Anna watched the stallion. He obiosouly was a mama's boy, a prince 'cause he was pouting like a little filly. She smirked.

THe stallion turned without warning, teeth bared, lunging at my throat. I wheeled to the side, ears pinned, rearing and slashing out with my front hooves and catching him squarly in the neck.

Anna looked at him, her eyes shinning. She admired how this leader fought. Her eyes then darkened. She bunched up her muscels, ready to jump in any time.

He squeeled in pain and anger as Lunar's hooves hit him, the wound trickling bright red blood. Lunar swung around as the stallion tried to bite him, whirling out of the way with speed and skill. The strangers teeth clicked together, biting nothing but thin air, and he showed suprise, obviously expecting them to sink into warm soft flesh. Lunar spun, his teeth catching the stallions withers and with a heavy heave, he pushed him to the ground.

Anna looked around as the blood splattered everywhere, hoping the stallion would be her leader, for he was an amazing fighter. Lunar. She admired his strength, speed and skill. She hoped it would soon be over to move into it. Then he'd be unstopabble.

As I stood above him, his own blood dripping off of my muzzle, I threatened to bit through his throat, killing him. I could see the fear in his eyes, and backed away, delivering a stong kick to his barrel. He scurried up, and darted away, back to where he had came from. His bright red blood spattered my white hide, and I turned from the scene, lowering my head to graze.

Lunar sighed, seeing the mare wildly run behind a bush. If he was to find a mate, she would have to be strong, unphased from what unpleasent things she saw. He lowered his head back to the grass, bloodly lips ripping out the soft lush blades of grass.

Anna realized all the action made her hungry. Getting up with a grunt, she lowered herself to the ground and started grazing on the the soft lush of grass cofiedently and strongly, like nothing ever happened.

Lunar sighed, raising his head from the grass and looking Miranda straight in the eyes. "It's blood. Everyone has it." He noticed how Anna seemed nonchalant about the action and blood and smiled to himself.

Lunar tossed his magestic head. "Hey, it was either that or somthing much more unpleasent..." He trailed off, knowing what that kind of stallion did to mares.

Lunar was quiet, not speaking for the next few minutes. He ocasionally glanced overhead, but saw nothing but blue sky and white clouds. Eventually, he knew what he would do. "I have been thinking. I am looking for a mate, someone to stay by my side through anything. And I see qualities in every mare here..." He trailed off, looking at each mare in turn.

Anna raised her head to notice that he wanted to choose a mate. She met his gaze repectfuly when he met hers. She kept quiet.
