Dee grinned at her. "Yes it's me. And sure" She said. Her long fingers clasped around her hand and she led her towards her home.

She followed sitting down once she got hom knowing Dee would want an explanation "It's a long story, these wings are something I got form my mother no one knows where they come from at all. My mother was captured and well they did lots of things to her in order to try and figure out what she was before I was born. So far I've just been running and just hoped they would never find me here but they did... what if you all get hurt?" she said clearly panicing a little over it adn worried they would all get hurt as well.

Dee sat down in a chair, keeping her legs tight and her arms folded across her lap. She nodded, listening to the story. "Don't worry about us, we'll be fine" She said, shaking her head at her question.

"You say that" she said annoyed at herself for being unable to see and tried to think of how she could get her sight back and sighed not able to think of any way. "I didn't even plan to tell anyone about such a thing... yet two fo you ahve found out already" she said wanting to go to bed. "Maybe i should go to bed hoepfully It'll be all ok in the morning, thank you for bringing me back here, I would offer a drink but it'll be a little difficult for me really" she said "How about tomorrow?" she asked

Once everything was settled and Dee had gone back she carefully headed to bed but woke up able to see again but jerked feeling her feathers on her back and looked shocked "They should be gone, yesterday was the last night of the full moon, why are they?" she looked to them and frowned. She walked outside folding them in tightly but taking the usual path was a bad idea this time running into Andrew but just remained silent.

Dee nodded and turned back into a wolf. She slipped away into the shadows of the forest but didn't go back to pack. She took a left and made her way to an old gravel road. She turned, careful to make sure no one saw her before she did so.

Andrew stirred in his sleep and woke to an overcast sky. He crawled out of the den and took the oldest litter of pups to do a little training on their hunting skills.

She headed to her old tree house and settled there running her fingers through the feathers in order to try and clean them a little. Some fo the older pups yipped and barked happily at going out to train on their hunting skills. One found her thinking ti was a bird and jumped up making ehr fall "Ouch, Hey I'm not a bird" she said groaning as she sat up they looked to her shocked as she rubbed her head "guessing your out pracitsing huh? well if you see oversized wings don't jump on them" she said calmly sicne she was annoyed by the fact her wings hadn't gone away at all She stood up rubbing her head still since it was quite a hieght to fall form "geez you can jump like a kangeroo" she laughed. The other older pups wondered over looking curiously wondeirng what was going on. She folded her wings again hiding them.

Andrew barked loudly at the pup that caused the chaos, and they all crawled back to him. "Sorry" He said, and cocked his heads. "I thought they went away" He said.

Running her slim fingers through her fiery hair, Dee pushed open the large door and stepped inside. Her heels clicking against the tile. "Delylah!" A man called her voice, and she turned to look at him. "Where have you been?" He asked, a woman with a clipboard and pen stood behind him. She shook her head at him. "Does it matter?" She snapped, then snatched his arm. "Come, I need to talk to you" He said.

"Well I'll get used to it, my wings aren't fading and it's a new moon" she said stretching them out a little to show him. This time they looked more like black glass having adapted to the new phase of the moon. "Last night some people appeared, they injected something and I think that's what's causing them to stay or maybe they've become stable, my mothers never got a chance to mine have had a few years at least" she said "Training the older pups?" she asked "Might want to teach them not to go for overly sized birds" she said half joking with him.

Andrew shook her head at her words and kicked a rock with his paw. "Yea" He said with a chuckle. "They are still pups at heart" He said, listening to them wrestle.

Dee frowned at the man as he sat down, his awkward ways were disgusting. She cleared her throat and looked over at the young woman beside him. "Were you aware that the serum took her eyesight?" She snapped, then knit her fingers together on her lap. "Did you get the sample?" She asked, and sneered at the young blond who was trying to write everything down.

