I was annoyed that he didn't pay attention to me. then suddenly i didn't care. "Looks like I'm the only that's kind enough to give up." I say and push Savvy then hit her with my forelock in the legs. I take 2 steps and eye them carefully.

Savvy~ I snorted. "I already gave up. He's too intrested in his last love affair," I scoff. "He won't notice me until somebody gets those two away from him."

I have a smirk and wisper an idea in her ear. "We could scare them away. That would also get us attention, i didn't really give up. If you give up too soon you gotta push your limits."

Savvy~ "Now there's an idea," I said in a sardonic tone. "Very good idea, my friend. Now how do you suppose we go about to scare them away?"

I continued to follow her."Just please don't be mad at me,because I can see that your mad by just looking in your face."I nickered,my eyes sad as I stared at her.With a sad sigh I spun around,back towards Dusty and Wanderer.Once there I nuzzled Dusty."I'm pretty good,how are you Dusty?"I tilted my head to the side with a grunt..

"Oh that's okay."I nickered with a shrug I smiled weakly for both of us.We are outsiders,but that won't stop us from living happily within a herd..

She growled hearing wat they siad she turned to Dusty and nuzzled his side " Dusty, they are going to try and scare us away, cuz there juleous that ur not paying any attection to them, so there gonna TRY and chase us away...." I laughed evily, ill snap there necks into two if they touch we, or order me around, im fearless they should get to know me, im not one to mess around with..... ANd i play either.....

Dusty~ My attention on Cara, I replied: "I'm good. Just a bit distracted with all the smells..." I then turned to Dido. "Those mares. Be back." I trotted over to the trio of mares and said. "Howdy, there. What's going on?"

Savvy~ Happy to get a bit of attention, I let out a long wiff of my scent. I rolled my eyes when I saw Dusty stagger back a bit. "Hello. Not much. Just talking with my friends."

Cara~
"Yea,It's hard being the lead all alone.I'm glad that you are thinking about having a lead mare to assist you."I nickered with a shrug,avoiding his gaze.I glanced over to Savvy,Leah and Nala.*Poor jealous mares,they could just come over and join us.*I thought to myself as a frown formed upon my lips..
It was a shame that we have to split up into two groups..

Dusty~ I snorted, bending my head down to graze. "Cara, Dido...why not join us over here?"

Savvy~ I tossed my head, letting out another wiff of my scent. "Yeah," I said sarcastically, but the sarcasm was well hidden.

Cara~

I jogged over,my hooves pounding rythmically upon the earth as I did so."Sorry,I was engulfed in my thoughts."I nickered,my smile friendly and my eyes bright.I lowered my head to the earth to nibble on some nearby grass.

Leah~

I stared at the others,nibbling on my bottom lip nervously."Uh..Uh Hi"I nickered,in an attempt to be friendly with the horses that had joined us..

I look at the mares face, getting angry. I suddenly charge at Dido and knock her off you feet. "I really don't have to take this you know." I say and walk over to the lake, bathing my body to cool my down. When Cara mood changed and walked up to dusty, and that smart apple look made me think without thinking. Niceness flew out the window and violence took over the window and shut the window for awhile. I got out of the water, shook myself and walked to dusty. "Hello dusty." as soon as i say his name i ram her in the rump, and kicking her with my front feet with a rear. "Yeah, your sooo going to be lead mare." I say and dig dirt on her mane, making a part in her mane dingy. I walk over Savvy, regaining my glare. That's not even close to what I'm going to do.

Dusty~ "This is intolerable! I neigh, rearing and knocking the other mare down(Laura, right?). I snort and buck her stomach, not wanting to mean, but i knew I had to keep order in the herd. I snorted and shook my mane and walked back to the group of mares, giving Savvy an angry look.

Savvy~ I backed down and walked over to the river.

I get up, angrier then before. "If you would hurry up and pick the lead mares this would't have happened. If there in your herd then why do you not know them? wow, if you started out with a lead mare in the first place and not waited maybe you would've been smarter. To think I wanted to breed with you, that just grosses me out. The more you wait the more the mares are going to get mad when there not picked. To think my foal was going to be as stupid as you..." I mumble to the lake and graze by Savvy.

"So now you decide to throw a temper tantrum?" I spat,a hint of sarcasm in my voice.My caramel eyes are darker now due to dilated pupils,and my body trembled slightly with the excitement of the battle.Adrenaline pumped through my body,and I snorted,shaking my head wildly.But within moments it was over with the interference of Dusty.

"Yeah, i'll calm done never." I hint of scarcasim in my voice. I look at the mare, head to toe disgusted. I walk up to her, right in her face. "Ops, somebody's angry? Are you angry, are you? are you? freakin' crazed mutt." I talk with a baby voice aded with dog talk. "You know it's true." I say and go into the lake. If she wanted to fight she will have to come on my turf.

