"Do you kow where calla is my son borrowed something from her and she isn't in, actaully where is that bird that's usually with her or following her around" she said sure enought eh brid was near but he was hesistant, this time eh would have to try and work on his own to get her out fo this one. He flapped his wings and headed off to that strange place.

Waking up again her back was sore and she looked to the prue white walls around her standing she stumbled a little and looked to her wings that lay limping on her back she whined a little in pain, this time she knew she would have to get out of here alone. The next morning there was no sign of her at all, the bird had returned and perched high up in a tree watching teh pack cuatiously not sure who to trust after seeing what Dee had done.

Dee flinched inwardly at the mentioning of the girl. She cocked her head. "Calla? I'm not sure.... Maybe she went exploring?" She offered the answer, and Andrew nodded lightly. "Sounds reasonable, she loves to find herself some trouble in the woods" He teased lightly, oblivious to the situation Calla was in.

(hmm how about we skip a bit of time and Dee is back at the labs?)

Calla had spent her time being chopped up and getting samples taken from her, she also tried to find an escape from this place if she could deperate just to get outside if she could do that then she could fly back although she doubted anyone would beilive her if she told them, so thought it best to keep it to herself for the moment if she did escape.

The bird who actaully had a name and was called Jack looked around for her a little worried since it had been a few days landing in the wolf pack he asked a few if they had seen her at all.

Andrew shook his head at the bird. "It's weird... It just doesn't seem right" He said with a frown.

Dee dashed through the forest and came to an abrupt halt outside the building. Changing quickly, she moved up the steps and opened the doors. She walked inside and glanced around. She located the room that held the girl and she moved towards it. Her heels clacking against the tile floor. Dee pushed open the door and locked it behind her. She glanced back to see the guard slip over the door as backup. Dee stepped over to Calla, and admired the bindings they had her in. She ran her hand over her cheek in a motherly manner as she brushed aside a strand of her glossy hair. "You're beautiful.. .You know that?" She cooed, her voice beautiful but almost too sweet.

She raised ehr gaze to the clacking of the heels nad jerked her head away from her hand not answering her at all as her wings lay limp on her back thanks to all the insitions they had made near them. She would still be able to fly,she would make ehrself jsut to get out of this horrid place. "Get away from me" she said angrily to her not going to beilive that sweet voice at all.

"Surely in her morning jog you would have seen her, she never seems to be home" he said.

Andrew nodded slowly, and sat back on his haunches. A frown littering his features. "I guess you're right... I just don't know where she might be. Maybe she's visiting family or a friend?" He offered, though he didn't believe it himself.

Dee shook her head softly, her fiery red hair rolling over her shoulder. "Don't be like that" She said, her voice edged with a harsh tone. She gripped the girl's chin and pulled her to face her. "Did you know your father?" She asked, and slipped her hand away from Calla's skin. Dee turned around and stepped gracefully over to the counter. She handled the equipment that lay there.

"Her family lives in a compeltely different country and she has no freinds because she didn't want anyone to find out about her secret" he said "and you don't beilive it yourself either" he sighed quite worried about her.

She frowned "No I didn't know him" she spat she watched as she handled the equipment and tensed a little backing herself up more to the wall completely terrfied by this point she wrapped ehr wings around ehr as if trying to protect herself. Jeff walked in "Are you busy?" he asked her.

Andrew shrugged at his words. "I know" He said with a slight huff.

Dee turned around and chuckled slightly at Calla, her back pinned to the wall and her wings wrapped around her. Jeff spoke from the doorway, and she turned to look at him. "Me? No. Why?" She said.

"We have some good samples from her, blood from the muscles in the wings appears to be the best source, taking a few samples of that, turns out they are perfect smaples from her, want to look?" he asked "Also why do you want samples from her?" he asked curiously however, he wanted an answer this time.

Meanwhile in the room she was figuring out an escpae noticing something she reached out jsut able to reach it and began picking at her chains thinking fi she timed everythign right and got outside she could get back somehow, although she had no idea where she was in reality. When night came they all left her alone that was when she snuck outside careful not to disturb anything, she stretched the weak wings she now had that trembled from the injections that had torn their muscles. "Coem on I have to fly" she said and after a while she got into the sky and tried her best to get towards her home able to pick her way back slowly She found ehr old tree house and then landed near the wolf pack lands, she felt she ahd to warn them.

