Jake kept running after her and when the spiraled stairs stoped bumped her, "Sorry." He said before a moaning like scream filled the air. Like a frightened child he grabbed her and held on for dear life with wide eyes.

(Lol, Jake's such a big chicken.)

Raven looked down at him and her heart raced. She willed herself to calm down. Wriggling out of his arms she stepped further down the hallway. "It's probably just a cat or something" She said and peeked inside one of the rooms. It was dark and dirty. Crinkling her nose, Syria turned back to the frightened Jake. "Come on, goof" She said, laughing.

(Lol your right, maybe I should of named him Shaggy.)

Jake quickly and quietly fallowed close behind her, his body seemed to tremble with fear. He kept very close to her as if the slightest noise were to sound off he'd jump into her arms and cry for mommy. Jake walked on and peeked into the room after she did then looked back at her.

Raven glared back at him. She grinned secretly and punched him in the shoulder. This time she connected. "Knock it off, it's just a house" She said, and rolled her eyes.

Jake once again grabed her and held her in his arms after she punched him, as if it was a punishment. He looked to her when she said it was just a house, he started up a story, "Once a ten year old boy was dared to spend a night in this house and he came, over the night screams filled the air and when morning came and his buddies went to see him blood was everywhere and the boy was never seen again." He said and the story sent shivers down his spine.

Syria shook her head. She had heard the story as well, and she believed it at first. She thought about it for a long time though and told herself it was fake. "They're boys" She grumbled. "You ought to know how stupid they are. They made it up." Raven said, looking into his widened eyes. She was about a foot shorter than he was.

Jake shook his head, "I don't know." In a unconvinced voice. He looked into her beautiful eyes and forced himself to calm a little, for her. Nodding he started to speak, "Ok I think I got things in a grip now but where are we going to sleep? I'm getting tired." Hr said, trying not to complain.

[Saviour]

Raven chuckled at him and slid her slender hand into his. "Come on" She said and stepped down the hall. Her shoes making the floorboards moan in protest.

Jake took her hand quickly with a cocky grin. He walked with her down the hall sort of acting like a big shot boyfriend who'd protect her. He ignored the sqeaky floor below him.

Syria chuckled at him, but didn't protest. She was sort of happy that he was manning up. She almost had to jog to catch up with him, and she let out a giggle that she quickly stopped. She sounded girly, and she hated it.

Jake smiled at her giggle then when she stopped asked, "What's wrong?" He came to a stop while waiting for her answer. As she walked past him he began to walk once again.

Syria looked back at him and frowned when he stopped. "What? What do you mean?" She asked, not sure what he meant.

[Guest]

"You stopped looking happy." Jake admitted.

[Saviour]

Raven slipped her hand from his and shook her head. "No, I stopped being stupid" She said curtly and shrugged. "I'm still happy" She admitted and whirled around before walking to the end of the hallway.

Jake crocked his head, "Okay." And kept walking with her.

Syria chuckled at his expression and used the back of her hand to push an old door open. It creaked so loud it sounded like it would collapse at any moment. Raven winced and looked around the room. She stepped inside and brushed dirt off a framed picture.

Jake also winced when the door creaked loudly. He wslked in and looked around, "Hey this looks pretty for a girl." He said and picked up a beautiful pure gold necklace. He handed it to her then saw a sword and picked it up and posed like a soldier.

Syria turned around when she heard him, and she cradled the necklace in her hands. "Jake stop" She said, and set the necklace back down. "You don't know who that's killed" She said, her voice serious. Raven hated being serious, but she was really freaked out by the room and the sword especially.

Jake rolled his eyes, "Who cares other than you." He said and droped it when a voice said, "Iiiii dooooooo." He looked around, "Who's there?" He asked.

Raven shuttered and backed herself against a wall. Goosebumps rose along her skin. "See?!" She said, the sound harsh but her voice was little more than a whisper.

Jake eyes widened when the sword flew up and let out a girly scream, evil laugher filled the air, "Really?" Something asked then, "Ahh at least you'll be fun to...kill." Jake screamed like a girl again and grabed Raven's hand, still screaming and ran down stairs and tried to open the door, it wouldn't move. He stoped screaming and pouneded the door yelling for help.

[[ Ugh I feel like crap idk what's wrong with me 0.o ]]

Syria cried out and slid down the wall, her hands trembling. She tripped over her own feet and collided with the dusty ground when Jake ripped her up. She regained her balance and was yanked down the stairs. She pulled her hand from his when he started pounding on the door and she ran a trembling through her auburn curls. Suddenly angry, Raven glared over at him. "Knock it off, you idiot, they won't care if you scream for help" She snapped, her green eyes wide with both fright and anger. "Just.... Stop" She said, and forced her hands to cross over her stomach. She suddenly felt really sick. With a moan, Syria slid down the wall and pulled her knees to her chest. "This was stupid. I shouldn't have come with you"

"If I make it out...my friend is going to be rip."Jake said standing there, looking at the stairs. He could feel shivers race down his spine and took a deep breath, he needed to man up, and now. He turned and punched the wooden door and dented it. He kept punching but it was as if the door had turnd into meddle, it couldn't break for some reason.

[Saviour]

Raven cursed under her breath at him and stood up quickly. Her strides were fast as she moved to the loungeroom. She sat down on the old carpet in a huff and looked down at the design. She was still breathing heavily, and she closed her eyes as her finger ran over the smooth surface.

[Guest]

Jake stopped and fallowed her, the ghost hed yet to come back and attack. He sighed quietly sitting by her watching her finger.
