Mistaken Misery [The Blaze] [R - M]
S c o u r g e M i s e r y
The usually bright and youthful teal colored eyes of the Immortal puppy were dark and widened with fear and horror, tears streaming down and staining his fluffy white cheeks as he watched the scene play out before him, jaws agape in a silent scream of terror, ears laced back against his cranium. Scourge Misery's pure white, puppy soft pelt was bristled as his entire body shook and racked. The crimson blood of his mother welled up and pooled around his paws, staining them a dark shade of red and adding onto the fear he felt, as he watched his mother, Mercury, fall onto the ground, helpless.. Dead. His father, Demented Despair, just murdered his own mate, Scourge Misery's mother. "F-Father..?" Scourge Misery whimpered. Demented Despair whipped his head around to look at his son, and the young pup held his breath as he met his father's electric blue eyes. The silver brute snarled, and within a mere second, had Scourge Misery pinned to the Earth's floor, claws tearing through flesh and scraping bone. Screaming in pain, the white wolf wriggled and twisted under his father's grip, teal eyes blazed with horror. Demented Despair leaned his cranium down to growl in his son's ears, cold words erupting from his mouth. "Watch, Devil..." He grabbed another white pup, Scourge Misery's twin sister. Silent Night. The female white pup yowled and tried her very best to escape, but to no avail. The scream Scourge Misery heard next, pained him, and shook him to the bone. Demented Despair plunged his tool in and out of his daughter, tongue licking up her spine. "D-Daddy! Nooo!" Silent Night yelled, dark blue eyes closed, her pained scream scarring Scourge Misery for the rest of his days.
The rape of his sister seemed to last for hours, until a blaze of brown fur barreled into Demented Despair, an ear splitting snarl breaking the painful silence. Scourge Misery looked up to see a brown wolf, fighting his father. "Hawk Flight?" He acknowledged with astonishment, eyes widening. Hawk Flight, his older brother! The brown wolf growled. "Scourge Misery, Silent Night! Get out of here, run away!" He ordered. Scourge Misery didn't think twice. He ran, and he ran as fast as his feet could carry him. But where was Silent Night? Scourge Misery couldn't bring himself to stop, only to worry about his own safety, and sanity. Pain welled up in his chest, soon turning to a comfortable burning sensation. Scourge Misery snarled to himself. My father will pay...
-682 years later-
Those cold selfish electric eyes of the enormous masculine frame burned into the soul of one, his whimpers and whines coming out partially in cracks and painful yowls as the white brute raked his long razor sharp claws down his victim's flank slowly, tearing flesh and scraping bone. The smaller he-wolf closed his eyes shut tightly, whimpering at the unbearable pain he felt all throughout his body, no source of peace or calmness inflicting inside of him. All he felt was his death creeping closer and closer towards him. Scourge Misery snaked his massive head up, looking down upon the brute that he had been torturing for the last hour, rain falling down on his pelt, allowing some of the blood to drip off of his snowy white fur. As blood began to gush out of his stomach, the young brute tried to yowl for help. Scourge Misery's blazing gorgeous colored eyes ignited with an angry flare, and he clamped his jaws down on the brute's muzzle, blood welling up into his mouth. He jerked his head back, pulling the male's maw clean off of his face. The brute tried to yelp, but no sound was made, and he tried to stand, but fell back down to where he lay, losing more blood every second that passed. Scourge Misery's maw twitched into a sick smile, unmistakable by any that have witnessed Scourge Misery making a kill. The white brute's pelt bristled, and he took the brute's head into his jaws, biting down with his source of power he could find, giving a crushing blow and ending the brute's life for good. He snickered, pearly white teeth now blood stained, along with his maw and feet. Scourge Misery turned on his heels, and bounded away with tremendous speed, paws barely touching the Earth's surface as he stretched his masculine frame, every muscle flexing as he raced across the landscape, lightning crackling around, reflecting off of his glassy eyes. The massive brute leaped over a log, and approached a rocky cliff side, not stopping, only slowing into a run. Scourge Misery stopped right when his claws hung over the edge, and he looked down 100 feet below him, was the rest of the landscape. The rain splattered, and thunder boomed in the sky, but only a few lucky stars showed in the blackness. Scourge Misery heaved in a deep breath, then let it out, a strong and powerful howl escaping his lips, beautiful all the same. You will all burn in hell, Scourge Misery thought, his electric blue eyes flaking with green, looking out into the distance, concentrating on what he was to do to his next victim. He shook his huge cranium, then leaped down into the ravine, as if he was about to kill himself, but his agility beat possibilities. Scourge Misery landed on his paws, with only a slight stumble, causing him to growl in frustration. "Such a gorgeous scenery." He grumbled to himself, chuckling evilly, and smirking that sick charming smile. He continued to run, his fur tossing around in the wind.