Dee stepped out of the room to Jake[or Jeff?? Lol ]]. She leaned down and peered into the eyepiece of the microscope. Sure enough, the cells were the same that her mothers had been. Although, there was something off. They were hyper-active, moving around faster and getting things done much more proficiently than her mother. A frown slipped across Dee's features, and she looked up at Jake. "It's a long story. Her father and I.... Go way back" She said, choosing her words like she was picking fruit from a market.

Andrew snorted and shook his head. "Come on, let's go see what we can find" He said, gathered a few extra wolves to come with him. He jumped into a run and headed towards Calla's home.

Calla stumbled a litle she could hear them talking. She groaned a little about to head towards her house before she was stopped by a healer wolf "You ahven't been around in days, what happened?" she asked frowning a little "That's a long story" she said sheepishly before the healer wolf made sure that she headed inside with her and tended to the wounds her wings however, they needed to heal on their own. She sighed adn created a little image sending it to her house. The pale butterfly landed on Andrew's nose when he got there. Jack was also there "She's not here... I checked again" he frowned.

Jeff looked ot her "Well care to share that story?" he asked "Also they are different they are acting far more quickly than her mothers that's one thing but as for why, we cannot find that out. Might need to run a few more tests"

Andrew watched the butterfly as it danced through the air, then as it landed on his snout. He sneezed, and it faded into the moonlight. "Calla" He said quietly, then looked over at Jeff. "Come on" He said, hoping she'd be in the tree house. He ran from the house and had to slow when he reached the forest.

Dee looked over at him a moment, contemplating whether she should share or not. After a few seconds, she shook her head. The movement sent fiery red hair dancing around her head and shoulders. "No, sorry, not now" She said and left the room. She entered the room that was holding Calla, and her face turned up in a scowl. Her chest burned slightly. "Where is she?" She snapped, whirling around and almost running into a guard.

Calla had retreated to ehr old tree hosue once they had finished and tried to tend ot her own wings hearing soemthign below she climbed down lookign to them carefully to see if Dee was with them. She leaned back against the old tree to support herself and let ehr wings fall limp not saying a word really, she didn't know what to say and she still had a dout they wouldn't beilive her. The small butterfly fluttered to her fingers and it vanished.

Andrew looked up as he reached the tree house and saw Calla. "Hey!" He called out, sitting back and look up. "Are you alright?" He asked her.

"I've been... better" she said a little heistant to speak about it adn she sat down "Apart form a few injuries and being unable to fly thanks to ..." she paused a little shaking ehr head "Well apart from that i'm ok, how has everyone been anyway?" she asked that hesitatntion remaining in ehr voice stillshe had to decided whether to speak or not now beofre Dee foudn ehr again and that sent shivers through her.

"Hmm oh dear seems like she escaped. Dee be a dear and go fetch her won't you?" he asked her smiling a little.

Andrew cocked his head. "Thanks to who?" He said, catching on to her hesitation. He shifted slightly, uncomfortable with the situation.

Dee curled her lip in a sort of snarl. "Me? Who are you kidding, I didn't let her get out!" She spat the words and shoved him to the side. "But seeing how everyone here is incapable" She said, a growl like sound lacing her words. "I'll do it myself" She said and jogged down the steps of the front door. Once she was out of sight, she turned to her wolf form.

She hesitated still not sure what to think of "Well, there are two parties really..." she said adn then spoke "might be best if only you heard it though" she said to him and once the tohers had gone she spoke "Well, I don't know if you'll beilive me but somoen in the pack is working with sceintists, I don't knwo what they want with the samples they got from me but I'm worried that something might happen to the rest of you..." she said to him still hesitatn to give the name but knew if she was asked again she would have to.

Andrew looked around at the others and they nodded, then left. "Okay, so tell" He said, then listened to his words. They made him cringe. So there was a traitor in the group... "Who is it?" He asked after a long pause, and something told him he really wouldn't like the answer.

