I smile small and let my forelock cascade over my face and eyes. Chestnut coloring hiding a white face and blue eyes. His next words made me giggle slightly "Escort me?" I smirk and flick my tail, forgetting about my scent. "Like a little foal? Why not?" I toss my head and half rear in fun.

He smiled, then turned around. "Follow me then. We'll go the way around, theres less horses there." He said, as he trotted onto a rocky path.

(I have a unused female shape shifter, I've been wanting to use her. I also have like hundreds of horses I made but never used, and some from inactive topics.

I smile and nip his sides playfully before following him onto the rocky path. Thick and tough hooves manuevering easily over the rocks and dips.

He returned the nips play fully on her shoulders. He slowly advanced up the rocky paths. He then saw a grass land with other horses, smack dab in the middle of there way. He nickered to the other horses below, hiding the mare from view. He could tell that they were forcers. "Stay close." He said. He saw them stare at him as he walked on the path, and he saw the poor helpless mare with her foal being cornered.

I stick to his side until I saw the poor mare and foal. Anger coarsing through my veins. I throw my head, trying not to face the inevitable. I turn my gaze away, hiding my face in Ice's shoulder before I heard the mare's scream. I turn around as we reached them and kick the stud right in the nose. Pinning my ears and whinnying loudly at them. The mare quickly ran with her foal, but I wasn't done. I grab the stud's mane in my teeth and pull hard, ripping some out. I spit it down and snort loudly. Staring him right in the eye. I ignored the other stud's, focusing on this one. He had forced me before, good thing I killed the foal "I hope you know, your foal is dead. Killed after his first breath, your precious genes wasted" I snarl the words.

"Outcast!" He yelled as he jumped down, running straight towards her. "Lay low! your causing a scene!" He said, reaching her. He rammed her in the shoulder, knocked her aside. He put his hooves on the ground and ran at the stud, he was known for being light on his feet. He put his neck on the other studs chest, then putting his back legs to use as he pushed the stud off his feet. Once the stud was, he turned around and in a instant, hit him with his back legs. Blood trickled from his upper chest as the horse coughed blood. He ended it as he turned around to hit again, hooves hitting the horses skull. He made a loud thump as he hit the ground, dying a slow, painful death. He turned around, his Ice blue eyes in anger. The stud had already vanished, and is sane turned to him by then. "You have to lay low, the horses that were looking for you could have sprang up and killed you!" He said, panting from the fight. The stud lay on his side, in a pool of blood oozing from his mouth. "Lets hurry before a horse comes." He said, then cantered in the direction they were going to.

I was breathing heavily when he killed the stud. His words boring me slightly. " I realize that. I have dealt with this before" I say, but he had already cantered away. I frown slightly and turn around. Looking at the prints left by the forcers. I then canter after Ice, reaching him and matching his pace. "You didn't have to do that you know, but thanks" The words were rare coming from my mouth.

"Your welcome, but try to be more careful. Try to look at it from all sides, and all possibility." He informed, then started to gallop. "Lets take our minds off things, would you like to race?" He asked, keeping his speed. "It might shed a couple of hours, if you can match my speed." He teased, running across the path.

I grin at the challenge and match his speed easily. "Why not?" I flick my ears back and lift into a run, not a sprint, but a run. Pacing myself. I look back at him, watching as he quickly catches up. He was made for endurance running, and I knew that. He would most likely outrun me. But I didn't mind being humbled by him.

He smiled, catching up to her. "Catch me if you can!" He said, then sped up to a full gallop.

I push myself harder, pounding the earth hard with my large hooves and reaching his pace. I barely glance over at him before focusing ahead and adjusting my breathing. Watching the ground infront of me for any logs or large rocks.

He raced his legs faster, but only by a bit. He reached his max speed, and he now concentrated on the obstacles ahead of them. He jumped over a broken log and a split boulder. "Were almost there!" He said, panting.

I cough slightly at the dry air and speed up so we were shoulder to shoulder. His words refreshing. "Good" I laugh slightly and jump the log, swiftly avoiding the split bolder. I curved back to his side and let my eyes move to my left. Observing the falling sunlight.

He slowed down his pace to a trot, and took a bypass as he went back to the meadow, a pool of water in there. He walked over to the water, legs tingling and gulping down as much as he could.

I almost ran right into the water, but slid to an awkward stop just before. Lowering my head quickly to the water with a quick movement. I grunt slightly as the cool water runs down my throat. Closing my eyes and taking large gulps.

He raised his head up, water spraying everywhere. He felt like he was close to the mare already, and playfully nipped her cheek.

I continued to drink the water when he splashed, but jumped defensively back when he nipped my cheek. Only after I saw his face did I realize it was all in playful innocence. I lower my head to the sandy ground below us. "Sorry"

I step closer to him and touch his shoulder to my velvety nose. Adrenaline still pulsing through my body. My hot breath tickled his skin slightly. "Sorry" I murmur into his coat again, resting my piercing eyes and trusting in him. The one person I could trust, and I had met him only today.

"Lets sleep here for the night, were almost out." He said, looking at the mare. Should I? He thought. He took a step towards the mare, but changed his mind and went to lay over by a tree.

I watch him as he steps towards me, then turns and lays under a tree. Biting my lip slightly. I lower my maw to the water and take a few more sips. Trotting silently to where he was and laying beside him. His warm body against mine feeling surprisingly right.

He feels her warm body, and starts blushing. It seemed about the right time. He nipped her rump.