----
Hours passed, and Scourge Misery was still running, not at top speed, but quite fast for 8 hours. The brute snarled, feeling the cramps in his chest burn and he skidded to a stop, claws penetrating the Earth below his enormous paws. He lifted his muzzle into the air, sniffing for anything to eat, detecting the trace of a moose. "Just my luck!" He snarled, then bounded in the direction of where the scent lead, careless about how much noise he made. Scourge Misery liked others to know that he was here, so they at least had a chance to run. He spotted the massive buck, and crouched low to the ground, which wasn't very low, considering his incredible height. Scourge Misery snapped his back legs back, springing onto the buck, knocking it over with a powerful shove to the ground. One turn of the cranium, and the buck's spinal cord was in Scourge Misery's jaws. He spat it out, and instantly dug into his kill, letting hunger overcome him. The satisfaction of not tasting wolf blood was overwhelming, and it felt good to eat something fresh. Scourge Misery licked his chops once half of the buck was mauled, then bounded in the direction of a rushing waterfall, stopping every few minutes to make sure he wasn't being followed. Now that he was sure nobody was on his trail, not that they'd want to anyway, but he was just being sure. Scourge Misery nodded, and ran the rest of the way to the waterfall, stopping when he reached the stream. He bent his massive cranium down, and lapped up the crystalizing liquid into his mouth, swallowing large gulps. It had been a couple days since Scourge Misery had drank cold water, and it felt good to. He nodded again, then turned away, leaving the waterfall behind. The sun just barely peaked through some clouds. Scourge Misery lifted his head to look, and growled. Sunlight. He didn't like it very much. Scourge Misery sighed and trotted through the moor, over a hill.
----
The cries of help impaled his ears. Scourge Misery rolled his gorgeous eyes, and padded to wherever the awful sound was coming from. It didn't sound too far beyond him, but definitely sounded like a female wolf. The brute thought for a moment. It had been 63 years the last time he actually encountered a fae up close. Scourge Misery shrugged his broad muscular shoulders, and continued padding, his blank expression sure to mystify anyone, or to scare the hell out of them. He made his way over one more hill, and looked down into the trees where he saw the female, whom was obviously scared or confused. Must be a new immortal. Scourge Misery smirked at this, snickering softly. Just to mess with her, he padded down, then looked at her, raising an eyebrow. Then he turned his head, and padded off, just to see if she would plead for his help. Oh, he'd help her alright. "Foolish females." Scourge Misery snickered, padding to sun himself on a rock. He laid down on a flat rock just above a pond, looking down at the fish. His white pelt was now clean of blood, and spotless. He smirked. Here comes a flustered fae.

