Jeremy smiled and looked at Leo "bring Nikita in out of her stall and put her in the cross ties" he said and started to walk towards the stabke

i nodded and carefully leasd Nikita out and let her sniff teh cros ties before putting them on her carefully.."if you want to stop just tell me ok?" i said to her and looked around "i knew it.. i should have asked where the sand school was"

Jeremy came out with a pink grooming kit "here why don't you give her a quick grooming so that she won't get irrated" he said and put it down next to Leo

"hmm, ok.. Nikita stay still for a little while ok?" i said and kept my hand on her side as i got a brush and let her sniff it before i began grooming her "your a dust monster Nikita" i said and laughed

Nikita felt the brush going through her fur and lowered her head. SHe loved the feel of it, she let out a deep breath

i laughed and then made sure that i got rid of all the dust always using the metal curry comb to get the dust off the brush...

Nikita stood quietly enjoying the first grooming session she's ever had

i finished grooming her and then Midnight came over "hey there Mini dust monster.. i'll do you after ok... hoofpick" i then searched the box and picked out a hoofpick and let her sniff it before running my hand down on of her legs and lifting up one leg at a time as i picked out all the dirt and stones untill they were completely clean i did this on all four before combing her mane and tail getting out all the tangles.."there we go.. now you look even more pretty, isn't that right Nikita?"

Nikita shook her mane happily liking that there were no tangles and her long mane reached the bottom of her neck. She nuzzled Leo happily. Jeremy walked in carrying a saddle pad, saddle, and a bridle "i hope you like purple and pink" he said and laughed "All of Alexa's stuff is those colours" he said and smiled remembering his daughter

"well it's better than nothing i guess" not overly keen on the pink.. i put the saddle on carefully and asked Nikita if it was ok before put the bridle on gently and stroking her "good girl Nikita"

Nikita played with the bridle in her mouth, she didn't really like the bit. The cold metal piece in her mouth, but she accpeted it since she trusted Leo and wanted to please her. The saddle didn't bother her. She nuzzled Leo and impatienlty stamped her foot. Jeremy smiled "she's such a lady, most horses mind the bit"

"and a pretty lady at that" i said adn smiled "thank you Nikita, i'll give you some apple that i have in my bag ok?" i said to her and smiled..."where's the sand school, i forgot to look for it yesterday"

(wait...uhh...whats a sand school lol)

Nikita nuzzled Leo happy from the prospect of apples

(sand school it's basically an area of sand that is used to ride horses and train them...it's called a sadn school because it's like a field of sand and usually used to train in)

"honestly you love apple huh?" i said

(oooo see i just call it an arena hahahahha)


Jeremy smiled "its right down the left side of the aisle its a big door you just have to slide open" he said "we haven't used it in years" he said.

Nikita stamped her hoof impatiently

i smiled and lead her outside into the sand school and patted Nikta and then jumped on easily and crabbed hold of the rains checking i was holding them at the right length "that ok girl?" i asked her

(yeah i'm too use to calling it a sand school but sometimes call it an arena..lol never mind)

Nikita wasn't too bothered about the reins she was excited for what they were going to do, she sidestepped and looked at the jumps already set up. She bobbed her head up and down

i laughed "come on then" i said and gently kicked her gently and let her gallop towards the jump and got into the jumping position as she jumped over them...
