My smile came wider. "I saw the way you were when that guy was talking to me and stuff." I giggled slightly. "Your protective...I like that."

I roll my eyes again.
"Guys don't own girls like they're sex slaves," I say.

I laugh slighlty. "Well that's what he, apparantly, though."

I watch her.
"Well he's going to &*#% anyway," I say, looking away.

I chuckle. "Yeah. I figured that..." I rolled my eyes and finish off my drink.

I watch her.
"Wow, great, you know something! You get a gold star!" I say, dryly and sarcastically.

I set the empty mug down and roll my eyes again. [Why do we tend to do this? ]
I glanced around again, avoiding any gazes of the people.

I watch ehr for a moment.
"Do you want to leave?" I ask.

I shrug. "Are you done with your drink?"

I arch my eyebrows.
"I'm fine," I say, standing up, gnoring my only half-empty drink.

"Alright then...I guess we'll go." I smiled.

I nod, handing the bartender some money. I nod to her, walking out by her side, not glancing at anyone.

I walk out beside him, keeping my head down. I was trying to avoid any and all glances.

I glance at her.
"What is it?" I ask, walking out to the truck.

I look up. "Nothing. Just...don't want anymore biker creeps coming after me again..."
I glanced around as we got outside. "Where are we going now, anyway?" I smiled slighlty.

I nod slightly, then dhrug.
"Anywhere," I say, holding open the door for her again, my eyes watching her.

I slid back into the car and looked over to his side, waiting.
"I dunno..."

I snort softly as I come in from the otehr side of the truck.
"Helpful," I say.

I shrug. "What do you wanna do? You can take me back to the beach and I'll go home...if I'm getting on your nerves." I smiled slightly.

I sigh.
"Maybe I should," I say, puitting the key in teh ignition and turning i9t. THe truck strted up quietly, and I wondered silently where to go.

I frown. "You seem upset...did I do something?" I whispered.

I glance at her and sigh.
"No. No... Just, memories," I say.

[Guest]

I glance out the window. "Thank you..." I sigh. "But, if you want, I'll go home."

"Do you want to go home?" I ask, looking out the windshield at a few of the bikers that came outside.

I look up at him. "Well...not really. I'm having a lot of fun...but I don't want to be the chain on your leg..."
