"I know how to get them back, But I'm in no condition at the momment I need to stitch up an old scar" I muttered "Also just follow whatever you insticnt tells you to do or ask Echo" I said and sat myself down and lifted my head to the ceiling of the gaint cave which held the village. "Well, then my answer is simple I'm not going to leave 'Ash' alone" he chuckled and just stood up and jumped over and stood behind me and deadly growled angrily on my back alerting me and I just sighed "Fool, too much will kill you why do you think I have a seal?"
"I have an idea, I'm hungry and you lok tasty boy, how about a meal?" he said at that I snapeed and stood up angrily and faced him "Like I will let you" I said defensively holding up Deadly just letting my instincts run wild.

[just relized I filled in all my stars yea me! cheers ]

I looked at Ash "Then we need to get you to someone who can fix that scar." I said but then the griffen had jumped beahind Ash and was clearly set on getting the rest of her powers. Moving to stand in front of Ash with sword drawn I looked right at him "You need to leave now." Like he would do what I say, I thought sarcasticly to myself. But then Ash yelled at him and his last reply 'easy Ash' I thought looking at her. "You can't fight him right now." I said firmly-

"No, but I can try... I'm just rather ticked off right now" I said and my wings folded tightly over my now bleeding back and the griffon smirked. "Your an awfully stubborn creature, feisty as well and that clearly hit a note with you am I wrong?" "Why wouldn't it?" I said and Deadly turned into a wolf and pulled me back gently and made me sit. "and you are right boy, I won't listen to you I'm not one to give up you see and something as old as that is hard to come by." he chuckled "plus I gain a few more years of life as well". I winced slightly and through a dagger straight into it's eye and it screeched and chucked the dagger back and Deadly caught it carefully handing it back to me as it flew off.
"Your right, for once I can't argue with you" I said standing up shakily.

I went to help steady Ash "We are leaving now." I said, we needed to hury and get away from him. He must have been paying lot's atention to that eye just then I thought it would be the right time to try and kill it-

I pulled away slightly hesitating slightly but just let him help and Deadly found a small cave and she quickly pushed him out while I used what power I had left to stitch my own wound, it was a nasty scar which went right down my back but flicked to the left after my left wing jsut below actually it was ver noticable but I didn't care much. I winced slightly and Deadly went off to find something to help it heal better, the scar opened up a lot so I needed to be carefull.. I never was though.

The griffon was tending to his eye cursing continously and angrily "Damn girl, might as well rot in a ditch after i get what I neeed and if I'm lucky I'll get a meal as well maybe two" he said to himself still rending the wound.

After beeinjg kicked out to give Ash some privay I thought about what I should do. I could go find the griffen and try and kill it. But I could not leave Ash alone. But she could take care of herself and I would keep the griffen away by distracting him. Getting up I walked for a moment in the dark with Echo now a leapord. Walking slowly beside me she kept to herself. I looked for the griffen but then I stopped to see Echo who was not still and listening for him "You hear anything?" I asked-

I finsihed stitching up my scar again and Deadly noticing they were gone said nothing as I lay on my front in the cave and she licked my back cleaning off the blood. she was a gaint wolf at the momment and I pulled my top on and groaned slightly before I sat down beside Deadly and she curled aroudn me as we talked... "So...what do you think about Tye?" "what on earth are you getting at?" "I said "You know what I mena that is why your like this, warm to the touch and a beating heart... very common signs dear" she said and I shuffled a bit embarssed again which just seemed veryout of character. Some subjects just made me more easily embarssed than others and this was one of thsoe topics.

Suddenly Echo changed her stance to a low crouch and her growl like per rumbled in her throat. Ear's back and fangs showing she looked mader then ever. Her spin was curved and claws ready to cut. I looked in the direction where she was staring and saw him the griffen. I hope Ash was ok-

He looked up with his one good eye and chuckled "Still triyng to get back those powers of hers, I'm not going to let you they are mavoules but I cna't seem to work half of them, they have adapted to her body she must have increadibly senstive eyes and probably very skilled in most aspects as well... Why are you so determined to get her powers back anyway... she'll live" he chuckled and picked htem up putting them in hsi cave and lay in the entrance blocking it as he waited for answers and smirked having a trap set up en case he did try to escape.

Echo hissed agian her body shaking Ilooked at him for a moment knowing there was something going on in his head "What if she does die?" I asked. "If she does you wont live long enough to learn how to use the rest of her powers." I said. Echo walked closer toured him "Just give them back and we wont have to kill you." She said firmly-

"she has only been alive for less than twenty years she has plenty life in her until all her powers are gone and I can learn in time, I have my whole life ahead of me and I don't really care if she dies doesn't mena anything to me really jsut a free meal... I haven't tasted a Utopian before must be tasty if there is only one left..." he smirked tapping his claws "and as if you could kill me, you don't have the skill boy... I have a lot of life lefft including the addtional years those pwoers of hers gave me... shame they were intertwined with her life so many things she has to say" he said and made Tye step backand trapped him in an iron cage. "Plus you'll make a tasty meal bit like a raosted bird once I get a fire started and what do you care if she dies, she is only a freind from what I can tell" he said that word clearly meant nothing to him in the slightest.

Deadly kept Seclusion talking which only made her more mebarassed and Deadly jsut laughed slightly firguing everything out instantly and also Seclusion was less likely to strike out as well.

