"I think I'll leave," he snorted in her face before taking off.

"Good." I snorted as he left.

I sigh and my little body stops shaking,"Who was the stud?"I asked as my little foal tail hits my sides slowly.

~Star of the Sun~
She stayed in the back of the cave, her stomach churning. She snorted and shifted herself uncomfortably. She laid down and yawned, trying to get rid of the feeling that she was going to throw up. Seeing what the stallion had did to her, and what he had just said to her.... Would he really come back? Take her away? She shivered and stared long and hard at the stone floor.

~Arabella~
I frowned and walked back to the cave. "I'll tell you when you're older." I walked to where Sun was. "He's not going to come back on my watch."

~White Flame~
I followed Mommy into the cave.

She looked over to her little brother. She wasn't ready. What if she was pregnant? She looked away, the comforting words of her mother not seeming to work this time. She rested her head on the floor and sighed. She wasn't ready, she just wasn't. She didn't want to have a foal until she had a steadfast stallion by her side. Icy Sky liked Feathers, so who was left for her? An idea hatched in her mind. Maybe if she went back and begged the stallion to stay with her.... He seemed interested enough in her. She'd do anything as long as she didn't have to take care of the upcoming foal without a father.

"Ok".I said then realised that it must be dangress going out of the taratory.I then ran to the creek and swam and around hapaly.I went under once then back up and nickered for.(Forgot his name but he's pure heart's foal)

~Arabella~
"Do you want him to come back?" I kicked up some dust with my hind right leg. I nickered for everyone to come in the cave.

~White Flame~
"What happened?" I went and laid down by my sister. I looked up at her.

"It's not safe for him to come back, Mother," she replied. "He may go around forcing the others." She looked to her little brother and playfully pulled on his mane, "Don't worry about it, nerd, okay?" She joked, nudging him playfully.

I got out and came running then stopped to shake the water off me then countue.I walked in and lad down alone for I was one of the only foals with out a mom here cause she died.

"Okay..." I looked down at my son. "Flame, go play." I motioned for him to go outside.


~White Flame~
"Hey! I'm not a nerd!" I got up and went outside as my mother told me to.

Once her brother was away, she let a little bit of her weakness show. "Mother, I'm not ready..." She said, holding back tears.

~Arabella~
"Babe, it's going to be okay. I was forced once too. The foal was stillborn, though." I frowned and laid down beside my daughter. I nuzzled her neck. "You'll be okay... I'll take care of the foal." I smiled a little at Sun.

She rested her head against her mother's shoulder. "Why'd he do it mom?" she whimpered softly.

"In your case, I have no idea. Probably because you look like your father, just plain gorgeous. In my case, I fell in love with him foolishly." I gazed into the darkness thinking of her father.

I laid inside of the cave sound asleep.

She smiled at her mother's comment and sighed, snuggling closer. "I'm scared," she whispered quietly.

"It'll be alright..." i smiled and rested my white head on her gold shoulder.

I trotted over to my BFF and sighed. "I will help to." I gave her a soft nuzzle and lay down beside her.

"What if.....what if I don't make it? Or the foal doesn't make it?" She shivered. She wasn't ready. She was so scared.

"You are gonna make it, so will the foal." I say and nuzzle her.

"I need to be alone..." she whispered quietly and got up with a bit of a struggle and walked over to her perch, laying down.

~Dakota's Mystery~
He snuck around the corner to see Star laying there completely vulnerable to him. His tool drooped from its sheath but he shook his head, "No," he told himself sternly. "Wait until the right moment..." he snorted and flew off again, back to his home.

~Arabella~
I shook ym head at my daughter and let her be. I still lay there, when I heard my darling son run in. "Momma!, Momma!" I looked at him curiosuly. "What?"


~White Flame~
I came running in to my Momma. "I saw the black stallion, he's still around." I snorted and stracthed at the stone. "If he messes with Star, I'll kill him."

~Arabella~
I laughed at the pesky little thing, putting my wings around him. "It'll be fine, he won't mess with her."

~Star of the Sun~
She snorted and lifted her head, reaching back to nip her stomach. Was it really happening? Was she going to be a mom? A tear rolled down her cheek. She wasn't ready. She wasn't even lead mare, yet! Then her feelings changed courses. Icy didn't even care, did he? She pinned her hears. How could she have been so ignorant? Why should she ever like any stallion? She laid her head down on the stone again and covered herself with her wings.
