"N-Nevermind." He said, then laid back down on the tree, relaxing his neck on the tree.

Isigh heavily, feeling bad about my reaction. I walk over to the water and lay down a few inches from the side. Laying my head down and blowing hard out of my nostrils. The water dipped and rippled away from my breath.

He closes his eyes, but ears still alert for any noises.

-Next Mourning
He opens his eye, the bright sunlight directly on them. He turned his head as his pupils dilated to the sun. He then woke up, ears alert for any noise. He walked quietly to the pool of water and quenched his first, then started to graze.

I awoke without seeing Ice, and glanced behind me. Relieved to find he hadn't left me, and earning a new sort of feeling for the stallion. I dip my lips into the water and sip the cool liquid lightly. Standing up once I was done and stepping silently over to him. I touch his stomach lightly to my muzzle and graze. "Sorry about last night..." I say quietly.

"Its fine, it wasn't your fault." He said, and looked up towards the sky, then towards the mare. He had feelings for her, but her was too embarrassed to ask. He continued to graze by the mare.

I knew what he meant by last night, but was slightly frightened to do the naughty just yet. I lift my head and rest it on his shoulder. Closing my eyes and feeling his pulse on my chin.

He nuzzled her, and then lifted his head up from grazing. "We should go soon before It gets to hot." He said, then galloped through the trees, then waited for outcast to catch up. "Come on slow poke!" He said, then continued to gallop off.

I frown lightly as he disappears into the forest. His next words making me lift my lips into a small smile. I bounce after him, ankles catching the shock and keeping it from moving my back and sides too much. I meet him, and nip his rump lightly, running at his flank.

He playfully nipped back as his mane waved in the wind. The sun was almost high in the sky, Noon time. He enjoyed the cooling breeze on his eyes as he ran with outcast.

As he nipped me back, I felt like this could be the one. Like I wanted him, and I wanted to birth his foal. I figured the next time we stopped for the night, I would hint him into asking me.

He smiled, as he watched outcast run with him. However, he failed to notice the branch in front of him. His leg broke through the dead wood, but he struggled to gain balance as he ran down the hill. He then tripped over his hoof and began rolling down the hill, and landing in a bush. He clenched his teeth as he felt the pain, but he didn't feel any broke bones. He slowly got up and shook himself, feeling the pain in his right leg and his shoulder. He checked on the areas, just a bruise for both.

"Ice!" I yell, speading up to try and catch him as he fell down the hill. I skid to a trained stop just before him and nose his leg gently "Are you ok?" I ask, eyes littered in honest concern.

"Yeah im fine, just bruised it a little." He said, then started to trot again. "I'll be fine, Lets keep going." He said, then galloped to the forest, the leg having numb pain.

I reluctantly follow, not taking it as quite the truth, but going with it. I follow him into the forest and slow to a brisk walk, admiring the beauty and life.

He stops the rest when the sun is bright in the sky, and a major heat wave strokes the land. He lowers his head to drink the water, and he goes to lay down in the shade, cooling down in the extreme weather.

(I can not stop watching that stupid cat video lmao)

I match his behaviour, greedily drinking the water. He then goes and lays by the tree. I flick my ears back and step away from the area slightly, grazing among the chewy, forest moss. It tasted horrible, and didn't have much nutrition. But it was something to put my mind on...Right?

He leaned his back up agaisnt the tree, cooling off in the shade.
