Justin's heart sank at Twilight's response and he whined, going to the river by himself. "Twilight! The least you could do, is say no not right now!" I scolded the pup, slightly angry.

[Stormsong]

Twilight gave her father a confused look. "I only asked him a question," she protested.

"Yes, but he asked you politely." I growled at Twilight, not liking her attitude. "I kinda get the feeling Justin likes you, Twilight. As in a loving way." I whispered the last part out, loud enough for her to hear.

[Stormsong]

"Like me?" She snorted. "What's to like about me?"

"Oh come on Twilight... Whats not to like about you? Your pretty, you have a good heart, and well... Justin likes you for you." I replied to her, glancing at Justin. "He has a crush on you... I know it." I told Twilight.

[Stormsong]

Twilight refused to meet her father's gaze. She was lost for words.

"Well, Twilight? What do you have to say?" I asked her before seeing Justin walk over. "Twilight... Can I talk to you for a moment?" He asked, his blue gaze glistening with hope.

[Stormsong]

Twilight looked up at Justin before nodding.

Justin lead Twilight to a quiet spot before speaking. "Listen Twilight. I should tell you the truth..." He whispered, looking at his paws. Before he said anything else, he gazed into her blue eyes before saying, "I have grown feelings for you. I have a crush on you." He said, his heart skipping beats.

[Stormsong]

Twilight gave him a confused look. "Why? I've been extremely hateful towards you."

"Well... You have a good heart. And deep down, I know you can be a better Wolf. And your very pretty." Justin replied, stating facts nicely.

[Stormsong]

Twilight narrowed her eyes at him. "I'm sure that you've seen far prettier wolves than me," she commented.

Justin sighed and looked at his paws. "Actually no... My parents never let me and Misty play with Wolves outside our pack, and most of the Fae's were far older than I am." He replied, his darker blue eyes locked to her slightly lighter. "Your beautiful, Twilight. And your name is pretty to... It suits you." He added with a smile.

[Stormsong]

Twilight looked at him. She didn't know how to react.

Justin flattened his ears, and frowned. "If you don't feel the same way... Then that's fine." Justin whimpered lightly.

[Stormsong]

"I-I don't know what I feel," she whispered.

"You don't have to feel anything yet. I can give you time." Justin whispered back, with a smile. Loki came running over chanting, "Justin and Twilight sitting in a tree! K-I-S-S-I-N-G! First comes Love! Then comes Marriage! Then comes a puppy in the puppy Nursery!" Loki teased.

[Stormsong]

Twilight leapt to her paws and snarled at Loki. "Shut up Loki!" she snapped.

"Oh? And what re YOU going to do?" Loki teased, with a smile "She said, shut up!" Justin yowled and swiped Loki in the face. "Alright! Gd damnit!" Loki growled.

[Stormsong]

"Loki!" Stormsong scolded. "Have many times have we told you not to say stuff like that?"

"S-Sorry Mom..." Loki whined.

[Stormsong]

"Just promise that you won't say words like that again," she sternly spoke.

"I... I don't promise, but I'll try." Loki replied, gazing at his paws.

Twilight snarled and stormed out of the den.

Justin followed her, and ran to her side. "Don't mind Loki. He's your brother..." He said, his paws shuffling.