Echo- As the griffen talks Tye start's to back up getting himself stuck in a trap. I was standing far enough away not to get traped myself. Suddenly as the griffen mentions eating him I run at him my claws rady and teeth bare. Grabing his right wing I pull on it hoping to crush some bone with my powerful jaws "Your not eating anyone." I try to say through all the feathers.

Tye- I felt like I let Ash down but I watched as Echo bit down on the griffens wing. She looked mad her ears flat agianst her head and claws grabing at all the flesh she could tear on the griffen. And she was holding on tightly to his wing with her teeth. My heart went out to her when she yelled at him with some dificulty. Getting up I tried to find a way out of the trap. Wondering if Ash was all right I wished Deadly would arive and help Echo the griffen was to big-

The griffon smirked and lunged at Tye leaveing a nasty gnash on him...
I opened my eyes and looked to Deadly "Great, Tye just got himself in trouble" I said adn stood up and stretched my wings out and Deadly sighed and turned into a scythe and I quickly sniffed the air picking up the griffons scent adn found them and stood on the edge slipping myself into the shadows and Deadly helped Echo. I lookedtoTye and walked over adn reached and arm through and tapped the bars my vision was slowly coming back into focuse as my markings tried to reabsorb some of my lost power. "Don't get yourself killed Tye, I'm too used to having you around now" I said softly and looked to the nasty gnash and sighed slightly and quickly firgured out what to do. " You are just an idiot you know that, stupid bird boy" I said muttering the last thing trying ot work as quickly as I could.
I sighed and shook my head slightly and tried to find a way to get in at least and also to get out of course not wanting to leave him in there for very long.
Deadly ripped off one wing having a companion who constaly got her wings ripped out helped sicne she knew the soft spot adn told Echo quickly and quietly whenever she passed her.

I got him out there myself and kept to the shadows and made him lay down ad I kneeled down "Like said your an idiot" I said softly being careful not to raise my voice and loooked to the wound "Try not to scream but this might hurt" I said adn nipped my fingers on one hand and trailed my fingers around the wound adn it soon stitched it's self up but the pain it caused was unreal. I ighed and held his hand knowing how it felt but the wound was rather big and it looked very serious and I quickly stopped the bleeding with some guaze I had in my pocket and pressed it on the worst part of the wound being as gentle as possible, I couldn't fight but I could at least make sure he was in one peice.

Deadly grabbed at the neck only to be flung against a wall she shook it off and lunged again. The griffon was gettign annoyed adn was too distracted by the two companions to do anything about me and Tye which gave us an advantage and I would be able to get Tye out of there if possible."Go away, annoying pests" he screeched.

"Not untill you give us back Ashes powers!" Echo's voice was full with athurity and strength. Tired but not going to stop untill she got what she wanted Echo ran at him and clawed his face holding onto his neck with her fron paws claws.

Tye-

Sitting up Ash started to heal the wound, the pain was like horible shocks running through my body. I squeezed Ashes hand with my fingers.

"She already is, damn she got too close and is using her own companion to absorb the power" he huffed angrily and Deadly smirked "exactly she still has a few tricks up her sleve and she isn't going to be at all happy now, she is very ticked at you for hurting someone so close to her... she doesn't take things like that well" said Deadly smiling sweetly and attacking again to collect any thread that was left of my power.

I squeezed his hand slightlg and nudged his cheek softly as it finished "There, it's over, sorry there's nothing mroe I can do it will keep the wound together as it heals naturally and will also stop it from reopening while it heals to as well as stopping bleeding" I said and tried to slip my hand out o his fingers still tightly gripping my hand " Don't squeeze os hard either" I said jokingly.

I smiled a little at Ash "Sorry." I said letting go of her hand. "Thanks." I said getting up. My face a little red. It hurt some but it felt much better now that Ash had healed it a little. Looking up I saw Echo still hissing at the griffen but slowly making her way over to me with her eyes still on the large bird creature. I msile at Ash a little-

I sighed and gave him a breif hug "Honestly, you are just like a kid" I said and then stood up keeping to the shadows and tugged his sleeve to follow me. Deadly kept attacking and ripped the throat spitting out a mouthful of feathers after though she still kept at it until me and Tye were both outside safely and hiding I looked up above to check that the griffon wasn't following.

I shifted slightly after he had hugged me back only clicking when we were outside I went a bit red and just concetrated on something else.. "Deadly said she'll get Echo and meet us back at hte cave we were in before these crystals are as hard as pure diamond and the entrance is too small for him to get in plus it's warm in there as well." I said and lead the way back walking inside having to duck a bit and sat myself against one of the walls and just wiated in sielnce keeping my mind in contact with Deadly feeling a lot better than I was earlier and groomed my wings to take my mind off things.

"Yeah, I'm fine.. jsut a bit tired I guess... I have to adjust my sleeping patterns for the first time in ever so it's a hassle" I said simply and rustled my wings before grooming them picking out thorns and bits of crystal that irritated them. "What baout you? how is that wound holding up?" I asked after a little while and folded my wings neatly not looking to him as i spoke.

"Yeah it has that effect but if it scars over then the tissue will most likely be weak and reopen if your not careful..." I said "Honestly why on earth did you go into the griffons den, you should have known not to do that..." I said and leaned my head back slgihtly closing my eyes. "always full of suproses" I muttered under my breath and rustled my wings and shuffled slightly and Deadly soon finished it off with Echo and looked to her.." want to wait a bit or shall we go back?" she asked..."also I just had a great time embarssing Seclusion with the one topic she never likes to brin up.. it's rather fun since she just gets all shy" said Deadly laughing slightly.
