Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Colton stared blankly at the girl, his expression obviously giving away what he thought. He didn't give a crap, and his posture definatly showed it. Shrugging purpsefully, he cocked his head to the side and rolled his shoulders, before shaking his head and sighing heavily. "Yeah, that's you're problem, not mine. You saying you have a problem with it?" Colton jauntily gave her a stare, daring her to say otherwise. For some reason, her presence made him feel like he had to prove himself, as if to show her he wasn't all crap.
That thought made him snort with laughter, seemingly out of place in the conversation that had been resumed. Raising an eyebrow, he gazed at her when she introduced herself, making himself look like he didn't really care. Inwardly, he did. Grace.... It was a pretty name, he hadn't heard it used before. The girls he always hung out with were nothing like here, usually with names that were rougher and reflected their personality. It wasn't that he disliked her name, but he felt as if she was pure and unspoiled, and as if he was ruining her bit by bit by doing so much as even looking at her face.
Seconds ticked by in silence, before... Grace started to speak again. Colton didn't bother to inturupt her, but merley heard her out. When she mentioned the choker, his hand automaticly flew to his neck, his fingers resting on the black leather that was tightly secured in place. "So what?" The teen was confused, and not for the first time today. He shook his head, obviously looking over the mirror as if there was a certain button he had to pull, or as if there was directions taped to its surface. He no longer felt 'scared' around her, but he still wasn't comfortable enough to near the mirror any closer than he already was. What if she could suck him in there, and he would be stuck there.. forever!?
"I dont know!" Colton suddenly snapped, his eyes growing hard. "It's your freaking mirror, you should know how to get out of it. Why should I even help you out in the first place!?"

Grace stared at him harshly when he laughed. She didn't understand why he was laughing, giving her that weird look that was constantly plastered to his face. Grace grimaced slightly, and rolled her eyes. She remained silent for a while, staring at him. When he snapped at her, she dropped her gaze, ignoring the fact he was being rather rude towards her, as if he was trying to prove himself to her. There was nothing to prove, really. All she wanted was to get out of the mirror. Her eyes flickered to the ring, and she sighed heavily. "You don't have to be rude," Grace stared at him disdainfully.
Turning around, crossing her arms, she shot him a deadly glare over her shoulder, "Well, you're not very useful, are you?" Grace shook her head, hoping to play at his pride to get him to do what she wanted. She only wanted out of the mirror. She ignored his rude comment about her 'freaking' mirror, and what she could do for him in return--or at least, that's what she weened from his conversation. Grace rolled her eyes, walking away from the surface of the mirror a bit. "Hm, not very useful at all... You are all talk and no walk. Your bark is worse than your bite. I don't even know you, and yet I can conclude this from you...? It's rather pitiful."

"I'm not being rude, you're acting pretty darn pissy to me."
Colton stared at Grace, his look obviously meant to intimadate her. It didn't work however, and Colton turned his mind elsewhere. Shaking his head, he brought his hands out of his pockets and glanced back to the open door, pondering if he should just get out of there, as he didn't think he was wanted. Grace turned her back on him, throwing words casually over her shoulder. Colton clenched his jaw tightly, anger starting to swirl in the depths of his eyes. "What's pitiful is you, Grace."
Colton spat out the words, before rolling his eyes. She drove him over the edge, yes, she did. And he was continually trying to prove her wrong, which made him get angry at himself inside. Sighing heavily, he inched closer to the mirror, narrowing his bright blue eyes. The surface of the mirror reflected Grace's figure, and he looked away, feeling rather embarrased. "I'm sorry...."
Colton's head snapped up as soon as the words left his mouth. Had he really said that!? The teen couldn't remember the last time he had apologized to anyone, and now his eyes held a slight shocked look to them. What was he sorry for? He wasn't even sure, but at that moment he had felt that it was nececarry to say. Raising an eyebrow, Colton realized he was now standing only a few feet away from the mirror. A sudden curiousity came over him, and he wondered if the surface of the mirror was hard, or if it was like a different dimention. If he touched it, would his hand go inside? He wasn't sure, but wanted to find out. He was very hesitant however, and kept his hands at his side. The mirror beckoned to him, and Colton cocked his head to one side, looking it over with intrest, before his gaze landed on the girl inside. "How old are you?" He wondered how long she had been trapped in the mirror, and hoped it hadn't been for too long. Especially when he was the one responsible for getting her out... Colton hadn't made up his mind if he would do it or not, but was beginning to think he had no choice in the matter.

