eep! thats copyright infringement! you are using dolphys' drawings without asking her then making them your own and altering them and saying you did that! thats illegal!!! eep!

Its not that big of a deal. If Dolphy posts her pictures on a public internet site like deviantart or photobucket then misty has the right to use it.

actually they dont. because on deviant art, they have copyrights and law enforcement. i know dolphy and she puts copyrights on her work and comments stating she doesnt want people using her work. this could turn into a HUGE deal if she found out. they could sue misty for doing it and they could sue you for allowing it. i have seen it happen

Well... I think it's ok if you're just usiing them, you know like for a pic of something. But Eris has a point. taking pics, altering them, and making them your own can have consequences.
