I rest my head on paws and then i stand up. Istart to pace arguing with my mind. *Wow! You are smart. You may have just ruined a good relationship! Shut up! Well i guess i may have!* My shoulder slumped as i tried my best not to glance in her direction.

I tried to drift off to sleep, to get her out of my head. I wanted to talk to her and apologize for my behavior, she didnt deserve that. I finally started to go under into a deep dreamless slumber.

Sometime in the middle of the night, I woke up to rain. It was a light drizzle. I glance around and see Dawn still sleeping in a tight ball. I stand up and shake the wetness from my coat. Suddenly the rain starts to fall harder and a sudden burst of thunder and lightening erupt and shoot across the sky, shaking the ground. I glance around for a place to get shelter from the storm and i see a small rock formation not far off to my right. I run for it. I turn back around and see dawn and my heart sinks. *I have to help her* I think. I run back out to her, shielding my eyes from the stinging rain, "Dawn!" i say to her, nudging her neck with my muzzle.

was already up fron the thunder i jumped up when he nuzzled me i shake it not helping much "what?"

"do you want to stand out here in the rain or do you want t ocome with me to a shelter i found?" I ask her simply. the rain was getting anoying as it dripped from my nose and ears, soaking my whole body. I shivered once. Some thunder cracked above us and i tried to ignore the uneasy feeling it gave me.

I smile at her and take note of her shaking. I walk over to her , "May i help?" i ask sliding down behind her trying to warm her up. i sigh. "uhh Im sorry about earlier"

i watch her sleep soundly, listening to the thunder and rain ponud on the rocky shelter. I smile and kiss her cheek before drifting off to sleep as well.

I slowly open my eyes when i see that dawn had woke up too. I stand up stiffly and shake out my coat. It was still raining outside, but iwas so hungry. "Good morning" i say to her
