Desert Flurry Comes To Fight

Flurry rears, challenging all horses who want to fight. Not to the death, but for weekly fighting practice. "If you dare", he bellows. "challenge me! I will not harm you, as long as you will not harm me."

Flurry takes one glance at his bleeding flank, then returns the kick to her barrel. "I'll take that as an acceptance. I'm Desert Flurry."

*Kicks in the face* I've been waiting for a challenge like this. My name is Omha.

"Well, who's it gonna be? I'll fight either of ya." Flurry snorts. "Or both..."

"You can both fight me. I can take it." Flurry explains.

Ok. *Kicks right in the rear legs*

He kicks her back, giving her a nasty bruise to the barrel. "Sorry." he shouts. "Went a little too hard there..."

"No thats fine" *Kicks right in the face* Take THAT!

"Ouch..." he says. "Hold on a sec." Flurry lays down on the ground and puts his head between his feet to stop the bleeding. Then he goes down to the river to wash it, chomps on some aloe verde leaves to spread them on the wound, bandages up his face with long hibiscus leaves, and comes back at her with a powerful rear, knocking her onto a rise below, inches from the canyon walls.

I gallop to him,Not stoping I put my neck and lift him in the air.

"You know what," Flurry says in an exasperated tone. "Maybe this wasn't the best idea. My mate probably won't be happy I'm spending time with another girl, and obviously you've forgotten the ""no hurting"" rule. Catch 'ya around." He turns and sprints off, leaving her in the dust.