A pair of glowing blue eyes emerged from the darkness, the owner being a lovely chocolate she-wolf. But at the moment, she wasn't so lovely. Her normally stunning body was rough a sore, bleeding from the torture she had been through. Even though, it was mainly inflicted by herself. The main victim of this torture was the mark along her side, the cuts coloring the cream white color turned to blood red. All day long for the past couple of days she had been putting herself through hell, throwing herself against shit and scratching the area. In short, she was absolutely, positively, freaking the hell out. But who could blame her? The only thing Charm could clearly remember before she blacked out and got that mark, a actual beautiful thing, was unbelievable pain, almost like she was being crushed from the inside out. Now, she felt different. She towered over normal wolves, her power and speed were outstanding, and her senses seemed heightened. The alpha and beta's teamed up before attacking her, driving her from the territory. All this, she blamed on that creamy white mark. Now on a night a few days after the transformation, she was running about, seeming like a rabid wolf with blood still seeping from a recent blow. The main thing that was driving her absolutely insane, was she could barely feel it! She may could feel the thick liquid blood seep down her side, but she didn't feel any pain like she should. Hell, she tried throwing herself down a steep drop that should've killed her. It just made her fucking stumble! Even when she tried to hunt and the elk she was hunting gored her, all it did was bleed. Maybe a sharp, short pain, but no dead as it should have been. But, the excruciating pain was still fresh in her mind from that terrible night, the blood dripping from her tongue and the pain like it was ripping her open from the inside out. Just the thought of the blood made her swallow her saliva, worried that she may ever taste the bitterness of her own blood ever again. Even if the blood didn't return, she had a sick feeling that whatever those strange wolves did was very terrible. But permanent.
~~~~~~~
Now, she stood upon a cliff with beautiful moonlight casting a shadow over her as she looked down on the smooth water below her. A hard gaze was cast over the moonlit water, knowing it would be terribly freezing, but she was thinking. Finally, she was thinking about what the fuck was going on. Nothing would hurt her, she could barely get injured. Blood loss didn't effect her at all, like at all. As a pup she had heard stories of strange immortal wolves, cursed by witches of the moon, but they were myths. She had thought. These wolves were cursed to be demons, their eyes glowing from the magic that had turned them. But some were born that way, half demon and half wolf. Considering both of her parents were definitely regular wolves, dying in battle with her pack. Suddenly, at the thought of her beloved parents, her eyes drooped. Would they have done what the rest of the pack did if they were alive? Turned their back of her, defying their parental love for her? The knowing that she could never know the answer, especially if this superstition was true. If she was truly immortal, she would out-live every single person she knew or loved, best friends, enemies and...well everyone. Gritting her sharp teeth she braced her muscles, closed her eyes then jumped. For a few moments, dreadful moments that seemed like hours, she felt the air sifting through her silky fur with a chill as the cool air touched her skin. But finally her breath was forced out of her as she hit the freezing water, gasping in shock as the water locked up her muscles. After a few, no, a lot of deep breaths and painful paddles she began to swim, aiming for a small cave she had been told about which was right above the surface of the water, a tiny beach running on the outside. In about, say, three minutes she was there. Once her shivering paws touched land Charm felt a relief wash over her, immediately gathering herself and shaking the frozen shards of ice from her fur where they stuck. Finally, too tired to fight anything she just cleaned herself, cleaning the 'devil's' mark back to its cream white shade. Finally, once she had removed all the blood and dirt from her clumpy coat, leaving it silky and soft. Even though this took her, almost literally, forever, she felt finally clean again. Part of her, the part she had recently found about herself. Or maybe the part that had been put there. That longed for the blood to be there, for her to be able to kill. And it was absolutely killing her. For a wolf that hated to even hurt a elk when hunting, having a part of her that longed to kill was painful. Finally, Charm let out a loud yawn before taking a drink of the ice cold water, allowing the chilly liquid to sate the burning in her throat. After yet another yawn she took the hint her exhausted body was giving her, she turned and skulked into the dark den. Shivering, and afraid, she curled into a tight ball and after a quick glance around the isolated cave, she closed her glowing eyes. Drifting into a dark abyss of sleep.