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Grace clenched her teeth--and her fists--as his less-than-witty reply. She found it rather offensive, and she whirled around to face him, but she didn't let any emotion show across her facial features. Her clenched fists betrayed her emotion, nonetheless. Grace frowned at his comment, "I wouldn't be so 'pathetic' to you if I was out of this mirror!" Grace snapped back with a ferocity of her own. He was really getting on her nerves.
She was extremely surprised, however, when he apologized. She raised an eyebrow, staring at him with confusion for a minute, before rolling her eyes and unclenching her fists. When he asked how old she was, a look of confusion crossed her face, yet again. How long, exactly, had she been in this mirror....? Oh, definately a very long time. So long she'd memorized every speck and crack in the wall or every dust particle that rested on the dressers and bed, and the tips of the lamp.... "Technically, I'm over a millennia..."
Giving him a cocky look, she commented, "But it's neither polite to ask a lady her age, and in your years, I'm seventeen." She smiled lightheartedly at him, noting the curious look in his eyes.

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Colton noticed that Grace's hands were clenched into fists, betraying her emotions. She was probably mad, but the teen could see why. He tended to sometimes get on peoples nerves, especially if he was angry.
Colton shook his head, pursing his lips. Grace didn't speak for a moment, but he lifted his eyes so he was gazing right at her. When she uttered that she was a Millenia old, Colton's jaw nearly dropped. He found it very hard to believe her, but did he have proof she was lying? No. His eyes widened slightly, and he opened his mouth to speak, but no words came out of his mouth. Pursing his lips back together, he frowned and shook his head, obviously confused. "A.....A Millenia?"
The statement almost made him laugh, but the way she had said it made him know that she wasn't lying to him. And she had stayed looking that young? He found it almost impossible to belive. "So... You're really not lying to me?" He raised an eyebrow, before shaking his head yet again. Grace had a tendancy to seem very serious, and he couldn't do anything else but believe her. Chewing the inside of his cheek, he looked up, his blue eyes slightly troubled. When Grace told him it was rude to ask a persons age the way he had done, he looked away and frowned. "I had to know... You werent about to tell me, were you?" He glanced up at her face yet again, before smiling tiredly.
(eep... that wasn't too good.)

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
The corners of Grace's lips tweaked into a small smile, and she shrugged lightly, her bluish hair falling from behind her ear, making her give a vexed snort of disapproval, pushing the hair behind her ear again. Grace stared around herself for a moment, then cocked an eyebrow and laughed, "No, really, I wasn't." Grace yawned and stretched, leaning against the mirror. She was wondering where the look of curiosity that had previously been in his eyes had went.
Grace, rather randomly, twirled around in a circle, her dress flying out from around her. "Now that your little conversation of pointlessness is over," Grace said, smiling brightly. "We should get on with it, eh?" Grace said, tapping the mirror. "It should be like any normal mirror to you. To me? It's hell. A living prison." Grace grimaced deeply, then sighed. "The choker you have there? It allows you to see and speak to ghosts, whether they choose to appear in front of you or not. It surprises me that you have kept your ghost contact to a minimal. I wouldn't have expected you to be so afraid of me.
"After all, I am just a girl," Grace chuckled, then rapped on the glass with her knuckle, "So, how about it?"

Grace smiled, and Colton immedietly felt better. At least she wasn't pissed off at her anymore.... Or was she? She brushed her long hair behind her ear, snorting in dis-aproval when it fell back down into her face. She turned her head, looking around her, before looking back to Colton. All that was visable around her was a black abiss, and the teen wondered what it looked like inside of the mirror. Hating himself for it, he knew his curiousness was getting ahold of him again. Stepping forward, (and even closer to the mirror,) he cocked his head to one side and squinted his eyes, gazing through the mirror and trying to see what it was like. When Grace spoke, his head snapped up, her delecate voice making him break out of his semi-trance and stumble backwards, realizing how close to the mirror he had gotten. He was still warry of it, his human mind not able to really comprehend that ghosts were even real in the first place. Still, he wanted to know what was really going on, what the mirror was like. Was it possible for him to go inside? He suddenly cleared his throat, shaking his head and raising his gaze so he was looking at Grace once again. She started to speak about the choker, and he refrained himself from touching it once again.
It was habit for him to do so, as he was overly protective over the small thing. Perhaps it was because he fancied it to be from his parents, perhaps not. Either way, he shoved his hands into his pockets again so that he would refrain from touching it.
Looking at Grace cooley, he narrowed his eyes. "I dont know how to get you out... Even if I were to try." Colton shrugged, feeling slightly down. "What's it like in there? Is it beautiful?"
(And my imagination broke down.)

