Sam blinked her brown eyes, looking around for the source of the noise. "Derek!" She squeaked, hoping she wasn't to late to pick up the phone. "H-hello?"

Derek smiled as the phone-line connected. "Hey. It's Derek."

[Harley's Rainbow]

"Thought you would never call." She laughed, smoothing her hair down.

[BayMickey]

"Yeah, well I'm bored." Derek laughed and kicked a pebble from under his shoe.

[Harley]

She laughed, leaning back on her couch. "Well, are you still bored?" She asked, crossing her leg over the other.

[BayMickey]

Derek cocked his head. "Yeah." He walked over to a log, banging his hand against it, and ants spilling the sides of it. "Shit..."

[Harley]

"What?"She asked, rubbing her shoulder. She ran a hand through her hair, smoothing it down a bit.

[BayMickey]

"Ants, in a log, it's ruined. But you wouldn't care, would you?" Derek laughed. "Oh well." He grasped the log strongly, putting the phone between his shoulder and his ear, then pulled it out of the pile slightly, so the machines would know to pull it out tomorrow.

[Harley]

"I hardly care about anything, so don't it personally." She laughed, standing up and heading upstairs.

[BayMickey]

"I won't." Derke laughed and walked away, no longer messing with the wood.

[Harley]

"That's good." She said, pulling out a box of something, quickly read the instructions and started cooking. "This conversation isn't getting very far, you know."

[BayMickey]

"So? I have nothing better to do." Derek laughed, then put his phone on speaker. "You wan to go out sometime?"

[Harley]

"So, we must avoid the awkward moments of silence." Sam laughed, but was cut off when he spoke. "Yeah, sure. When?"
