Shep felt as if his paws were being sucked into the sand, The Black Dog slashing at his muzzle. Blood poured from his wounds, and Shep couldn't help but snap. Lifeblood filled his mouth,the horrid taste stinging his tongue.

The german shepherd awoke from the horrid dream, shaking. His boy was snoring, besides that, everything was silent. He whined, seeing the sun starting rise up as wag. His empty stomach growled, and he crawled up to his boy, licking his face.