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Grace slightly noticed that Colton was trying to see inside the mirror. She was curious on how to get out of the mirror, but when he spoke and said he didn't know how, even if he were going to try, he couldn't do it. Grace sighed heavily, staring behind her at Skylark, which was moving. Grace furrowed her brows. How was that possible...? Nothing in here was supposed to move! It had been dormant for over a millennia! Even before she herself had gotten into this hell-hole! Grace fraeked for a moment, then shook her head, "It's like living in the stars..." Grace commented, "But it gets old very. None of the stars move..." Grace warily stared at Skylark, which was churning slowly.
"But..." Grace looked back towards Colton, "Honestly, I think you need to at least try something! The galaxy... that spiral galaxy..." Grace shook her head, passing another confused and worried glance at Skylark. "The... Skylark, it's moving...And it's not supposed to!" Grace planted her open palms against the mirror's hard surface, though it felt rather liquidy to the touch this time. "Oh, dear..." Grace commented. Was it the choker? Was the mirror reacting to the choker? Grace frowned and started to pace restlessly. Something was wrong. Very wrong.
She was upset now. The constellation was moving, the glass was turning liquidy, and this boy who just so "happened" to have the choker had found her! It couldn't all be coincidence, she knew that. It would be impossible for this boy to come upon her by chance. It just wasn't logical!

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Living in the stars...
Colton couldn't help but find that thought seriously interesting. His curiosity had started getting ahold of him as soon as he had stepped into this room, and now it was gaining control. What he would give, to just see a glimpse of what lay inside! He cautiously glanced around him, but knew he and Grace were alone in the room. Suddenly, he wondered how she had been able to live, with the terrible loneliness that must have been draped heavilly over her very soul. A Millenia, of being stuck here? This house couldn't possibly be a millenia years old, that was impossible. Where had she been before? Where had the mirror been before? He was pretty sure that the mirror was able to be moved, and wondered if anyone had taken it with them, perhaps having stole it before.
He wondered what Grace had done for such a long period of time, his eyes moving to the large bed beside her mirror. The sheets were dirty, their once white color now a yellowing grey. He grimaced, remembering what she had said about it before. Turning his eyes back to her face, he caught her looking worridly behind her, before looking at him and starting to speak, sounding rather nervous.
"What, what's wrong!?"

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Grace stared at him. He was obviously overly curious, and she shook her head, "Get away from the mirror!" Grace snapped, poking the mirror, the surface of the mirror still liquidy, and she could nearly press her hand onto the other side of the mirror. She stared, rather horrified, at the prospect that she may actually be able to get out! "Wait, wait, wait. Come closer? Maybe put your hand on the mirror or something? It seems to be getting...more flexible. The closer you get..."
Grace stared behind her, a shooting star flying over her head, making her duck. It might be dangerous for him to get any closer, though. The closer he got, the more pent-up energy was spent from the universe around her. She was willing to risk it, though, if it meant she would be getting out. She was dead, anyways, and a star shooting through her midsection wasn't going to hurt her or anything of the like.
Finally deciding that he should actually touch the mirror, she nodded in a short, curt manner. "Touch the mirror. Put your hand on it or your finger on it or something." Grace said, rather sure of herself now. It had to work! If the mirror turned to complete liquid when he touched it, she would be able to slip out! The plan was nigh infallible! "Hurry would you, it's going haywire in here!" Grace ducked from another star.
[ maybe he gets close enough and puts his hand on the mirror, and it sucks him in? ]

