My head shot up as I heard someone come barging in and I saw my friend, Carl, standing in the doorway. He was also a shifter but he was a leopard shifter instead of a black panther. ~Go away. I gently pushed at his chest, pushing him off of me. I ran my fingers through his black fur before rushing into the bathroom and closing the door. I was so embarrassed at being seen under Asuka. My cheeks were bright red. I quickly got dressed and combed my messy hair before opening the door and looking at the two of them and hurrying out of the bedroom and down the stairs to hide my shame in getting caught in Asuka's library, I locked the door.

I sighed and shifted back to my human form. "Thanks a lot, Carl. What are you doing here?" I said, looking up at my friend, my eyes shinning in anger.

I glared at him and ran a hand thru my hair. "Yes, she's pregnant. But I'm not sure if it's a girl or a boy. So the Council sent you as their messenger or something?" I replied, ignoring his question about how it was going with her.

I laughed when he didn't answer my last question. "Yes. What are you going to do if it's a girl?" I asked curious. I leaned back in the chair getting comfortable as I put my hands behind my head.

"What if she doesn't? Then what would you do? Get another girl?" I asked as I looked over at him because he was expected to have an heir and if his girl didn't want to try again he'd need another girl

I shook my head as he left. It was just like the Council to check to see if I had an heir yet. Why were they so damned concerned about it?!

I was in the library that he had and saw something coming at me. I put a big desk between us, I was fearful of the thing. I inched towards the door, luckily I left it open. I dashed for it. "Asuka!" I screamed his name. The beast cut me off from getting to him. I ran into a bathroom and locked the door. I had a hand on my growing stomach. I was crying, "Asuka!" I yelled for him again.

I heard her scream and I ran out of the bedroom and saw the beast. I growled and attacked it from behind, now in my black panther form, tearing at it with my teeth and claws and growling and snarling savagely.

I dug my large canines into the panthers shoulder. I smiled, I was quite larger than he was. I pinned him to the floor but keeping out of his biting range. I dug my claws into his side and shoulder, I kept him subdued and made a noise to get the girl. I was going to kill his heir

I roared in anger and pain and tried frantically to escape. ~DO NOT leave that room until I tell you to! Got it?!~ I sent to her. Then I saw an opening and clamped my teeth down onto the beast's leg, hearing and feeling bones crunch and break under my strong jaws.

I took my good paw and slashed him across the face and had two other big males pin him and he was truly not able to get up.

I screamed as someone burst through the bathroom door and had me over his shoulder. "Asuka!" I screamed as tears were going down my face as I pounded on the guys back that had me over his shoulder. I reached for him

I growled and snarled and tried to bite and claw my attackers. ~My love!~ I screamed, feeling one of my hind legs get loose. I struggled more, clawing the two males a couple of times.
