Delia couldn't help himself. "You smell so good!" he said and he really started to chase her. "Come here real quick..I have to ask you something!" he yelled as he stopped his tracks.

Rain looked back, then started trotting back to him. "Hmm?" She asked, flicking her tail.

Dalia looked at her. "Why are you letting out your scent? Are you still in love with me?" he asked and smiled as the scent flooded his nostrils. HE sniffed then air and that's all he smelt.

"Wha-What?" She askedm turning in circles desperate to gt a whiff. "I don't mean to...." Rain said, almost whining.

Dalia looked at her. "What do you mean?" he said and he smelled her again. "Sorry...but I can't help myself". he said before he was licking his face to get it out of his head.

"I can't smell it, little less control it to the max." She said. Rain pinned her tail, but scent still seeped out.

Dalia looked at her. "Your too mucgh I'm out!" he yelled and trotted away from her.

Rain snorted, and turned away. She started at a gallop, and quickly exited the beach.

Dalia looked back and rolled his eyes. She'll come back, she always does. he thought and got the thought of her out of his mind. She wanted to mate to early. he thought.

Rain huffed, kicking at the dirt. "He is such a jerk." She muttered, eating the soft grass.

Dalia hufffed and went to his cave and he looked at the moss. "Ugh! Stupid mare!" he said and he smiled as he wanted to be single again. "I don't need her! I can be ridin solo!"

Rain sighed, heading farther into the forest. She reared, plucking a fruit from a low hanging branch and threw it to the ground. Black hooves trampled it.

Dalia looked at a apple tree. He looked at how ripe it was. He grabbed it with his maw and he bit it furiously. He then smiled as he didn't care. He knew he should've listened to his mother. "I should've listened to you mother. Why was I so stupid?" he asked the sky. His mother told him not to love so he can be a strong horse. That mare wasn't helping , she was like a helpless foal wailing for his mother.

"Find a guy who treats you right. He wasn't him! He was a jerk.." She sighed, looking around.

Dalia turned around and sighed. "But who mother? Who will be my lucky mare?' he asked Starherd again and he heard a whisper. "Follow your heart and choose your mate". he heard in his ear and the coldness made him shiver. He looked back and he remembered how beautiful the horse was. She was so perfect but you messed up! he thought as he thought of her. Her sweet smell, her mane, her pelt. She was perfect. SHe could've been your mate. he thought and went to a tree and laid there.

Rain trotted back into the beach, ears pinned back. A lone stud stood, looking around. She sighed, turning back to the forest.

Dalia looked and seen the mare. He never felt this way before. He doesn't have feelings for her it's just that he wanted to like her. He really does.

Rain sighed and lifted her head to the sky.

Dalia looked at her. "wonderful song". he said and he looked at how she felt. He seen her gaze to the sky and wondered if she was talking to Starherd. He never knew that she knew someone there. He was sorry for her lost, whoever it was.

Rain perked her ears but sent the voice no reaction. "Dalia?" She asked, slightly turning her head to see if he was there.

Dalia heard her beautiful voice again. "Rain? Are you there?" he asked and he seen how her eyes were fixed on him. "This is me". he said and he smiled as he looked at how she fekt. He felt warm inside. He didn't know what to do. He trotted to her and neighed a small hello. "I'm so sorry for what I said". he said and he looked down.

"No. I rushed." She said, nose pointing towards the ground. "It is my fault."

Dalia sighed. "No I was a jerk don't say it wasn't your fault". he stared at the ground and he seen her gaze. He then opened his mouth to speak, "I'm so sorry it wasn't your fault. It was mine. I don't care if you let out your heat scent". he said and he warmly kicked his leg for a apology. That's how his mother told him to.

"No, I rushed and tried to make you do something you didn't ant to!" Rain said, turning towards. him.