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
When Grace snapped at him to get away from the mirror, Colton took a tentative step backwards. She poked her finger forward, before the surface of the mirror seemed to ripple, as if was made out of thick liquid. The teen watched intently, captured by his curiosity, but also slightly afraid of what was about to happen. The expression on Grace’s face seemed to state her feelings, a mix of horror and excitement drenching her with an un earthly glow. She suddenly told him to come closer, but Colton didn’t move. His feet were firmly planted to the ground, eyes staring straight at Grace’s face, unblinking. His skin was coated with a sheen of sweat, hat jauntily cocked on his head. He no longer felt the need to act the way he had been, his growing excitement and curiosity pulsing through his veins. His lips were slightly parted, eyes glittering intently with a very intense look to them. Blinking once, he stiffly nodded, before swallowing and looking away from her. Slowly, he stepped forward, feeling the air around him seem to crackle with electric tension that made goose bumps raise on his arms, a small shiver wracking down his spine.
Grace suddenly ducked, but what from, Colton couldn’t be sure. She disappeared from view from a minute, before coming back into sight, a strong, unseen breeze whipping her hair around her head. She soon told him to touch the mirror, and as if he was in a trance, he raised his hand. His fingers were outspread, palm facing the mirrors rippling surface. As soon as he reached forward, he nearly fell backwards with the searing electricity that was pouring out of the object, small sparks scuttling down his fingers and arm. “What-“ He started, but there was no way he could back down now.

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Grace stared at him hesitantly, wondering why he was being so abnormally hesitant towards the mirror, which he hadn't been only moments ago. Grace frowned for a moment, then watched as he put his outstretched fingers on the mirror. It rippled from her side of the mirror, and a shower of comets and shooting stars began to hurl down upon her, forcing her to dodge constantly. She felt like she was being pushed back---the last thing she wanted. Skylark loomed ever closer, and she was flung off of her feet by the force of the impact that was eminating from where his hand was. She couldn't even hear herself think with all the commotion.
"Take...your hand.... off.... the mirror!" Grace shouted, clamping her hands over her ears and resting herself on a star that was as near to her as any other. The ground was rumbling, but there wasn't any ground to rumble. The air was reverbating, and it felt completely unnatural. Her eyes widened as she saw a black hole forming where his hand were, and she scrambled back as far as she could, and as fast as she could. "Gah! TAKE YOUR HAND. OFF THE MIRROR!"

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
(This is an exiting topic. (: Noo, you're not!)
Suddenly, darkness filled Colton's vision. He couldn't move, as if his body was frozen in the air. He felt himself being drawn closer to the mirror, a unknown force bringing him closer and closer to its surface. Suddenly, his palm brushed against its surface, a harsh electric shock shooting down through his body. He cried out in surprise, suddenly able to move once again. He couldn't see, even when he blinked and waved his hand in front of his face. Nothing. His body started to twist back and forth, the teen kicking and clawing, trying to get out of the black abyiss that was consuming him bit by bit. He screamed in desperation, but no sound came out of his parted lips. Coltons body was suddenly pulled forward, and though he tried to stay where he was, there was nothing for him to hold on to. A harsh roaring sound filled the blackness surrounding him, all traces of the room vanished completley. The sound was deafening, making Colton raise his hands and clutch them over his ears, feeling as he was being tormented.
His body was slammed into invisable barriers, making him cry out in pain. His eyes were wild with fear, but also with a growing sense of wonder and excitement. Clutching his arms over his head, he curled his body into a protective ball, trying to avoid the blows that were being rained down upon him. "Gra-" He started to call for the girl, but his lungs started screaming for air. His heart beat wildly, pumping against his chest and making blood rush through his veins at a sickening speed. Seconds flew by, before he was suddenly surrounded by heavy silence. The pain was gone, and he parted his lips, sucking in a wavering breath. Opening his eyes, he raised his head, trying to regulate his breathing so he could think straight.
(Ok, he's in the mirror.)