Dee slowed and lifted her nose to catch the scent of Calla. She smirked, and launched herself into the clearing. A snarl rolling from her throat. She froze at the sight of Andrew, and she shifted slightly. "Boo..?" She said, and laughed slightly. Her heart threatened to bust from her chest. What had Calla told him?!

About to speak she froze in palce her wings though limp still moved protectively around her when she saw Dee and heard her snarling, she gripped her limp wings and watched every move Dee made silence over took ehr as her voice became muted. She gulped remembering what the elder wolf had said about them both and knew it would hurt Andrew and just shook her head she didn't want to hurt him but then there were the others and the young pups which she had a strong weakeness for now, what if they got hurt becasue of Dee and because she didn't say anything. this really was tearing her apart inside for more than that reason as well.

Dee smiled sweetly and walked gracefully to Andrew's side, realizing he didn't know. "What's going on?" She said, her voice smooth. Andrew looked over at her. "What made you snarl at us like that?" He said, and Dee's eyes widened slightly. "I thought I smelled a rogue wolf, but it must just be the mixture of your scents" She said quickly and smiled. Andrew hesitated, then continued. "Has anyone been acting... weird in the pack?" Andrew asked her, and she shook her head. Dee sent a glare up at Calla. "Why?" She asked.

Calla gulped as Dee glared at her "I should head home I need to tend to my wings" she said jsut wanting to avoid getting enar Dee at all costs, She struggled standing shivering a little but even hesistated to move with Dee right in front of her. What fi she dragged her back there when the other wolves weren't around, what if it all happened again? She closed ehr eyes a little "never mind, i don't think you'd beilive me anyway Andrew" she said although isntead of heading home she felt safer with the other wolves in the pack, she soon found the elder wolf "Can I talk to you?" she asked she did not know this was Andrew's mother but soemone older needed to know then amybe they would listen. She told his mother the story when Dee wasn't around but was scared to hurt the others since Dee was an alpha as well. "It's hard to tell hm since it would only hurt him" she said "but what if Dee leads them here to where the others are, they'd all be in danger" she said "and I can't tell Andrew, I doubt he'd even beilive me"

Andrew cocked his head slightly. "Take care of yourself, Calla" Andrew said and watched as she left the tree house for her house. He turned to Dee, and Dee offered him a smile. He chuckled and tackled her to the ground before he darted away. Dee giggled and chased him into the woods. He sighed and tried to outrun her even though they were in the forest, but he was quickly on the ground under her. Dee grinned and licked his nose. A sneeze bounced off the nearby tree trunks and Andrew wriggled out from under her. He turned and darted after her, forcing her towards a clearing.

Calla waited for the elder wolf's reaction. The wolf sighed "I see, that is why you are finding it so hard, stay ehre for a little she wown't try anything as long as you stay with the pack adn I'm sure the pups here would love to play with you again" she smiled and nodded, that night she kept herself hidden in the depths of the old wolf's den before she appeared early morning and sat up in a tree thinkign to herself trying to decide what she should do, clambering down later on she seemed quiet with Dee around and mostly played with the pups who gladly tackled her "Hey, careful ym wings are still a little injured" she said to one and eh soon played with some of the butterflies she had created watching them play made her think a little. "Calla, you ok?" asked one of them pawing ehr cheek "Huh? yeah I'm ok, my wings just hurt is all" she said.

Andrew grinned and tackled her to the long meadow grass, he snorted at her and stepped off her. She shook her fur and barked back at him in a playful tone. They both ran back to the den and could tell Calla was still here. Andrew was relieved to know she would be safe, but Dee was furious. She snorted and played with a yearling for a little to calm herself. Andrew bounded over to where Calla was sleeping and peeked inside. "How are you doing?" He asked her, panting from the run and playing.

She jumped havign drifted to sleep "I'm ok, I'd jsut rather stay ehre for a little while" she said a little sheepishly "I need to think things over before I tell you" she said to him honestly, she still had to think "Hey how would you feel if it was someone close to you?" she asked him she wanted to get that answer before she was sure whether to tell him although she had always been told the truth always hurts.
