I snort softly, pricking my delecate, slender ears forward. The wind whispered quietly through the branches and leaves of the treetops, tugging gently at my long mane and tail. I pawed gently at the ground, my elegant foreleg digging deeply into the ground sending long blades of grass flying. Tossing my head, mane bannering back in the breeze, I stepped forward in a light, easy trot, sure I had heard something in the distance. My gate long and smooth, tail raised and flagged behind my sleek form, my legs carried me effortlessly towards the forest.

I shook my mane and continued to play in the water. I kicked my hooves and reared, loving the cool water. I smiled at Ramzi.

Claude: Out of the corner of my eyes I see Heav going towards the forest. Raising my head, I prick my ears and nicker softly. Looking around at the rest of the herd I make sure everyone is here, then I turn my head back to Heav and watch her advance towards the dark forest. I neigh softly but loudly and toss my head. Bolting forward I dig my powerful forelegs into the clumpy dirt and gallop down the hill and towards her. Once I get a few feet from her I put on the brakes and slow down a bit, pinning my ears flat against my skull and snaking my head to the ground I try and vear her away from the forest and towards the herd.

(OHHHH sorry guys, usually when I reply to my things its because I go to my profile then to topics and just reply to them. I hadn't realized that anyone else had posted on the land. I'll try to just go to the lands then to the topics instead of doing it the way I was.)

Claude: I finally realize what Heav was doing and raise my head with unpinned ears. It saddened my greatly that she didn't want to stay. Hearing other horses on the land I look at her, hurt and sadness in my eyes, then I turn to the forest and disappear to do my duties.

A while later, I reappear from the forest, shaking my mane softly. Pricking my delecate ears forward, I stay at the edge, listening and watching. I snort, seeing Claude gone. Pawing with one slim foreleg at the grass-covered ground, I whicker softly to the other horses in the herd.

I snorted and watched the commotion on the upper land. I watched in fear as i saw my love gallop away to fight. I hugged Ramzi close to me and rustled his mane, keeping his concentration away from there. I nuzzled him and splashed him, to keep distracted.

Ramzi: I laugh and jump around at mothers feet at first, but soon fathers pounding hooves racing away caught my attention. My head whips around and I watch as my daddy leaves. I let out a loud neigh and jump through the water as I try to run. As I get to the shore, my speed increases and soon I'm full out running after him. My little hooves leaving barely a mark in the ground as I surge forward. Amazingly fast for one so young.

Fear struck my heart. Pounding with such force I thought it would fly out of my chest, I sped off after my Ramzi. I feared the absolute worse as he got further away from me.Finally catching up to his side I surged my body forward, jumping in front of Ramzi. He hit my side, knocking the two of us down. I swiftly stood and held on to Ramzi by his neck, but gently.
"What are you thinking?! Are you going out of your mind?"
I stood in front of him, looking down to him.Tears escaped my eyes.
"You had me scared out of my mind!!!!!!!"

Ramzi: My eyes get round and I stumble back a little bit. "I sorry mama." I look past her and wonder where my daddy would be going. Letting out a defeated little neigh I turn back to the herd and walk slowly.

My breath was pounding. Waiting for Claude to get back I made my way over to Ramzi, I caressed him under my stomach and put my neck over his to hug him. "Oh...I love you Ramzi. You just had me very worried..."

Ramzi: I smile up at her. "I'll be okay mama, I'm strong just like dad!" I say with a wild twinkle in my eye that burned almost as bright and harsh as the sun itself.

I laughed lightly.
"Wellllll...Not yet you aren't. But I promise you will be wen you become a young stallion."
I ruffled the top of his mane with my lips.

Ramzi: I wrinkle my little nose and buck slightly then take off running. I run around the meadow a little bit, chasing a bee, before I come back to her side to suckle.

I smiled and watched him romp around. Looking to the hill Claude had disappeared over...I longed for him to return. Sighing I looked down to Ramzi suckling and smiled.

Ramzi: I swish my little tail rapidly and kick out a back leg once in awhile. Butting my head agains't her teets to get more milk, I suckle harshly, as would be expected though from a young colt such as I.

I turned and nipped at his cheek and whined.
"Hey, Be careful now mister."

[Guest]

Ramzi: A bit startled I jerk my head out from under her and slam into her side with a surprised look. Quickly I shake it off and start suckling again, this time more gentle though.

I laughed lightly and nuzzled his cheek, I then lowered my head for grazing.

Ramzi: I grin then yawn and lay down.