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Grace bit her lip, hearing Colton cry out. She suddenly felt extremely guilty, and she was wondering if it was really so painful for him. It was painful for her, too, though on definately on a lesser level. As abruptly as it began, it stopped, and Grace stared around her. The stars had started twinkling, Skylark the galaxy was floating around in large, lazy circles. Grace suddenly as Colton's body flopped down quite a bit away from her. She stepped down from the stars, walking over to him and placing a gentle hand on his shoulder.
"You okay...?" Grace asked quietly. She was astounded and sorry. She didn't mean to get him hurt, and the last thing she'd wanted was for him to be sucked into the mirror. It was the last thing expected. Grace stared at him for a moment before flopping backwards, rubbing her temples. She had severely mixed emotions. She felt angery and sad that she wasn't able to escape, but she felt truly sorry and unhappy that she'd taken Colton into her living hell with her. It was nicer now, however, since his presence had somehow altered the life in the separate galaxy, everything was now alive and wonderfully placed.
"I'm so sorry," grace murmured, frowning and putting her hands in her head.
"You okay...?" Grace asked quietly. She was astounded and sorry. She didn't mean to get him hurt, and the last thing she'd wanted was for him to be sucked into the mirror. Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Coltons head flopped back into his hands, his bare chest rising and falling as he tried to breath. The air here was different, feeling slightly heavy and taking a bit to get him used to it. Still, it was oxygen, but it was still hard to move, to even think. A warm, pleasent breeze touched his skin, making him shiver slightly. Colton wasn't aware of anyone elses presence, but he suddenly felt skin touching his, and jumped, obviously not expecting anyone to be there. Pushing himself backwards, his head shot up, eyes wide and hard. His jaw was clenched harsly in place, his skin appearing to be dark in the dim light. Looking above him, he drew back as he saw Grace's face inches from his, stiffening as he felt her long hair brush against his skin. She quickly apologized, but Colton had no idea what to say. He was in complete awe, not knowing where the hell he was, and what he was supposed to do. His mind couldn't comprehend what had happened, and as Grace moved slightly looked away, he raised his eyes and glanced warrily around him. "What... What is this place?" His voice was deep and low, though it slightly cracked at the end. He wasn't scarred from his passing into the galaxy, suspened as if there was no gravity force.
Pushing himself to his hands and knees, he frowned, crawling forward and towards Grace's slumped figure. Was she real? Was this just an illusion? He couldn't be sure, and as he moved forward, he soon made his way to her side. Slowly raising his hand, he reached out his fingers, his skin coming into contact with her smooth cheek.
The touch send electric shocks down his arm, and he jumped back, obviously embarrased and very confused. "I dont understand! Where am I?" Now he was getting angry, and he whirled around, pushing himself to his feet and grabbing his hat off of his head, balling it into his fist.

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Grace could tell Colton was trying to get himself together. She didn't blame him. He was probably very disrailed from what had happened. When he asked where they were, she only sight, lifting her head a tad. She shook her head, staring out towards where Colton had just fallen into. Grace suddenly felt his fingers brush against her cheek, and jumped back slightly. It'b been a millennia and sevevnteen years since she'd had somebody that could actually touch her. She knew it was because of the choker, but it was still a nice sensation, though it brought back sad memories of Ty.
When he asked where he was again, this time obviously ticked, Grace shied away from his sudden anger. She wasn't accustomed to people getting so angry. She frowned and shook her head, pointing warily to where the large, rectangular shape of the mirror's glass stood, not more than twenty feet from Colton's current position. "You're inside the mirror..." Grace said hesitantly, then flinching as if she was afraid that Colton would hit her.

No. Not this. Please, not this.
Colton was trapped in the mirror, and there was nothing he could do about it. Letting out a strangled cry of anger and disbeleif, he threw the hat harshly away from him, his muscles tense, jaw tight. Eyes glittering in sudden anger, he ran a hand roughly through his hair, starting to pace back and forth. Sure, it was nice enough in here, but how the hell was he supposed to get out! This had all been a huge mistake, even going back to this house. Whirling around, he faced Grace and saw her flinch, looking slightly frightened at his sudden outburst of anger. He supposed it was different for her, especially for what had just happened. If it was true, if she had really been stuck here for that long, she would obviously be exited to have the presence of someone with her.
"What am I supposed to do?"
Colton's posture slumped downwards, his shoulders hunching. His eyes no longer held a glint of anger, but now were just confused and slightly frightened. He shook his head, biting down on his lower lip and glancing to where the surface of the mirror was shimmering, looking as hard and flat as a mirror could ever look. Was this it? Was there no way out?
"Grace, you dont know what this means!"
Colton used her name directly for one of the very few times, looking desperatly into her eyes. "I'm stuck here!"

