Diablo smiled,rubbing his head against her neck as he walked closer. "I know,I'm sorry for his behavior."

Shadow nickered and rubbed him back.

Ivory skipped up to them and tugged gently on Diablo's wing. "Exucse me?"

Diablo neighed happily,then turning his head slightly only so he could see the angel,Ivory,tugging on his delicate wing. "Yes?" he asked polietly.

[Stormsong]

Ivory smiled sweetly at him. "Um, the other angels and I wanted to invite you to breakfast," she told him.

[ZeldaWolfy]

"M-me?" he asked,completely stunned.

[Stormsong]

"And Shadow of course." She smiled over to Shadow and noticed tha pouch that hung around her neck for the very first time. She pointed to it. "What's that?"

Diablo smiled,then turned his attention toward the bag as he thought quickly. "It holds some supplies from our long journeys. It's quite precious to us so,we let no one touch it." he explained carefully.

(Wait, did he just lie to her?)

(Oooooo! He's in trouble!)

The cloud beneath Diablo grew black when it dectected his lie. Ivory screamed and backed away, Shadow snorted in alarm. "Diablo, what's happening?" she asked fearfully.

"Because he told a lie," the booming voice of the head angel, Basandra, spoke as she approached.

Diablo's eyes widened,his wings stretching out to his sides. "Go to Ivory Shadow.." he whispered. He knew what trouble he was in,including his past history. He stood his ground,turning to face the head angel as if she was nothing to him,although showing some respect as he bowed his head.

Choco from the distant widened his eyes. He wanted to bolt toward his partner but,was frozen in shock. "Mistress!" he screamed in his mind. What did his friend do?! What code did he break?! Choco's mind was swirling in his head.

Shadow trotted over to Ivory and watched the scene unfold.

Basandra reguarded him with interest. "Your lie must be of a noble cause, for I sense no darkness in your heart and no impurity in your soul," she stated. "Tell me, why have you lied to an angel?"

Diablo lifted his head high to stare into the angel's deep eyes. He hoped they showed trust,as he wanted her to trust him. "It's of a noble cause,really. I wish not to tell,as it's a mission given to me by a noble wolf." he said clearly.

[Stormsong]

Shadow stepped forward. "Please don't be mad at him, he's just trying to help," she pleaded.

Basandra nodded. "Wolves are known to be very noble creatures, despite the reputation that the humans have given them," she stated, hearing Shadow's comment, she turned to her. "I am not angred by Diablo's secret but the laws of the heavens clearly state that he canot tell a lie. Therefore, I must-"

"But it was my fault," Ivory cut in. "I pointed it out in the first place."

Diablo listened to all of them,getting angered. He didn't want anyone else involved,for they're safety. "Shadow,Ivory,it was none of your faults." his eyes still focused on the angel as his wings spread out a bit and lowered in a sign to quiet down to them. "It was mine,for not telling the truth. It is my responsibility,and therefor I must take blame."

[Stormsong]

Shadow let out a high pitched whine.

Basandra continued. "Therefore, I must remove your ability to fly for six days. Had your cause not been noble, you would have been banished from the heavens." She waved her hand.

Shadow whinnied in distress as Diablo started to sink from the clouds.

Diablo nodded,feeling his body sink from the clouds. His eyes widened,quickly backing up as he then fell thousands of feet from the air.

Choco watched,then shot into the sky,diving down as he was worried about Diablo. With excellent speed and lots of practice,he grabbed Diablo by his mane and reduced the falling speed as they both landed with a loud thump. "D-diablo!" He cried out,having no injury.

Diablo didn't respond,although breathing.

[Stormsong]

Shadow whinnied and followed down after Choco and Diablo. She landed gracefully on the ground beside him. "Diablo! Diablo are okay?" she neighed and nudged him gently.

Diablo moaned,feeling her touch as he opened his eyes slowly. The way the light hit her black coat made it shine like she was from the heavens itself,his frown soon grow to a smile as he giggled. "You thought I'd be hurt,wouldn't you?" he joked.

Choco laughed,rolling his eyes. "Come on kiddo,no time to joke like that. You got six days without flying so your quite vulnerable."

[Stormsong]

"Don't you ever scare me like that again!" she exclaimed, nudging him playfully. "You almost broke your promise to me."

Diablo smiled softly,getting up to his feet as he shook off various leaves and branches that were on him. "Heh,sorry." he apologized.

Choco smiled softly,biting out leaves from his mane. "Scared me to."

[Stormsong]

Shadow looked around her. "Where are we anyway?" she asked.

Diablo looked around,then saw nothing but trees and a high mountain that housed a small herd of horses. "I'm guessing the Mirko Hills?" he asked Choco,who nodded in agreement.

[Stormsong]

Shadow frowned and looked at Choco then at Diablo. "He's not coming with us is he?" she asked.

Diablo looked at Shadow,then shook his head before turning to Choco. "Choco,you have your duties with the angels. I've heard of war coming near.." he mumbled.

Choco nodded. "Yes,over some simple new rules. Don't worry,I understand." he sighed.
