Serenade smiled at Cai, "No where in particular." she said and watched rose bounce around excitedly. "Can we go home?" Rose asked as she stopped moving for a moment. "I feel tired and dont like this mountain." The little foal shivered as she rememebered the lions. "We have no home." Serenade said sadly.

Cai smiled and snorted "I know a place" he said, starting to walk into the trees, his hooves parting the grass beneath him, hoping they would follow him to the dry sheltered place. (finished it)

Serenade smiled at Cai with delight. "That is sweet of you." Rose glittered and trotted after them into the trees.

"hmmmm, where is it.....ah!" Cai nickered as he trotted to a beautiful drooping willow tree, he pushed a curtain of sage/green leaves aside for them both to enter, it was a beautiful sight inside, sunlight was let in, but it shaded them at the same time.

Serenade and Rose pushed through the curtain of willow leaves. They brushed against the painted mare's flanks and made her giggle. Rose gasped at the beautiful sight before her and laughed as she loped inside. She danced around the perimeter on perky legs and her face beamed. Serenade looked at Cai with huge smile on her white face, "You will be staying too, right?"

Cai slowly turned round, his white tail stuck out and flowing down like a long, elegant, white ribbon "Yes. If you don't mind." he said, alarge smile tearing across his lips. The lippazaner's long mane hung down in long, creamy white ringlets.

Serenade's smile faded, "Oh.." she looked away slightly uncomfortable. Rose didn't pick up on her mother's change of attitude as she danced around them. "I think i might mind if you did stay..." she started slowly, watching his facial features change. Serenade then giggled and tossed her head back, her red mane flying about her like a fiery banner. "Im just messing!" she teased and lipped his shoulder in a friendly gesture.

Cai smiled and arched his neck, white mane falling down on one side "I thought so!" he laughed, pawing the ground playfully with a pointed, black hoof. The stallion smiled at Rose, she was dancing around them. Cai smiled and looked the other way, and started to slowly prance around after her in circles, laughing at the dissiness that swirled around him.

Serenade smiled and watched the two play. Rose, excited that he decided to join her, raced faster around him. To her, the dizziness was like an addiction. It made her feel all light and fuzzy inside, obscuring her vision and making her world sway. With a giggle, she toppled over and got tangled up in her longs legs.