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Grace dropped her gaze to her feet. She sighed and shook her head. Colton's behaviour was confusing her. She was excited to have another person with her, but she felt awful for dragging him into the mirror. She didn't know how to get him out, to be completely honest. Grace shook her head, feeling like she was on the verge of tears yet again. She shook her head. "I know what it means!" Grace snapped, hopping to her feet.
Her gaze suddenly hardened at his words, having an unsurpassed feeling of anger and disappointment. He had no idea what it was like to be 'stuck' in here, so how dare he go and judge her on something she'd experienced 100 times longer than he had! Grace clenched fer fists, turning away from him, "I don't think you know what the hell you're talking about!" She snapped. "I've been in here a millennia, and yet you say it's awful to be stuck in here, when you haven't been in here for less than a minute!?"
Grace shook her head and floated towards her galaxy. Skylark was twinkling slightly, and she sat down on the farthest edge of the galaxy, farthest away from Colton. She wrapped her arms around herself and stared at the floor, the same silvery tears running down her cheeks again. She wanted to tell him to find his own way out. She hadn't meant this, and yet he was blowing up in her face. She hadn't meant anything like this to happen! She was sorry, and she didn't know what to do to help. She'd screwed everything up, yet again, and she decided being alone in here for eternity was better than having Colton in here with her.

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Colton snorted distainfully at Grace's harsh words. "That's exactly the point!" He was starting to grow furious once again, narrowing his eyes that held sharp shards of anger in their depths. "It's because I dont want to be stuck here for a fricking Millenia! I tried to get you out, but look what happened! Now I'm stuck here too!" Grace looked like she was furious, but also confused. Soon, she turned and stormed away from him, and Colton looked away, his jaw set tightly in place. It wasn't the way he had wanted it all to go. If she was supposed to get out of the mirror, he just wanted somebody else to do it, not him. There was no way he could possibly get her out now, unless he was able to get out himelf. Colton was also pretty darn sure that there weren't any more magic chokers floating around, so it looked pretty dark for the both of their futures. Deciding it was the only way out of this cursed place, Colton turned his back on her and started striding towards the mirrors surface, leaning down and snatching his hat as he moved by. When he reached the mirror, he placed his palms on it, looking out with eyes that showed all of his emotions. Suddenly, a noise fom outside the mirror caught his attention, and he turned around, wanting to call Grace. Somebody, a group of people was coming into the house. Was it? Could they help him!? Deciding Grace would hear him calling for help, he started banging on the glass with his fists, yelling at the top of his lungs.
Soon, a couple came into view, but Colton didn't realize why they were here. Stepping through the open door, the man quickly closed it behind them, turning the lock into place. "Hey! Help! Over here!!"
Colton's low voice cracked in an embarrasing manner, but he no longer cared. "Hey!!" For some reason, the couple didn't seem to notice him. Only when the guy pushed the girl against the wall, did Colton realize what was happening. His face twisted into a groutesque manner, and he whirled away from the mirror, hearing a slight flirtations giggle. "Grace!?"

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Grace listened to his harsh words. He had no idea what he was talking about, she decided. She couldn't blame him. She wasn't so thrilled about being stuck with him, either. Grace stayed where she was, hearing the new couple come in. She was accustomed to the sound by now, and it was only going to get worse. She'd learned how to drain out the sound, however, and when she heard Colton cry out for her, but she just shook her head, rubbing her eyes on the back of her wrist, letting the silvery tears fall from her wrists as she shook them off.
"Get out by yourself," Grace called back, though it was halfheartedly and she barely had enough energy left in her to so much as say hello. Grace sighed and pinched the bridge of her nsoe, keeping back tears. "I can't help you now." Grace knew he'd find a way out. After all, he did have the choker. What'd she have? This world all by herself. Suddenly, it didn't seem so bad anymore. Maybe the solitude was where she really belonged. Maybe there wasn't any hope for her after all. Grace shook her head.
"Get out by yourself..." she muttered again, sighing deeply.