She smiled and thought a little before she whispered something and called the pups over to look creating small illusions with ehr hands they looked like her feathers, black glass but moved like the black butterfly landing on one of their noses. The pup jumped and looked to it before it fluttered landing on Andrew's nose this time moving it's wings. "Well of course they are, let them play for as long their hearts are still young" she said creating other thigns before the pups, only small things though.

The man looked to her "She should be able to see by now, and no.. sadly something stopped us from taking one she is a little different from her mother something seems odd with ehr she manipulates the light.. also she'll have those wings permentantly so we'll have more chances to get a sample from her, however a full moon is the best time or a new moon"

Andrew sighed at the pups. "Come on!" He snorted, and they bounced back to them. He sneezed and the butterfly disappeared. "They need the knowledge" He said, and disappeared into the shadows. The pups followed reluctantly.

Dee frowned and stood up. "You... I knew I should've done this myself" She snapped, her eyes narrowing at him. "Get Jeff, I need to discuss getting a sample with him. Maybe he will be more useful" She sneered, her eyes like daggers.

She laughed a little and headed back into her treehouse for the moment before she went to see the rest of the pack being greeted since they appeared to be used to her comings and goining now, she played with some of the pups createing the small butterflies for them to play with and almost got flattened when one fo them landed on her "Careful there" she said and laughed the mothers watched and laughed a little as well since she seemed to fit in with the pups to a certain extent.

Jeff walked in after being called down "You rang?" he asked her "this about the sample, we have soem from ehr mother but... they are out dated... remind em why do you want this sample again?" he asked wondering if he'd get an answer from ehr this time.

Andrew snapped at the yearlings and they whimpered softly. He ignored their protests and smelled the air.

Dee forced a smile onto her sharp features, her dark makeup giving her an edgy look. She sighed at his words. "No, but you will know soon" She said, stepping closer to him. She looked up, their bodies close. "Trust me, you're the only one I like here" She said with a sneer, then stepped around him. She shrugged on a white lab coat as she pushed open the lab door. It smelled of cleaning agents and Bunsen burners. She glanced around, then found the microscope that was lit. She frowned and leaned over to have a look. He was right, they were too outdated. She straightened and looked back at him. "We need her" She said, her mouth pursing in thought.

Calla stayed playing with the younger pups that gladly tackled her if butterfly landed on her "Oi, I said be careful silly pups" she laughed sitting herself up staying there for quite some time but soon wondered something "Anyone seen Dee, she didn't come to my place earlier we organised to have some tea together" she said.

He chuckled "good to know" he said "and I told you they were outdated as for getting samples any ideas how we need one from the core fo her power, so a feather from between her wings of an extraction of maniplulated moonlight would do the trick" he said "The feather would be better option of actaul blood even" eh said going through what would be a good sample.

Andrew's elderly mother shrugged away Calla's comment. "The young Alpha likes to be alone... She probably found herself a job of working the perimeter and got lost in her adventure" She said, her voice was smooth and trained.

Dee nodded at his words. "I don't care how you do it, just get me the girl" She said, waving a small hand in the direction of the blond. She widened her eyes and nodded her head quickly before disappearing to gather some stronger employees.

She looked to the elderly wolf "Andrew got a new mate already?" she said raising an eyebrow slightly but said nothign mroe on the matter as she created a different sort of creature more like a little black bird or sparrow and let it flap about smiling a little at it. She soon felt something playing about under her wings and moved one "Hey, out form ym feathers little pup" she said seeignt eh pup grasping a bunch happily in his paws.

He nodded "hmm ok them, we'll put a plan in action by tonight" he smiled and began to think of something "We might need your help though"

The wolf shook her head "No, they are not mates. Just friends working together to keep the pack together" She clarified, letting a smile creep onto her lips as she watched the pups play.

Dee frowned at his words "What do you mean?" She asked, folding her arms firmly over her chest.

