Accepting her nuzzle, I licked her cheek before falling asleep next to her... When I awoke in the morning, I stretched out my large paws before getting up and padding out of the den. The morning air smelt wonderful at this time, and I padded farther into the open until I came to hunting grounds.
And there stood a cow elk, that made my mouth water and make it drip from my bared teeth. Crouching, I crept up behind in and snapped its back leg before jumping and landing on its back. The beast was in too much pain to run, and with ease I killed it and brought it down
I dragged it back to the den, and left it outside. Trotting in the den, I nosed Stormsong awake. But by the look she was giving me, she looked as if she was about to rip out my throat.

"Oh its not that early... The sun is up." I teased her, before passing Stormsong a deer leg. "Breakfast... And I'm sorry, I'm a bit of an early riser." I told her.

"It's fine," she replied and sank her teeth into the leg. She tore off a peice of meat and swallowed it whole. "So what are we doing today?" she asked after a minute.

I laughed as she asked me that question. "I haven't really thought on that yet... But I want to take you somewhere special. Now..." I said, before racing over and sliding under Stormsong to get her on my back. "Hold on tight." I said before taking off towards the waterfall.
After a few minutes of running, we were there. The beautiful water rushing rapidly. I looked over at Stormsong, and laughed at her dirty look. "What? Its not kidnapping if I'm taking you somewhere beautiful." I mocked playfully.

She rolled her eyes. "I am perfectly capable of walking," she told him. She looked over at the waterfall and she was lost for words.

"But theres more!" I told her, and I dragged her across the stepping stones and up the slope. And there was the blossom tree inside of roofless cave, and the waterfall rushing close by the mouth of the cave. "Beautiful isn't it?" I asked, still giving her the cocky grin. (Sorry, I have grown to love Avalon!)

"Wow!" she exclaimed and looked around her. The sight was indeed breath-taking. Her tail wagged and she nuzzled him. "I love it!"

I nuzzled her back, and looked at the walls around us that sparkled brightly. "Used to come here once a month with the pack ever since I was a pup to howl at our ancestors." I explained, resting my chin on her head lovingly. "But since I am a Leader without a pack, theres no point in coming here as a tradition." I added sadly, but brightened as I got an idea.
We were sitting under the blossom tree, and I pawed it to make the blossoms fall from the tree.

I laughed to before jumping into the tree, and then up into the hole in the roof and climbed on top. But without looking, I fell in the river and I went over the 17 foot edge and fell in the bottom river. I gasped for air, but a fish was stuck in my mouth.
Spitting it out, I gave it a disgusted look then said, "I'm OK!" I called and climbed back up to where Stormsong was.

Stormsong's baffled looked turned to one of amusement. She rolled over and started laughing. "You caught a fish!" she laughed harder. "You must be turning into a tiger! Catching fish is the first sign!"

The water was freezing, and I was shivering. "Its... Its not... Funny." I stammered, my green eyes turning to chips of ice. But then I got probably one of the stupidest ideas in my life. I pushed her in the water lightly, where it was only about 4 feet deep.

Stormsong yelped when he pushed her into the water. Being unprepared, her head went under. Stormsong yowled and thrashed wildly in the water. Her eyes were wide with fear.

"Tigerstar you idiot!" I snarled to myself before jumping in after her, and pulling her out. "Oh Stormsong. I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to... I mean, I didn't mean to almost drown you." I said, trying to make her laugh but kept a serious face. "I'm so sorry... I'm such a moron." I grumbled.

Stormsong looked over her shoulder at the water. She pinned her ears, tucked her tail in between her legs and moved far away from the water. She huddled up against the blossem tree and shivered.

Stromsong whined. She sat there shivering for another moment before leaning over and nuzzling him. "It's alright," her voice was still a little bit shaky. "You did know."

I sighed with relief when she nuzzled me, and licked her ear. "Lets go home." I said before sweeping her onto my back, and taking off once more. When we got to the den, I set her down and smiled. "Hey... You don't look so bad when your wet." I said, trying to cheer her up.

(Should we skip to the birth? Like have 2 pups... 1 boy, 1 girl.)

Stormsong smiled at him and crawled to the back of the den to sleep.

(Sure!)

It was time! Her instincts told her so. Stormsong laid panting on the floor of the den. Her body was quivering with pain. She yowled and kicked the ground with her hind legs.

I was out hunting when I heard yowling. "Stormsong!" I barked before dashing towards the den. "The pups! Its time!" I thought before padding into the den, and laying at her side. "Just breathe, and stay calm. The pain is tempting, I know but don't freak out." I told her.

"It's too late for that," she grumbled. She let out another yowl and rolled over. Her breath coming in rapid gasps. She kicked the air again and snarled. "Stupid pain!"

"You cant do anything about whats natural for a Fae." I told her before licking her cheek. "Just think about the pups. Go to your own happy place." I said, trying to ease her pain.

Stormsong thought of the blossem tree and pushed silently for hours. She lifted her head when she heard a wet plop from by her rump. Stormsong dragged the pup closer to her and cleaned it. The tiny thing let out it's cries and Stormsong breathed a sigh if relief. Her pup was alive. "It's a girl," she whispered to Tigerstar and laid her head down across his front paws.
