[Shadow-Walker]

Shadow layed down on her side when Nia started working on her wound. "Thank you Nia." She gave a soft sigh then looked at her "Whatxwas wrong with you last night?"

[Harley]

Nia sighed, and sent Mia away. "I am very... Very sick Shadow. I do not know what it is, but I will not escape the grasp of death this time. I cannot heal it. I have a matter of months..." She said calmly, but tears sprang at the corners of her eyes. "I can't stop it Shadow. I-I need to be there for Storm but how am I supposed to do that with my life slowly being sucked away? Mimic isn't ready for the responsibility. When I pass, I want you to take care of Storm."

[Shadow-Walker]

Shadow let out a soft whine and let her ears fall back. She lifted her head and nuzzled Nia. "When and if you do go I would be honored to raise Storm for you." She gave a soft Sigh and looked at Nia before laying her head back down in her paws.

[Harley]

"I have one strict demand. Do not, under any circumstances let her tell Blaze, or any of the pack she was born with. I don't want their mourning! Like I would get it anyway..." Nia sighed, and pushed her nose into Shadow's shoulder. "Mia will help familiaraize you with some of the healing herbs, in case something happens.."

[Shadow-Walker]

(What did Nia say?)

"I promise I wont." Shadow looked at her when she pressed her nose into her shoulder. "That could be useful some day." Even though the sounds still hurt a bit she stood up and streatched slightly before walking around in the den stretching her legs.

[Harley]

Nia nodded, and stepped back. "And... and whatever you do... don't become Pelican." She licked her front leg, and went back to Mia. This time it was a brute who stepped forward, black as nice with intense yellow eyes. He held a fish in his jaws, and a sheepish grin lay on his features. "I-i thought you would like this."

(Can you tell who has fallen for shadow? xD)

[Shadow-Walker]

(Ya I got confused and no I don't know who it is.)

Shadow smiled at Nia "You don't have to worry about that, I promise." Shadow had just started to may Down when a black male came into the Den with a fish. She didn't recognize who it was. "Um..Thank you."

[Harley]

"You're welcome. Don't feel nervous. We are your pack now, you have no need to feel shy." He set the fish down, and touched her nose to his.

[Shadow-Walker]

She watched as he set the fish on the ground. She was about to asy something but he put his nose to hers and her ears pinned slightly out of surprised and akwardness. "I'm not nervous. But who are you?"

[Harley]

"You sounded like it," He chuckled, seeing he had surprised her. "Kane." the wolf smiled softly.

[Shadow-Walker]

"No it's just that I didn't expect anyone to come in here with a fish." She looked at him and nodded "It's nice to meet you Kane." Shadow sat down and looked around the den awkwardly.

[Harley]

"I figured you must be hungry. Thorn and Mimic will be back with a deer ot two soon." Kane replied

[Shadow-Walker]

"That was really kind of you. Thank you." She wasn't really hungry but she was afriad that if she didn't eat the fish that she would hurt his feelings. She bent her head down and began to eat the fish once she ate her fill she looked at him "You could have the rest of the fish if you want."

[Harley]

He ate the rest of the fish quietly, glancing up at her with a smile. "May I take you somewhere? I think you'll like it." Kane stepped back, turning to look at the direction he wanted to go. "Its.. really pretty."

[Shadow-Walker]

(Would you like me to make thorn a female?)

Shadow looked at him and cocked her head a bit like a puppy before straightening back up and smiling at him. "Sure, why not." She stood up and shook her pelt clean before looking to him waiting for him to lead the way.

[Harley]

(Sure)

Kane ducked through a small tunnel of thorns, and making sure to keep his pace at a walk so he would not stress her wounds. When he reached his destination, Kane smiled. It was a shallow, but sparkling river. Blossoms surrounded the area, filling the air with the sweet fragrance.

[Harley]

(Bump? And Thorn might visit Durnal soon, just so he has something to do xD)

[Shadow-Walker]

(Ok and sorry only on internet with WiFi right now)

Shadow followed Kane then stopped at the field. She looked at Kane and smiled before sitting down "It's very beautiful." She lifted her head and sniffed the air and smelled the Fragrance of the flowers.

[Harley]

Kane wagged his tail, and lapped up some more water. "This pack has a long future together. And I hope you'll be in it." He blushed as he said it, and glanced shyly over at her.

[Shadow-Walker]

Shadow looked at him and smiled before looking down at the water and letnher smile disappear. "That's very nice of you to say." Shadow looked down at the river and drank a little bit before siting back down and looking at Kane.

[Harley]

"We won't turn against you." He whispered, and looked back with a sharp hatred of the day this fae was driven out.

[Shadow-Walker]

Shadow shook her head "It was my fualt. If I wouldn't had snapped it would be fine." She sighed and layed down looking at her reflection letting her paws slightly touch the waters surface.

[Shadow-Walker]

"If you hadn't of snapped, someone would have. And it would of been Thorn or Nia." Kane replied, licking behind her ears gently. "Pelican is like.. the ancient god Riu. When you're around her, you can't help but be angry. Those two are alike in more ways that one."

[Shadow-Walker]

Shadow sighed "I know." When he began to lick behind her ears she let out a soft growl but stopped. Shecwasnt going to be a notch and nap at any form of affection. She turned her head to where she could see Kane "How did thorn find you?"
