Like always, I push and shove my way through the crowded school hall, but no one notices. I was small for my age, with big crystal blue eyes, and blonde hair that always fell in my face. My backpack was big and heavy, and I ran into class, late again. I hear kids snickering, and I frown, sitting down in my seat.

Power:Angel can read minds, and can control minds. She can breath underwater and talk to animals. She can change her appearence all the way. She is 2% bird and 98% human and is defintly the strongest and wisest in her flock.

Personality:is very conflicted about whether she's a good guy, or a bad guy. She likes to help people, but she also likes making people hurt themselves if they try to hurt her or her flock. She likes to control people's minds and make them buy things for her too. She knows that's wrong, but she doesn't know why it's wrong. If she ever fell into the wrong hands, she could be convinced to do very bad things indeed.

Angel walked into her 5th grade room, books in her hands. She looked around nervously. Not really used to kids, Angel never went to school. She was offered to go into a higher grade, but Angel ignored the offer she wanted to try to be normal for the first time. Walking in the room she stopped and looked at her teacher. The teacher was talking quite fast and it was kinda of hard for her to pick it up. She looked over to see where the teacher was pointing to and sat down.

I see a new girl walk into the classroom, her blonde hair flipping behind her. My wings ached, tucked tightly into my shirt and pants. There was hardly a bulge, as I held them tight against my back. I opened the textbook and sighed, my focus returning on the new girl.

Angel looked over to see the other people. Her head traveled both ways. Some studying her and some steadying their pages. She started flipping through the pages when the school bell rung, ready for lunch. She had been late only because she had been just coming back from a long journeying and really was nervous. The teacher looked over. "Your assignment is to do problems 1-10 on those math questions." she said. Angel looked at the chalk board that went halfway down the wall. Those problems, those problems looked easy. Those are so easy. She thought, but nervousness overwhemled her with excitement. She was really living the school life. "By the way, the new girl is Angel." Angel hurried, writing down all the math problems in her notebook. She then hurried up and looked back at everyone else before leaving out the open door ahead of her. She looked at the map they gave her of the school. "LUNCH room, lunch room." she mumbled.

I step forward over to angel after the class was dismissed. "Umm, you seem a bit lost. Do you need anyhelp?" I ask, hoisting my backpack onto my shoulder, my blue eyes sparkling behind my blonde hair.

Angel was kind of startled to hear a voice and she looked over to see a boy,standing right in front of her. She went for his gaze and then nodded. "The lunch room," she murmured no longer meeting his gaze and looking at the map pointing at the part of room.

[Spritz]

"I can show you if you want?" I say, and motion for her to put the map down and follow me. My wings ached, and I couldnt wait for recess. A time to strech them out and fly.

Angel smiled and nodded. "Sure," she said nicely. Her voice was barley a happy squeak and her heart skipped a beat with excitment.

[Spritz]

I led her through the busy halls and to the caferteria, then pointed to a few tables. "There are some girls your age-" I say, but I wouldnt stay. I needed to get outside, to feel the wind in my hair as I flew over the ground.

Angels smile turned into the forced smile. "Ok." she murmured and walked into the lunch room.

[Spritz]

I frown, as she leaves me. Not even a thanks. Well, she would learn eventually. I hoped. I leave the lunchroom, and exit the school, though we werent supposed to. As soon as I was out of sight, I strip off my shirt, and flap my wings a few times, getting the blood flowing through them again. With that, I push off of the ground, and was soon soaring, a few hundered feet above the ground.

Angel hurried over to the buffie and got her lunch she then hurried outside and looked over sneaking slowly. She threw her lunch away, leaving her apple and looked seeing the boy. She slowly took a bite of the apple.

No one could see me, and I flew with ease, the wind ruffling the downy feathers on my dark wings.

Angel hurried with lunch, the sweet delious taste going into her mouth. She sighed. "This is so great!" she ate again.

[Spritz]

Knowing the school bell would ring soon, I folded my wings to my body, dropping like a stone, and when only a few yards over the ground, I snapped them open, saving me from a horrid death. A smile played upon my face, then a frowned, as I looked around for my shirt, not able to find it.

Angel looked and got up, going outside for rescess. She stopped and looked to come upon a shirt. She looked up to see something landing and hurried over, to see that boy... that boy with wings? She kept calm and threw it over to him. "Looking for this?" she asked.

[Spritz]

"Gaa!" He leaped backwards, the shirt landing at his feet. Wings snapping back behind him, he peered out from behind a massive tree trunk, trying to hide his secret.

Angel held back a laugh that was held back in her throat. "Don't try to hide it now." she said and put her eyes up as she said, "Wing boy."

[Spritz]

He averted his gaze. "Just give me the fricking shirt?" He asked, rolling his eyes, blacked feathered wings tight on his back the tops of the feathers peeking over his shoulders.

Angel pointed at her feet. "Mind looking down there?" she asked.

[Spritz]

He snapped his wings close to his back,and snatched up the shirt, shoving the old t shirt over his head,covering his bare muscular chest. Only a very small bump where his mighty black wings connected to his shoulder blades. Stepping out from behind the trunk, she glared at the girl. "You cant tell anyone, you understand!" Green eyes flashed, a snarl on his features. If anyone knew,....

Angel crossed her arms, looking at him smile. "You're not the only one with wing secret, pretty boy." she said and let them appear from her back. She looked back. "Watchya think? Half human, half bird. Being an experiment andb not human for most your life."

[Spritz]

His eyes widened as her secret was revealed. With a scoffing laugh, he agreed. "Let's just say that I cant stand Scientists." He let himself relax a bit, but his movments were still rigid, his eyes watching her with intrest and alarm.

Angel nodded and scoffed, eyes rolling. "Yeah. Hey, do you have a flock?" she asked. "I have one. Not meaning to brag, but I'm the strongest. But, the leader's name's Max. She knows me."
