Iolanthe walked around the whole forest calling her name, but there was no reply, maybe she was to different for him, she sighed and laid down softly.

Anthem's head rose quickly, with a start, and his sharp eyes focused, looking around the area. With speed and agility, he leaped out of the water, his wet hooves finding purchase on the mossy bank. With his mane blowing in the breeze, he stomped a hoof and let out a sharp whinny.

"Anthem?" she said quietly, she let out a ear peircing whinny which almost deafened herself.

Anthem's nostrils flared as he jerked his head into the air, tossing it up and down. With a puzzled expression, he broke into a slow trot, his gate smooth, hooves landing gently on the ground, making small indentations in the moss before picking them up once again.

Iolanthe's slender frame galloped in the oppisite direction from Anthem not knowing where he was, she gave a little snort whilst running in small circles.

This, was, hopeless. Anthem whinned for the mare, tossing his head in annoyance.

"Anthem where the hell are you?!" she said in anoyance.

Anthem soon spotted her form in the trees and walked towards her, snorting his aproval. "There you are." He nickered softly, coming up behing her and nuzzling her shoulder.

Iolanthe jumped when something nuzzled her, her head turned to see Anthem "Anthem, you scared me..." she said quietly, she nuzzled him softly.

Anthem laughed. "I'm sorry." He looked dejectadly back to the ground. "Is the exitement over back at the herd?"

"I think so, my mother returned! can you belive it!" she laughed, she stomped her hoof playfully.

Anthem pawed the ground softly, his hoof barley touching the ground. With the wind blowing softly through the woods, it picked up his mane and made the long silky hair blow gently in its wake. The large handsome stallion glanced up at the crescent moon overhead, its silver rays making thier way into the deep forest and illuminating the two figures of the horses. The leaves overhead softly blew together, creating a slight rustling noise, mixed with the gently gurgling of the stream that was nearby. If you listened closley, you could hear an own hooting softly, wolves howling to eachother far, far away.

"Wow, its um, a beautiful night isn't it...." she said, getting lost in his eyes, her mane softly rippling in the wind, her creamy coloured hooves shining against the moon, her dark cream coat illuminating the air around her. her eyes were wide and a frosty, cold brown colour, creating a soft gentle gaze.

Anthem snorted softly, lowering his head a bit. His dark brown eyes gazed into hers, and he felt that this was very...special to the both of them.

"I have to say, I would much rather enjoy this moment with you.....then, well.....anyone else!" she said going red with embarressment. she kept her head tall and pround whilst the moon shone down on them both.

Anthem nuzzled her softly, his soft velvet muzzle brushing against hers.

Iolanthe nuzzled him back, then wrapping her flexible neck under his, almost like a hug
