Syria swayed with a tune that she had let fall into her mind, and her finger stopped gliding across the carpent. Instead she tapped out the rythem as though she was playing her keyboard. She heard his footsteps in the background but ignored him.

Jake sat and listened, enjoying the music.

(Bd, sorry)

[Saviour]

[[ She's not actually playing anything.. The music is in her head lol ]]

(Oh I thought she was humming out loud.)
Jake sat there.

Syria stopped as the song she was practising ended, and she remembered where she was. She opened her eyes quickly and looked around. Her eyes lingered on Jake, and she let a sigh escape her lips. "Sorry" She said softly and ran a pale hand through her red hair.

"For what?" Jake asked her.

(Sss)

[Saviour]

Raven shrugged. She began naming things off on her fingers, "Punching you, laughing at you, yelling at you, and ignoring you" She said with a small laugh. Syria's white teeth showing beneath her pink lips.

[Guest]

Jake nodded in agreement, "And I'm sorry for in a way invading you." He said talking about how he asked her to 'play battleship'.

[Saviour]

Raven chuckled, remembering it. She shook her head and leaned back on her palms. "Its fine" She said, and her eyes trailed up to the staircase. Syria quickly looked back down, afraid of what she might see.

Jake nodded, "Do you know what time it is?" He asked hoping they'd be out soon.

[Saviour]

Raven glanced out the window and chuckled slightly. "Night time" She said, and turned around. She smiled big, showing her big teeth.

[Guest]

Jake chuckled.

Syria let a sigh escape her lips and she stood up. Straightening her shirt, she moved towards the kitchen and opened up the cabinets. They were empty, but full of cobwebs. She exhaled heavily, trying to think of something to do.

Jake fallowed her, sort of like a little puppy dog.

[Saviour]

Raven turned and jumped, seeing him behind her. She shook her head at herself and leaned against the wall, willing her heart to calm down.

[Guest]

Jake chuckled when she jumped, "Sorry." He said.

[Saviour]

She sneered playfully at his chuckle. "What's so funny?" Syria said sharply, a smirk lingering on her lips.

[Guest]

"Nothing." Jake replied.

[Saviour]

Raven rolled her eyes at him and looked down at her feet. She wriggled her toes but it just moved her converse a little. She actually hated the shoes, but she wore them because her mom hated them as well.

[Guest]

Jake just stood there.

[Saviour]

Raven sighed at him and stepped closer. "You're such a downer" She said, grinning slightly at her faked stoner voice. She pushed her hands in her back pockets and looked up at him.

[Guest]

Jake rolled his eyes then watched her get closer. He looked her in the eyes with a smile but didn't speak or do anything.

[Saviour]

Raven chuckled at him and stepped around him. She walked towards the lounge room again and leaned against the window sill.

Jake fallowed.

[Saviour]

Syria tapped her slender fingers on the chipping paint of the windowsill, her olive green eyes rolling over the overgrown shrubbery of the mansion's back yard. She felt a draft as Jake moved behind her, and she straightened slowly. She leaned back on the old wooden window and sighed softly. "I wonder how much longer we have to wait.." She said, her voice barely audible.
