Nikita nuzzled Midnight before she fell asleep and took a long drink from the bucket

Jeremy patted Spartan on the nose "you get some rest big boy" he said and closed the door

Spartan- i nieghed and when he walked out i lay downa dn rested my head on the ground thinking through things before falling asleep

Leo- i stroked them both and kissed them goodnight before walking back to the house and sitting in a chair"how on earth did they find us here?"

Nikita heard Spartan's neigh and stuck out her muzzle through the door to her stall she watched him for a few seconds before taking some hay from her own stall and munching on it quietly as she flicked her tail

Jeremy followed her in "i don't know, maybe they're following you they must've given up by now, i mean one horse isn't worth this much trouble

"you'dbe suprised, she is a beautiful mare that anyone would love, she's so sweet as well which makes her a perfect horse.. also Midnight loves her adn she;s adopted her as her foster mother as well as the other way round" i said half laughing

Jeremy smiled "yes i could imagine" he said and sighed sitting on the couch

Nikita lied down next to Midnight but not sleeping

"yeah, she is nice..." i saud and sniffed "huh? something cooking?"

Jeremy smiles "yes Elly is making dinner smells just about ready"

Elly walks into the living room "why don't you go wash up, dinner will be ready in 5 minutes"

"uhh, ok" i said slightly confused by what they meant but went upstair and to the bath room and washed my hands and face quickly before coming back down...

Nikita fell asleep

Elly put dinner on the table, potatoes, green cesear salad and meat loaf. A typical dinner. She sat down and smiled at Leo

i looked at it slightly amazed i hadn't seen a normal dinner like this in years... i just stared looking at everything and making sure i wasn't dreaming

Elly looked at her and frowned "oh..oh no, do you not like something"?" she asked a worried look on her face

"uhh, no i just haven't tried this sort of food before, that's why i'm slightly amazed, thanks" i said and put some salad on my plate

Elly smiled "Well i hope you'll enjoy it" She said and looked at Jeremy who was already eating from his plate

i put a bit of everything on my plate and began eating not sure of some of the food but still ate it curious of it's taste

Elly watched her eating "your so skinny! We must put some meat on those bones" she commented. Jeremy sighed "Elly...."

i laughed slightly "well, it is true " i said and took a bite off the meatloaf happily

Elly smiled and laughed quietly "so do you like it here?" she asked her

"hmm, yeah it nice and warm for starters and Nikita and Midngiht are both safe" i answered

Elly smiled widely "well thats fantastic" she said and kept eating

i finished my dinner and picked up my plate, knife and fork and put it beside the sink before sitting down adn drinking some juice...

Elly finished her own plate before picking up Jeremy's and bringing it to the kitchen. Jeremy looked at Leo and stood up and went over to a cupboard and handing a few apple, pellet treats to Leo "horses love these, and why don't you do night check on the horses, give you some time to spend with Nikita and get to know the barn"

i smiled "thanks" i said and walked out and went to the barn and looked at all the horses before getting to Nikita and Midnight's stall and walked in and sat down beside Nikita and Midnight who woke up and whinned happily and nuzzeled me i stroked Nikita's head and then Midnights

Nikita also woke up and put her head on Leo's lap looking at her with her warm brown eyes

"here want some apple and pellet?" i asked splitting it so Nikita and Midnight got the same amount i had also given some to the other horses as well as i checked on them all...

Nikita nickered and took it from Leo's hand muching on it contently