Calla was soon dealing with a minature pack of pups tackling ehr and playing with ehr feathered wings laughing as they tickled ehr "get off, get off" she laughed having fallen back as the pups played, she made a few butterflies and sat up watching them chase them blowing a stray bit of hair from her face.

Jeff sighed "Well she seems to trust you so if we can you to take her somewhere seperate from the others then maybe we can get a sample mroe easily, tonight would be a good night, jstu say you found something you want to show her and we'll meet you there to get the sample off her"

Dee sighed. "Fine. Whatever it takes. Set people up by the falls" She told him, referring to the waterfall to the North of her house.

Calla watched creating small illusions for them until the pups fell asleep some of them in her lap leaving ehr stuck there sicne she didn't want to wake them and gentley ran her figners along their soft fur until they woke up hungry going to their mothers to feed. "Well I'm going to head home, I need to eat as well" she said saying good bye to them all before heading home she saw Dee and looekd to ehr curiously "Something up?" she asked her

Jeff adn the others had set up by the falls as instructed adn he set up a few traps to stop her escapeing as well.

Andrews mother nodded and laid down to rest.

Dee nodded, and changed after the group was unable to see her. They didn't know about her and they never would. She bounded towards the girl's home and slid to a stop when she saw her. Making her breath normal she looked up at her. Forcing a beautiful smile, she twitched her tail softly. 'I'd like to show you something" She said, making the urgency of the words disappear.

She followed Dee nodding when she said she had something to show her, walking ahead a little when they got closer she looked around cautiously and got caught in one of the traps, it snapped at her leg and she bit her lip before they walked out again making her panis she falpped her wings trying to get away but when they released her leg she was pinned once more, "Dee help" she said but soon flipped onto her front her wings were sprawled and she screamed in agony when the needles came out digging them into her back and an effort to try and get samples from her as she tried struggling once more.

Dee changed as they neared the falls, she smoothed out her skirt and walked perfectly in her heels. She stepped out of the way of a trap, but Calla was caught in it. Dee couldn't help the smile that spread over her features. She kneeled beside her and ran a hand over the glossy feathers. "It's alright hun, we just need a few samples" She said, a wicked grin spreading from her lips to her eyes. She looked down at the girl as she was bombarded with people. Dee could see just how unique the girl was and she snapped her fingers before she turned around. "Load her up, we're taking her back for closer examinations" Dee said, her voice cold and professional. She walked towards the van the others had come in, her hips swaying with her expensive skirt that went with her suit.

She looked to Dee feeling betrayed by her as she was loaded up some stayed with her to try and keep her bounded and kept there. "Use the tranqulisers if she won't stay still" shouted Jeff as he drove back to the facilties. They ended up putting her to sleep while they sorted everything out. "Well how should we go about this want to come in with us while we cut her open, see if we can get something about her strange wings" he said. waking up she was on ehr front in a strange room her wings bound trying to struggle free she suddenly blacked out again which was when they began to investigate cutting upen her back near her wings.

Meanwhile back in the forest one of the youngsters had forgotten to give her something back, so had persuaded one of the adults to come with him, his mother knocked on the door and called her but no repsonse it was late as well, heading abck she looked awfully confused "We'll try tomorrow, maybe she's asleep already, althought it looks about time for her jog to start so...we should have seen her" she said sighing a little "anyway off to bed with you."both turned back into wolvesheading into the den. "Also Dee is usually back around now as well. "Andrew, do you know where Dee isshe;s always back before this time"

Dee shook her head at his words. "No. Don't kill her either. I want her alive when you finish your project" She said sternly before stepping out of the van. She watched as they carted the girl into the building. "I should be getting back.. I will see you later" She told Jeff before wandered back towards the pack.

Andrew shook his head slightly. "I don't know... We'll go looking if she doesn't-" He paused at a rustling and turned. Dee slipped from the brush and shook her pelt. "Sorry, stupid birds kept trying to murder me" She joked, moving towards the two wolves. "What's up?" She asked, her voice high as though nothing had happened.