~~~~~~~~
As the burning light of the morning sun hit Charm's eyes, she opened them to see light showering through the tunnel. For a moment she almost got up and was going to head back to camp, enjoy a meal and go hang out with her best friend. But then the memories came right back, practically slapping her in the face. So she growled under her breath, stomach growling underneath her. As the thought of hunger, the mental hunger rose tremendously, urging her to kill and sate it quickly. Holding her eyes shut tight momentarily, she felt herself fading. Scared out of her mind she fought, but after a minute her pupils dilated to a massive size and a sadistic grin emerged on her maw. This wasn't Charm anymore, this was the demon living inside of her. And right now, in her moment of weakness it had taken over. With a gasp, Charm regained vision, blinking in the blinding light. She growled lowly in a weird kind of relief, moving each limb blindly before looking directly in front of her. Then, she lost it. Laying in front of her was the beta male, Salazar, torn literally to pieces. The large male was gutted, so bad you could see his insides. His face was full of fright and pain, his eye still open from his dead. Tears formed in Charm's glowing eyes, them she threw up when she saw her reflection in a puddle nearby. Salazar's blood was on her maw. For the next minute or two, she threw up every single thing she had eaten. Then she mentally lost it, and bolted. Jumping through a river in two quick bounds she left the territory, until she came upon a clearing after what seemed like hours. Then she stop and finally screamed, "Someone help me! Please." The words came out plea, hoping someone would hear her and they would be like her. But when she smelled a male, she braced herself in readiness for an attacker. But when she saw the giant white brute, the evil being inside her pulled her to him like a magnet. So when he walked away she whimpered and followed him. Once she closed in on him while he was laying down she whimpering pitifully.
"Please...help me..."

Scourge Misery's cold penetrating gaze wandered the pond he sat near, upon the rock that the colossal brute was sunning himself on, claws scraping the rock, leaving sharp claw marks, impaling the surface. He lifted his head up at the sky, narrowing his electric blue-green eyes at the sun, but dared not to be bothered by such pathetic sunlight. Scourge Misery felt the muscles throughout his enormous frame tense and flex, hungry for a new kill. Nothing he did seemed to satisfy his hunger for power, as it was eating the broken soul that was buried deep within the cold and harsh words, the murder, and his stone cold heart, he longed for something to bring him peace. His tail flicked, and his razor sharp canines bared as he stared at his reflection, lacing his ears back. What he saw was his father, Despair. A monster. Scourge Misery forced himself to snarl and look away. Nothing he could do would keep the monster deep inside of himself from breaking out of it's cage, as it was too strong for him. Scourge Misery, on the inside, was truly a broken soul. As a pup, he watched as his father murdered his mother, then brutally force his younger sister, Silent Night, or what she liked to be called, Silent. And he witnessed his older brother, Hawk, taring down his father so he and Silent could escape. But no matter where he looked, he could never find Silent, or Hawk. He was alone, and being a pup, he was inexperienced, getting beaten up by gangs of wolves or bears. Scourge Misery had trained himself, growing up to be an Assassin. And now he couldn't escape the monster...
----
Just as Scourge Misery was nearing sleep, a honey coated voice rang in his ears, causing him to snap his head up, coming to meet ice blue eyes, and a feminine face. Scourge Misery growled, realizing it was that pitiful female from earlier. He stood up slowly, towering over her like a skyscraper, standing at least a foot over her. Bending his head down to meet the fae's eye level, he let harsh words flow out, "What is it you want, fae?" He let his teeth collide together, making a loud snapping sound. His electrifying blue-green eyes burned into her blazing ice blue, not taking his gaze off hers, as his lips pulled up into a snarl. Then he noticed her deep cuts and the cream markings, now stained with blood, on her back. He mentally smirked. She was a new immortal, probably cursed by a strange gang of wolves.
OOC: It's quite alright, Blaze. I've been occupied.

