Flames band moves in

I stood on a small hill my heard behind me. There was Golden Glory a golde chestnut filly, Berry Bash a strawberry roan mare, Masked Mystery a white stallion my best friend, and...where was Mist Dancer? I looked around. "Where's Mist Dancer?" I shouted.

I stood next to my friend Flame. "She left a few moment's ago." I said to Flame.

I looked at Masked Mystery, Oh well she would be back. I sighed, would that mare ever get her head out of the cloud's. I lead my band out into the open to graze. I stood watch waiting to protect theme. Any stallion who dared challeng me would die or run off scared. I waited for any intruder.
(I left the door open for any one who want's to intrude.)

I walked in,my face solemn and my eyes avoided the others glances and glares.My ears pricked forward upon my head,in an attempt to look friendly.I walked up to a large stud,that seemed to be the leader."So are you the leader of this land?"I spat,my eyes untrusting as I glared into his eyes.She brought her left fore up then dropped it with a thud,causing little marks to appear in the grass..

I smiled at her comment. "I like you already" I said. "My name is Flame, there Masked Mystery, Golden Glory and (? forgot the other one's name sorry.) "If you want you can join us." I said smiling.

"Finally you introduce me....I'm Distant Dream,you can call me Dream though."She sneered her eyes dancing with amusement.
She nodded at his offer,thinking."Well I'll think about.I'm not so sure your herd is worthy of me just yet.."She trailed off being dragged back to her thoughts.

Wait I said. ( this is Golden Glory talking) please wont you join us and get to know us. Berry Bash gave me a looke that could make you'r hooves curl. I shied back.

I smiled at her. My mares looked happy to have a new member. They ate right next to her so did I. We did not crowed her though. "We have another member but she roams a little and I have a sister but she off finding a stallion." I said looking at her.

I munched on the grass contentedly listening to him speak."Oh,Okay.Soo,who is the lead mare?"She gave him a questioning glare and her tail flicked to her flanks.She wondered what the two other wandering mares were like..

"Well actuly that is undecided." I said slowly. "But Berry Bash is like the lead mare, she's mor like a mother than one though." I said looking at my roan freind. Suddenly I looked up and saw Sacred Flame running toured me, she had Mist Dancer with her. "That is my sister and Mist dancer." I said.

What a shame,I will have to leave her bloodied remains to tarnish in the river here. Distant Dream thought with a smirk.She was not one to be bossed around,and would fight to the death for her rightful place.She switched her glare to Berry and sneered at her,her eyes filled with hate.Tension filled the air.I nodded to the two mares as if to say hello..

I knew that look, poor thing she was so mixed up. She must of had a ruff life. But I new the minute Sared Flame saw her all hell would brake loose. I smiled at Dream. What a charming atatude I thought going back grazing.

(Sacred Flame, she's Flame's sister)
I looked at the mare. She was young, my brother had done a good job of picking her. She was like me in a way but I did not like the way she glared at Berry Bash. I said "Hello I'm Sacred Flame."

Evrey one looked surprised the way Sacred Flame had acted toured Distant Dream. Even Berry Bash. I (this is Masked Mystery) did not fall for the mare. There was going to be a lot of miss trust. But Golden Glory and Flame trusted her, so did Sacred Flame. I wasn't so shore if we lived through the night then I will be.

"Distant Dream."She spat,her eyes staring right through her as if she was nothing more than a piece of shit.The aura in the air was tense,as if ready for a fight.The mare before her seemed to be like Dream in several ways.They were both fiesty,spoke their minds,ruthless and always ready for a fight.Well Dream wasn't so sure that the other mare was like that but that was Dreams personality atleast..

"It's nice to meet you."She nickered remembering her manners..

"Well I see my brother choose the right mare for the job." I said. I smiled a grate big smile. Waiting for her questaning look.

"Wait..what job?"She asked giving the mare a questioning glance..

I smiled "You know lead mare, Berry Bash need's rest, she can't play mother all her life, besides all of use are to young or do not fit in for the job." I said.

"Sacred Flame I think we should wait tell are gest is ready to say she can that sort of job." "And Flame has not said if she could be." I knew Sacred Flame was playing with her. Sha did it with evrey new mare.

Distant Dream suddenly reared,snapping her maw with fury into the air. "Don't you dare lie to me mare..unless you have a death wish."She bellowed.Dream was easily angered into fights,and would not stand a liar amongst them..

Sacred Flame- "I'm no lier, only yanking your chain." I said sweetly.

Flame- "Sister leave her alone." I said. "This is not the time to fight."

Masked Mystery- "Please mares no fighting, not in front of Golden Glory, she's just a filly, there should be no vilonce shown hear." I said.

Distant Dream's eyes darkened with rage."Just shut up."She snapped,glaring at Sacred Flame.Then she turned to Flame.."I agree,she should stop acting so childish."She trailed off,smiling sweetly at Flame..

Sacred Flame- "Oh a lead mare shouldin't be so angry." I wasn't scared of her.

Flame- "Be quiet." I told Sacred Flame, I looked at Distant Dreams. Then I smiled. "Yes Berry Bash does need a rest." I said glancing at Sacred Flame. "Distant Dream", I said "Would you do me the honor of beeing my lead mare?" I asked.
