Gilraen flinched at his choice of words. She stepped around in front of him, wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him lightly before pulling back and looking him in the eyes. "What are you---we---going to do?"


Kiri grimaced and growled lowly. If you must get out of bed, do so. But you're not ready to go looking for her memories yet. Walk around, feed the children, do whatever. But you're not going anywhere yet.

Voromere looked her full in the face. "What do you want to do? Are you alright with him still alive?" Voromere didn't really care whether or not Caladrin was alive, as Gilraen was safe with him, in his own home. Caladrin wouldn't be allowed to even near the castle.



Caladrin nodded, and swung his legs over the side of the bed.

Gilraen shrugged halfheartedly. Something felt amiss. "Whatever you choose to do is fine," she stated after a moment's thought. "As long as you can ensure my safety with you, I don't care." Gilraen got up and walked over to him, kissing him sweetly.

I'll be watching you, Elf, Kiri hissed and jumped off of the bed, staying by Caladrin's side much like a guard dog. And don't try to fight me--I'm stronger than you think.

Voromere nodded once. He would leave Caladrin alive for the time being. If his half brother turned out to be a threat, a bother, he wouldnt think twice about killing him. He was about to say what he had decided, when Gilraens soft lips covered his once again.

Caladrin glared at him. "Look, I really apreciate your help, ok? But there's a time that I have to do what feels right, what is right. And that thing is getting my wife back, getting my sons thier mother back."

Gilraen pulled back and put her arms around his neck, resting her head on his shoulder. "We'll be all right, no? Weakened as he must be, he shouldn't be a threat to a mighty warrior like yourself." Gilraen smiled and stroked his hair gently.


Kiri growled, It may be right, but if you continue to move so much, you'll kill yourself! Ever wonder what happened to Gilraen's link to you? She has the same scars in the same places, and the more strain you put on yourself, the more pain you put her in. It's how the enchantment works.

Voromere smiled. "At least someone thinks that of me." He responded, then placed his lips on hers once again.


Caladrin glanced at the creature. Really? He asked. He didnt want her in pain, and grimiced at the pain she would be in if he did run away.

Gilraen only had the chance to put on half a smile before she felt his lips on hers again, and she returned the passion with (little did she know it was false, and manipulated) love of her own.

Kiri hissed again, Here, Kiri gave him a mind image of the sword, She was spying on you and your fight, inevitably. That's the only way she could've been inflicted the wounds. See the example in the mind picture? That's what happens.
