A young girl walks up to me, obviously trying to sell her body. She sits on my lap and runs a thin, red fingernailed finder down my chest. She tells me she can make me happy. I push her off me roughly, but don't let her fall to the ground "I'm not interested" I growl and take a drink of my cheap budlight bottle of beer. The brown glass tipping up in a long swig of bitter but welcome taste. Sighing, I run my fingers through my hair and watch the dancing. Rythmic movement, moving with the beat and easily breaking and joining with new partners.

Bella sighed, gritting her teeth as she watched a stero type movie about vampires. "We don't burn in the sun." She growled, watching as Dracual hid himself. She was bored, and wished she hadn't of left the pub.

How did I let this happen? How did I fall so hard for her? She doesn't even care, I am but a friend. If that. A werewolf and vampire? That was crazy talk. If only something could be different. I frown and listen to a change in the music. The song obviously meaning deeper things than most thought..

Bella sighed, thinking about Andrew. She turned her radio on, humming along with the song and half hoping there would be a knock at the door.

I flip open my cell phone and punch in the number of all my pack members.. well... all but two of the guys since they needed to stay with the group. The text asked them to come to the bar I was at. I then lean back into my seat and think about whatever I could. However, the only thing playing in my head was Bella.

Bella let the sudden commercial shatter her thoughts of Andrew, and she cursed her self. "It can't happen. Just can't." She headed up stairs and changed.

They soon arrived, walking in sync into the pub and getting attention. Of course they would, they were all good looking guys walking in at the same time without going anywhere but to sit beside me. I order them a few drinks and sigh. "I need help" I tease, though it had some truth to it.

Bella sighed, flopping down on her bed an crawling under the covers. "Sleep, why can't I feel you again?" She asked, closing her eyes.

The confsed looks of my friends made me sigh once again. "I think I love Bella" My voice low and almost a whisper. The reaction was totally unsuspected. They all stood up, grabbed me by the wrists, and yanked me outside.

Bella sighed, muttering into one of her stuffed animals fur. "YOu're not gonna tell any one are you?" She asked, lifting her head and looking at the turtle. "Kitty?" She laughed, looking down at her pitiful clothes. A pair of grey sweat pants and a white T-Shirt.

"You what?!" I heard the familiar voice of Vince erupt through the night air. "Calm down" I snap "It's simply a liking" I growl out, glaring at him. "Yea, a liking of a VAMPIRE" He states the obvious. "A fledging" I roll my eyes "You know you can reverse those" He sighs and turns around slowly. Suddenly, he spins around, punching me hard in the jaw and sending me onto the ground. I immediately turn into my wolf form and snarl loudly. The sound ripping through town. I was bristling and my ears were so flat they nearly disappeared.

Bella had changed and stepped outside. She concentrated, then started at a brisk walk. Something was wrong, she could sense it. Legs flashing, Bella ran towards where she had been only nd hour before. Red eyes blared as she heard the fight. "Disobeying your leader?" She asked, raising an eyebrow and stepping into the alley. "That is very rude." Bella snapped, looking over at the white wolf who was Andrew. "Care to explain?"

I snarl and look at Bella "Leave me alone" I snap. With one final glance at Vince, I turn around and dash into the darkest alley.

Bella stepped back, sliding in the door of the pub. She sighed, sitting on the stool nearest to the door. Silently, she hummed and waited. She drank a bit, but it cured nothing.

I turn human again, my jaw aching. I throw my fist into the concrete wall of a building, causing dust and dirt to float into the air. My knuckles cracked and began to bleed. "Damnit!" My voice snarls into the air. With the closing of my eyes, I lean against the cool wall and slide down to the ground. My healthy hand running through my hair.

Bella sighed, listening to the songs. "I don't understand." She snapped.