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Colton pressed his back against the mirror, shaking his head. The sounds of the outside echoed through out the place, and he tried to muffle them slightly. "Why cant they hear me!?" He was quickly inturupted by Grace's light voice, that now sounded downcast and rather saddened. He looked down, blinking once and trying to sort through his huge load of thoughts. He felt heavy, as if he would fall any second. Walking on nothing but air was new to him, and he looked down as if he would plummet into the depths within the minute. Knowing that now, it was probably not going to happen, he pushed himself away from the mirror and started walking back up towards where the large shimmering galaxy was created, knowing that that was where Grace had gone. He slowly made his way towards her, barley making a sound. There was nothing to make a sound on, and he quietly climbed up the few small stars, the glowing orbs supporting his weight that seemed to be nonexistant here. There was no way he was going back to the mirror, not when the gruesome scene was happening out side of it. Trying to block out the sounds, he soon reached Grace and tapped her lightly on the shoulder, standing up and behind her so she would have to turn around to see him. "I'm sorry... That I snapped at you."

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Grace shook her head, hearing him quietly underneath the nosie that was coming from the room outside. She sighed quietly but she didn't turn around to face him, though she was pretty sure that's what he'd been expecting from her. "It's not your fault," Grace said, a cold edge to her tone as she continued to stare at the twinkling stars of Skylark underneath her feet. "I would be annoyed if I got stuck in a mirror, as well."
Grace snorted a laugh, shaking her head in a sarcastic kind of humor. "Of course I've gotten used to it by now." Grace heard a moan from the other room and she shook her head, gritting her teeth. "They are disgusting," she commented, frowning. Grace still didn't look at him, however. She didn't want to see him. She'd just get all worked up again.

Colton didn't answer at first, pursing his lips together to keep himself from saying something he would regret. He had already apologized twice today, and wasn't planning on doing it any more, not when that was already a record. A soft groan came from the outside of the mirror, and Colton winced, raising his hand and scratching his head slightly, looking slightly confused. When Grace commented on the noise, Colton nodded, but she wasn't looking at him. Breathing in a deep breath, he slowly let it out in a long sigh. "Yep... But you dont know at all? Any way out?" It wasn't that he had come up here to ask her, but he really did want to know. That was the top priority right now, was getting himself out of the mirror. After that, he would try and get her out.
"How did you do it?"
Colton's voice was deep and quiet, sounding calm despite the situation. "How did you sit here for that long, without going completley mad? Weren't you lonely?"
(Me too sis, me too. Dx)

[ xD lol don't worry about it, i still love yew like a sista!! --no homo-- ]
Grace frowned at his comment. The first thing she thought about his question was that it was completely stupid adn ridiculous. "If I had known a way to get out, do you think I would still be in here?" Grace asked, a tad annoyed, but it didn't seep into her tone. She was fine with him being annoyed, really. She didn't want him to be angry at her, though. Annoyance was a mutual feeling at the moment. But anger? Nope. Grace didn't like the emotion. Ty had frequently been angry, and it wasn't necessarily a good thing. Ty never hurt her, however, but he didn't hesitate to whip bad slaves or punch a man on the streets because he harrassed Grace.
Shrugging, Grace commented, "Well..." Grace honestly didn't know how to answer that question. "I don't know. I guess... I think it's because I had the hope of someday finding somebody with the choker--which you have--and that I'd finally be free. I didn't mean for it to go so awry." Grace shrugged, turning around slightly to look at Colton in the eyes.

Re: A Millennia of Memories [ Spritzie-kun ]
Colton sighed. He sounded so freaking stupid, and now he was getting self concious about it. "No... I suppose not. It was a stupid question." When she didn't speak for a few moments, he let his mind drift away, thinking about things he didn't normally. If his parents were alive somwhere, would they ever find him? Maybe, maybe not. He suddenly felt slightly bad for skipping school all the time, as if he owed it to them to stay in. But they had dis-owned him; he owed them nothing. Colton broke out of his semi-trance as soon as Grace spoke again, and he let out a heavy sigh.
"I probably disapointed you, didn't I. I'm not.... not all that great. Nothing like a knight in shining armor for you." She turned and looked up into his eyes. Her stare was intense, making the teen frown and step to the side to get out of her gaze. He moved so he was standing beside her, though he was far enough away there was no physical contact between the two of them. He ran a hand through his long dark hair, looking sullenly down and to the side. "I never thought this would happen... This is kind of unreal, if you get what I'm saying. And if you dont mind me asking, what happened? How did you get stuck in here anyway?" There was nothing else to do, so he might as well ask her a few questions.
