Felene had been expecting him to ask that as soon as she flew into the sky. She took a deep breath and sped up, already flying at a fast speed. She slightly turned her head back toward his direction. "My abductors." She dipped down a few feet, ducking over a cloud, then returned to her original height. She slowed her speed again, trying to pace herself. She flapped right beside him, a few feet from his wingtip.

My eyes widened but I kept following her. "Why are we going after them?" I asked.

"Because!" She snapped, not meaning too. Angling downward, she started to glide toward the ground. The land was beginning to look like the same land where Shadow rescued her. She let herself glide down until she touched the sand, sliding her foot down to stop herself. She started to fold her wings back in when her paw snagged on a thick root, causing her to fall over on her face. She closed her mouth tightly, not wanting to get sand in between her teeth. "Eugh." She pulled her head out of the sand, feeling her sore wrist.

I followed her, seeing her landing. I landed beside Felene and immediatl rushed to her. "Are you okay?!" I exclaimed.

Felene opened her mouth just in case she had sand in it again. She shook her head off, not trusting the sand not to fall in her eyes. "I just have a sprained wrist, but I should rest it for a while." She added a bitter note to it, knowing that it would knock off a day. She barely managed not to break it. She also knew that staying in one place for long would attract them. She even wondered on the safety of Shadow's dens. "I'd rather us approach them then the other way around." She explained herself, leaning on her other paw. "We can rest there." She pointed with her nose a small grassy area with a few trees. "I dug a large tunnel in there a few years back."

Felene let him help her over to the tunnels, but she felt weak. Way too weak. It wasn't the first time she's sprained her wrist, or even broken a bone. She let her paws grab a chunk of grass, then used her tail to clear away a piece of wood. It was covered in sand and grass. There was a large hole, a few roots were sticking out of it. She guessed that it might work for Shadow. "It might fit you." She said, limping slowly to the entrance. The fact that Shaow might not be able to be with her caused her mixed emotions. She ducked her head and brought her belly to her paws, slowly sliding down. "The tunnel is deep, the den is at the bottom." She called, her body disappearing as she carefully slid down.

Felene grimaced as her wrist started to hurt, so she leaned on her other paw. She slid down faster, but she soon reached the bottom. The tunnel was a small network, many of them unfinished or dead ends. She felt her way around the darkness, until she felt wood underneath her paws. She shot a flame at it, lighting it up. Holding it up, she realized that the wood was away from the normal pile of firewood. She thought it was strange, but didn't pause to think about it. Putting the burning log in a corner, she grabbed more of them, then threw it to make a pile. The den was light enough, and warm. She placed the firewood over a hole that led to the surface, making sure they weren't going to suffocate.

I noticed the piece of wood that was away from the pile and voiced his concern, "Uhhhhh... Felene? Don't you find it strange that a piece of wood wasn't on the pile?"

"What?" She asked, laying her head on the pile of furs. "Oh um." She laid out her injured wrist, flicking her tail. "Uh." She began, not knowing what she hadn't thought about it earlier. She would've been attacked inside her own den if another dragon had discovered it. "Well yes, but it would take a dragon of your size some time before it would discover my den." She almost felt like if she was boasting. "Besides animals get in here all the time." She laid her head on the fur, looking to see what Shadow would do.

I sighed and shrugged. "Alright. But it still makes me uneasy." I said, walking over to her and laying down next to her, hoping to offer her some warmth.

Felene closed her eyes and looked away, feeling flustered that he would come over to her. Well, they were like mates anyway. She might not yet totally love him, but she knew she would eventually say that. When, she didn't know. She scooted closer to him until their scales rubbed.

Felene's thoughts grew in her head as she tried to sleep. She knew she wasn't going to get any, but she decided to try. She could leave Shadow here, or knock him out. It wasn't too late to back out, she reminded herself. She shook her head, gently sliding away from him. "I just need to get something." She whispered to him, feeling the need to speak quietly. She ran quickly over to the corner of the wide den and slipped into a tunnel. Her other paw felt uncomfortable with all the weight she was putting on it, so she hurried. She squeezed through a very small opening. She looked around, making sure all her medical herbs and powders were in place. Animals couldn't get this far, and no dragon was going to be able to steal her stash. Unless they thought to dig deep underground. Fumbling blindly in the dark, she felt each of the things she was touching. Eventually she found something that was small and squishy. Popping it in her mouth, she swallowed it whole.

Felene popped back into the den, looking in Shaow's direction. She knew that the medicine would take effect soon, but she wanted something to waste her time. Knocked out because of the drug wasn't such a fun time for her. Better be dramatic to waste time, she thought. "Shadow, do you want to go hunting? There's nice prey in these parts, though it's a distance from the den." She asked, sitting beside the fire.

"What?" She said, not expecting him to refuse. She had a small thought in her head--knowing that the drug was taking effect. She ignored it and got closer to the fire, now almost touching it. "Yeah I'm fine." She moved away from a bit, but not that much. "I just want to have some fun, ya know?" She gave a sorta flirtatious smile and leaned closer to him, nuzzling his neck.

Felene frowned, but only for a moment. "I dunno." She moved away from him and whipped her tail back and forth. She gave a huge yawned and went towards the main tunnel. "I could go for a competition to stretch out my wings." She teased, flaunting her figure. "Or do you just want to be lazy and sleep all day?"

"Tsk." Felene scowled at his reaction. "Of course I'm fine. And what do you mean, I need to stretch out my wings." She glared at him, her tail whipping at the walls of the tunnel.

(I can't due to the high-traffic in the living room, which is the room I can only use my computer in. I'll see if I can today. I don't really like to rp sex scenes all the time anyway :/)

Felene didn't like his reaction, and stood for a moment. She brushed past him in the walls of the tunnel, only slightly leaning on sprained wrist. Poking her head out she didn't even think to check her surroundings. Jumping out quickly, she stretched her limbs. "Let's race from that tree" She pointed with her head a palm tree 10 feet from her tunnel entrance "to the coast.". She could barely see the sand anyway, she could only tell by the shimmering sea.
