Aria will foal... Romeo?

Aria entered the foaling grounds and paced back and forth, waiting for Romeo. She was feeling uncomfortable, and she was going to foal soon. She wanted Romeo to be here. "Romeo!!" she called out for him, and lay down on the damp grass. She felt it coming soon, that night maybe.

Aria felt cold. She let out another call: "Romeo?!!" She felt a kick in her stomach. The colt was coming soon.

Aria then realized that either something had held Romeo up, or he couldn't come to her. She had to have this foal on her own. She struggled to push, but nothing happened. it wasn't going to come right now. She put her head down to rest for a while.

Aria knew that Romeo couldn't come. She was laboring, and she had to do this on her own. Be brave, she told herself. You can do this. She gave another push, and a tiny white hoof appeared. Aria was trying to do this. I can do this! she told herself over and over. She gave another push. Now another white hoof and a little gray nose appeared. She kept pushing until the colt was out. She lay there for a second, exhausted, exhilerated, and excited. She had done it! She leaned over to where her foal lay. She licked it clean giving him his first bath. "Kinshi," she said. "Kinshi. Hello my dear little one. Oh, you're a beauty aren't you?" She talked to him lovingly as she licked him clean. "Welcome to the world, Kinshi," she told her new colt. He struggled to stand, and after he accomplished his task, Aria stood, hinting to him his reward. He was soon sucking from her. Aria licked his ears lovingly. She had a colt! Soon, once he could walk, she would show him to Romeo. Aria gave a soft nicker of joy.

Aria stood up. She saw Romeo. She smiled lovingly at him. "Romeo!" She said, and before she could say anything else, she had no need to. A little gray head poked out from behind her tail. Kinshi took two steps before falling and bumping his nose. Aria laughed and licked his nose. Then she turned to Romeo and said, "Well?"
(Maybe we can finish at Equine Country?)

"I know, he's great." (ya tha's a good idea) "I'll go get Skye." Aria started to walk, with Kinshi following, but then she was stopped, by Skye, who else.

SKYE:
"Oh, the little dear! He looks beautiful. So what were you just saying?"

ARIA:
"You can have the herd." She surprised herself. She had never spoken that outright before. "We're moving,Skye. Romeo and I. You can keep the herd. Now, if you go on in that nonsense about you not doing something for me, well.."

SKYE:
"It's alright. I'll take it, this time. You go have fun." He nuzzled her then smiled at Romeo and Kinshi. "Bye!" He told them, as he walked back over to his new herd.
