She whirled around to face a vampyre spirit standing behind her and the ghost knocked her out, a sudden darkness fading over her soul. As she awoke a brief five minutes later, she saw a gleaming blue tattoo embraced upon her wrist, and her eyes widened. "I'm the chosen?" she questioned and coughed.

She looked at the bite and sighed heavily as she knew what to do. She grabbed a miniature canteen she always carried with her, and made it Holy Water by praying to the Heavens to heal us both of what has happened. She douced the wound in the Holy Water and watched the blood drip off her arm as the water cleansed her soul. She spread the water on her own tattoo and watched it fade away. "The magic of God is wonderful..." she murmured with a smile.
