Diablo rolled his eyes. "A stubborn one I see." Diablo growled, allowing her to lean on him as he slowly walked to the breakfast room.

I sighed clearly not wanting to bother Diablo, but let him help me. I walked beside him, leaning on him when I needed to. When we got to the breakfast room I laid in my spot and waited for my disgusting broccoli and beef(I think).

"Serve this one some real food." Diablo ordered, referring to Anna.

I looked up at Diablo, surprised he was being nice to me. I looked as I was given chicken and protein and looked to him again "Thank you Dia-...Captain."

"Don't mention it. Ever." Diablo growled his answer before going to the 2nd training room to see how Ranger was doing.

I sighed and began eating, wondering why Diablo was so bitter all the time, other than being the captain of the army of course.

Well lets just put it this way I had been working my ass off. They had had me running, pulling weights along sand and sparring with the big rotties. By now I could barely stand, but I wouldn't and couldn't give in.

Diablo watched, smirking with amusement. "Having fun out there Ranger Danger?" Diablo mocked, giving him a nickname.

I snarled with pure hate lining the sound. But it was brought down by one of the big dogs slamming his paws down on my shoulders, throwing me over. The other walked over and asked Diablo if he wanted a go at sparring.

(Sparring?)

Diablo smirked and nodded, "Sure, I'll have a go. Let's see how tough you really are." Diablo growled half to the dog, and half to Ranger.

(I figured they'd get a kick out of beating the crap of him, in training sense though xD)

I growled and tensed up then growled lowly "Show me what you got Captain!" I spat the word captain and bared my teeth at him.

Diablo smirked. This would be easy. He sprang forward, and instead of landing on Ranger, he landed in front of him then tripped Ranger to the ground, snarling softly.

I huffed and got up, shaking it off "That all you got?" Then I snapped my teeth together before I lunged forward, biting at his neck.

Diablo sidestepped Ranger's lunge, and rammed into him, knocking the male over before raking his claws over Ranger's shoulder. "No. Is that all you got?" He growled.

[Guest]

I snarled but immediately jumped up, shaking off the dust. Then I jumped forward and swiped a paw aiming to smack him in the face.

Diablo ducked then used his forepaws to shove Ranger to the ground, biting his scruff. "What doesn't hurt you, makes you stronger!" Diablo barked.

(Maybe Annabelle could come to see them fight.)

I heard the fighting and slowly peeked my head in to watch. I watched in silence until I saw Ranger get close to hitting Diablo, then I growled.

I snarled viciously, pure hatred in my eyes. I rolled over, throwing him off my scruff then bit his shoulder.

Diablo reared and purposely fell onto his back, then got up, swiping Ranger in the face, sending him to the ground. "That is enough for now. I can tell you've been working hard. Go to the breakfast room and get yourself some beef." Diablo growled.

I growled again as I was smacked down again, then nodded. But hatred was still plainly seen in my eyes. As I walked out the door I snapped my teeth at Annabelle but kept going. I made sure to loudly bark to blow her cover.

I cowered as Ranger came by but growled as he blew my cover. Then I slowly started trying to walk away silently.

Diablo glanced over at Anna, smirking deviously. He padded over and stood at her side. "You wont believe what the war is actually like. If you think that was violent, just wait until you see the battle." Diablo grumbled.

[Guest]

I shook my head, "I don't think it as brutal. He deserved it. But I think I understand that battle will be terrible, just two things scare me about battles. Death and killing."

Diablo sighed, "We don't have much of a choice. We are facing the Germans." Diablo told her, his dark brown gaze meeting her light brown.

I sighed and nodded "I know, but their still living, breathing dogs." I looked into his eyes but looked away after about a minute.

"The Germans killed my parents." Diablo growled, huffing softly.

As he spoke again I looked back up and sighed, a feeling of guilt in my eyes "I'm sorry." I was feeling guilty because I wasn't sure if that was a topic he liked to discuss, and I made the comments leading up to it.

Diablo sighed heavily, his brown gaze falling to his paws. "They died a heroic death, though. I miss them dearly, but it's in the past, and I can't mourn forever." He stated, padding on into the breakfast room.
