door completely and step around her. The scent of her bile not seeming to bother me. "Sorry" I frown slightly at her having to puke in the trashcan.

Molly nodded, looking him over a moment, "Go lay down." She said, concern littering her voice. She didn't take knowledge of the apology. He had no reason to be sorry. Nodding gently, she shuffled into the bathroom and poured out the vomit into the toilet before flushing, gagging and holding back another wave of puke at the sight of it, and began to wash the trashcan out with one hand, pinching her nose closed with the other. She hated the smell.

Jake

I didn't do as she asked, and watched as she began cleaning the trashcan. "Let me do that" I say stepping forward before stopping. What if she didn't want me too. I paused, not quite knowing what she would think, before flipping on the fan in the bathroom and leaning against the counter. "I mean, I can do that" I corrected myself. Hoping I hadn't upset her in any way.

Molly took a step back when he moved towards her, saying he could clean the trashcan. "No, no. I don't want you cleaning up my barf." Molly smiled weakly, ignoring the fact he'd quickly corrected himself. She thanked him when he turned on the fan, and released her other hand from her nose so she could wash the trashcan with two hands. That way she finished faster.
Once she was finished, she washed her hands thoroughly and dried them on her pants, then fell against Jake's chest, tired beyond imagination. She wrapped her arms around his waist and closed her eyes, cheek resting on his chest.

I nod softly, leaning against the wall now and watching her clean the trash can. Her exhaustion matching mine. When she was finished, her body against mine seemed to rejuvenate[sp?] me.

Molly sighed and propped her chin against his chest, "You know, I stayed up almost all night waiting for you. Had an awful nightmare." Molly snuggled her cheek against his chest again. "Is there any way to make you human, Jake? I love you the way you are, of course, but I don't like sleeping alone." Molly sighed slightly and hoped he wouldn't take offense.

Jake

Surprise tickled my stomach at her words and I look away. Hiding the pain in my eyes. The honest answer was a simple no. But I didn't want to just say that. I couldn't find words though and I simply shook my head. Unfortunately she was right. The nightmare could come true. Who knew? I didn't know if it was about me, but something told me it was. And I didn't like the feeling that gave me.

Molly cocked an eyebrow when she didn't hear his reply, but looked up in time to see him shake his head. She sighed drearily[sp?] and looked away, unwrapping her arms from him. What were they going to do? If the nightmare did come true... The idea scared her. She didn't want to leave Jake, although she knew it may be for the better, but she just couldn't do it. "Maybe we should get going," she croaked, turning away from him and starting to pack her stuff. "If Jordan is looking for me, we'd best be getting out of town. Today." Molly began pointedly looking away as she packed.
