His eyes softened slightly, shining with pride and happiness. "It was his job. I needed to find my own way. But now I have found you!" He laughed, rolling over and lying by her, side by side, thier sides pressed together. his tail flicking hers.

His eyes twinked, reflecing her image in the golden orbs. "You have changed. You have grown up, no longer the crazy, daredevil cub I had played with. But in the way, you are exactly the same." He stopped, clearing his throat. "You are beautiful."

Zemar looked down at her, his height making him have to shift to see her face. Backing, his paws landing lightly on the dirt, large claws clicking on the rocks. He bent down, nose touching hers. "I should be the one that ask's that."