Lura narrows her eyes and flicks her tail viciously. "Dusty," she says in a singing voice.

"bags. Looks like im clean." I say and look at them with a bloodly glare.

Angel: I watch the herd mares fight from the edge of the forest, trying to stay unnoticed and out of everyone's way. I snort softly and look around before lowering my head and beginning to graze.

Dusty~ I walk away from the mares, going down by the river to lie down. When my father had said mares were easily upset animals, I didn't think he meant this upset. I wondered how I'd managed to get the most roudy, disagreeable mares probably in this entire land. Snorting, I made a decision on who the lead mare would be. I had evaluated it enough, and had good reasons why. Not that I would share them, of course....but I'd wait until the mares cooled down. "I have my choice," I winnied over my shoulder, "But I'm not telling until you settle down and all get along."

Savvy~ I snorted, wondering what was going wrong with this herd. Why had I joined, and should I leave....? I blew hair out of my face. I had known Dusty forever, and he usually wasn't like this...come to think of it, I hadn't acted like this in a very long time. I shook my mane, getting rid of those pesky flies, and turned to the other mares. "Maybe...we shouldn't fight. Dusty must be pretty upset," I shot a glance at Laura. "Now how about we all get along and make this herd a better place?"

Cara~

I nodded in agreement."Yes.It seems we are all acting a bit immature,but as a herd we have to get along."I nickered to Savvy.After my words I sighed with relief,now I could go back to my frolicking and grazing.Hopefully all of this drama was over,but in the future it would most definitely start up again.My ear flicked forward at the sound of Dusty's deep voice ringing in my ears.He had chosen a lead mare.*Good,now hopefully we will be more organized.*I thought with a smile.I would have no hard feelings towards anybody if I didn't get the position as lead mare..Dusty had his reason for choosing that mare and perhaps she just wasn't worthy of being picked even though she had always tried her hardest in this herd to be friendly with everyone,find other means to settle problems instead of fighting and just be a role model.But it didn't work out so well,since every one's different personalities had clashed together causing other to join combat.I lowered my massive head to graze on the lush,green grass that surrounded me...

Leah~

I eyed the others curiously,in this herd I had always been a loner,a outsider because I was more of a shy mare.The sunlight lit up my dalmatian spots brightly and beautifully.The announcement that Dusty made didn't really concern me because i knew that I didn't have what it takes to be lead mare,and Dusty didn't even like me..but oh well.

She nodded her head in agreement, " Yes, i'm clam and and so should every one else be as well," I sai and glanced at Laura and snorted she needs to calm down, unless she dont want to get into a fight with either of these mares.. Dido then turned her glare over to Dusty and she took few steps toward him then stopped shaking her head, desiding not to inturde onhim, it was rude. She stood there, grazing on the bladed grass, that now lie upon the earth floor. She sneezed as the bladed grass tickled her nostrils, the fine red lining of her nostrils flared of smelling the disgusting heat scents, the other maers were giving off. Dido kept her heat scent to herself, if she wanted to be breed then she would give out her heat scent to the stallion, only if she was close to him. Dido's ears pricked to listen to the sounds that rchoed in her ears. She masculine nody twitched and muscles moved as she pawed the ground to dig into the dirt... She then snaked her head up and reared, striking a foreleg out into mid-air and letting out an ear pericing night escape her maw, and she then shoke her head still in the air, and then landed with a dull thud. As she landed the water beside her shoke and the creature Cara seen in it, swam away, Dido's ears wne to the side curiously and then she cocked her head, and put her head near the lake and blew air to make the water move, and she then snorted when seeing nothing appear. Dido pulled her head up fro the dark shaodw water and turned to see Dusty, she then pawed the ground and snorted multiable times.... Her mane fell like a waterfall back to its usual place, and her tail flicked with unease and steadness in it. This masculine mare seemed much diffrenent then the others and was much wiser at that, the other mare Laura was pushing her way to the top of the meter line, meaning if Laura goes off liket hat again, Dido wont be the only one going off on her....

Dusty~ I whinnied to Dido, saying it was okay to come over. I then returned to staring at a group of fish swim in the water. The were quite interesting, easily frightened creatures. I wouldn't eat them -- for I didn't like the idea of eating a living creature....especially a scaled one that lived in the water they bathed in....as well as drank....I shivered at the repulsive thought and looked back to Dido.

Savvy~ I snorted, turning back to the mares. "I think we all know who he's going to choose," I told to the mares around me, making sure nobody else could hear me but the select few. "I think he's going to choose Dido just because she's putting herself out there like she's the wisest - I mean, she may very well be......" I trailed off, not knowing where I was going with this topic. I turned and went back to grazing.
