Re: Stormsong the Lone Wolf (PG-13)

My green eyes sparkled with happiness, at the pup. I licked it clean as the tiny figure cried. The puppy looked like me, but had Stormsong's soft blue eyes. "We already know to name her Twilight." I said to Stormsong, before gently putting her near Stormsong's tummy, to nurse.
The next pup was already starting to pop out, and I was preying that it was a male.

[Stormsong]

The only sound that came from Stormsong's mouth was soft grunts. She pushed until she heard another wet plop. She pulled the pup up to her and laid her head back down on Tigerstar's paws. Too exhausted to clean it.

I cleanedhe pup myself and saw it was boy. "I think we should name him... Loki." I said, looking at his black pelt and one blue eye, and one green. "Their perfect." I said before lickingS Stormsong's ears.

[Stormsong]

Stormsong sighed with pleasure and nuzzled her pups closer. "Loki and Twilight, I love those names," she breathed giving each pup a lick before laying her head back down. She slowly drifted off to sleep.

"I do to." I whispered before falling asleep next to her and the pups soundly.

[Stormsong]

I awoke the next morning t a beautiful sunrise. My green eyes blazing with delight, I stretched out my paws and shook my dark pelt. Stepping out into the morning sun, I took 2 rabbits from the pile, then left 2 fish for Stormsong.
Looking over at the pups, Loki looed stronger than Twilight. "Hello, my pups." I said. They awoke and opened their tiny eyes, then barked lightly at me than start to suckle milk. "I cant wait to see Stormsong's reaction to remembering se has had pups." I whispered to myself.

[Stormsong]

Stormsong lifted her head. "Did you say something?" she asked. Feeling a strange pulling at her stomach, she lepat to her feet. Unfortunately the den wasn't tall enough and she hit her head on the ceiling. She yelped and crouched down rubbing her head with her paw. It was then that she heard the crying compliants from her two infant pups. "Well that explains the pulling feeling," she retorted.

I started to roll on my back, laughng my arse off as she hit her head. "You... You forgot about the pups didn't you!" I laughed as the pus tried to jump up to her teats, but soon calmed as Stormsong layed back down.

[Stormsong]

Stormsong glared at him before turning and nuzzling the pups closer to her belly. "It's not funny," she growled.

[P r o m i s e r]

I kept laughing, trying not to choke. "Yes it is! That... Was t-the funniest thing I've ever seen!" I barked, still laughing hard.

[Stormsong]

Stormsong pinned her ears and barred her teeth. "Don't you have to go hunting or something!?" she snapped.

I stopped laughing, and looked at her with a cocky smirk. "No. I hunted while you and the pups were sleeping. Theres a perfectly good moose over there." I snorted before bringing her the beefiest and tenderest leg.
"Now are you impressed with me miss Stormsong?" I mcked in a baby voice.

[Stormsong]

She smirked. "Yes I am very impressed," she replied with a tone that a teacher would use when falsly praising a student.

[P r o m i s e r]

My ears flopped down right to my skull, and I whined. "So I went hunting for nothing? And I thought about you before myelf for nothing?" I asked, feeling my hart crushed at her harsh tone that struck me like lightening. "Thats great to know Stormsong, thanks." I added.

[Stormsong]

"No I didn't mean it like that," she said and nuzzled him. "I was trying to get back at you for laughing me."

[P r o m i s e r]

"Oh it was just a little laugh... Ok, a big laugh. But thats notthe point... The point is, when someone as done something for you, you shouldn't make rde comments." I said, stating facts befre returning her nuzzle.

[Stormsong]

"Well now you made me feel bad," she said and turned away from him.

"Don't... Its not your fault I had a laugh attack." I said with a wink, then licking her cheek multiple times to comfort her. "You are the angel that guides me through a 'Storm', and your the 'Song' that is heard in our howls." I added, trying to cheer her up. I knew she was proud of her name, and I was proud of mine.

[Stormsong]

Stromsong smiled weakly at him. This time she had a comeback for him. " You are the 'Tiger' that prowls through the night, the one who guards his family and who knows no fear or fright. You are the 'Star' that guides us through our hard times and who will light up the darkness," she licked him under his chin.

[P r o m i s e r]

I blushed and I nuzzled her until we were disturbed by a brute. "Ugh! Lovebirds!" He barked before attacking me. Kicking my hind legs I rolled him over and slashed his eye out before pinning him. "Get out!!!" I snarled before letting him dash away.
"I love fighting!" I said truly.

[Stormsong]

Stormsong wrapped her tail around her nrsing pups protectively and snarled at the intruder. She relaxed a little when Tigerstar chased it away. "Yes, I love to fight too," she said her voice was still uneasy for the worry that the brute might come back.

[P r o m i s e r]

"But with the pups, things will be much more difficult. Just warning you." I replied briefly before nuzzling her neck comfortingly. "He's gone. I promise..." I told her.

[Stormsong]

Stromsong smiled and nuzzled him back. "That's what worries me," she said softly.

"Don't worry. With us as their parents, nothing will happen." i assured.