Devil's Charm

Note: Once again, sorry it took so long
At the sight of the giant brute in front of her, Charm lost her words in her fright an terror of the thing looking at her. But that devil inside her yearned to growl, to show her dominance but clenching her jaw tightly she fought an inner battle to fight to remain herself. God damn, why couldn't she keep herself in control? Quickly, she blinked away any chance of the demon inside her of emerging. Once she took a large breath, Charm spoke in a trembling tone, "Are you...like, like me? The fae whimpered it out, a sound that sounded like a strangled sound mixed with the growling that was coming from deep within her. When she heard herself she growled at herself and brought a paw roughly across her ear, not caring that the male in front of her was most likely watching. Then a murderous voice mumbled, lined in a snarl, "What is happening to me?" Once she actually looked up her eyes glinted with worry, emotional pain and the demon hiding behind everything that made her, well, her. The part that was showing now yearned for help while the demon inside was tearing her up to be free, to kill and to taste blood in her jaws. It was killing her to have those revolting urges, but this part of her was tearing her apart for release.
~~~~~~~
In a last attempt to keep in control, Charm stumbled and her eye flicked black for a few minutes. But in this time, a snarl erupted through her throat and she bared her sharp white fangs. While inside she cried for control back and forgiveness from this giant brute. After a minute or two of continuous snarling she ripped back through the wall of the demon, blinking continuously to clear his head and bring back her crystal blue eyes and immediately whimpered and cowered. Then she said, "I'm so sorry...I can't help it..." In a sort of plea, she almost said please kill me. She didn't want this life, especially not if she couldn't have control.
Scourge Misery chuckled at her "attempt" to act vicious, and dug his claws into the stone beneath his enormous white paws, refusing to lunge at the innocent female, blue-green eyes blazing with sudden interest when she asked him that question. Scourge Misery looked at her, letting the words flow out in a strong, full voice, "Oh, trust me fae, as similar as we may seem, our differences are quite obvious." He smirked at his words, messing around with the female's innocence. "What is happening to you? Isn't it obvious?" Scourge Misery grumbled, rolling his eyes. "You have been turned into an Immortal, not by birth, but by curse. And believe me, there's no way you will be able to get those markings off. Unless, of course, you break the curse." He told her, quite truthfully, but sadistically.
----
Blue-green eyes now met charcoal black, and at last, Scourge Misery could see the demon within the fae's soul. Underneath that scarred and blood-thirsty monster, was a cowering scared female, whom had no knowledge to the Immortal World. As she snarled and snapped at him, he just smirked, and once her eyes turned back to normal, it was his turn. Scourge Misery bared his pearly white canines, and rose up to his full height, just to horrify her, and snapped. "You can help it, fae! You just don't put in enough effort!" He barked aggressively, ears laced back, and tail raised up high. The sheer dominance of the colossal male was not mistaken by any, as even his voice could leave a pack cowering in fear and horror. "Don't be sorry. There there, innocent little pet. Once you get used to it, it ain't so bad, you know?" Scourge Misery said in a softer tone, but no doubt still smart and witty.
At the massive brute's words, Charm cowered even more, her eyes laced back against her forehead in submission. Her eyes tilted downward in her silent cries, gulping down her begging words in her slight dignity. But as his words sank in, she practically ignored the others, "Break the curse? How? I'll do anything, anything. But wait...curse?" Even she confused herself, but her words jumbled themselves together in her haste to get this over. But her words were indeed truthful, she would do anything to undo what she had become. She didn't, however, understand the severity of her words. Anything was a very broad statement, one that she shouldn't give out so freely.
~~~~~~~
While awaiting the answer, her ear twitched as she heard a twig snap what seemed inches away, so she abruptly turned her head but was greeted by nothing. Just the smell of deer about half a mile away. Wait, half a mile. The hell...She whipped her head back to the big brute in front of her and asked, "How...how can I hear that? And smell that? Its so far away!" Then under her breath she mumbled, lowering her head back down to look at her paws, "...I'm a freak now...aren't I?" A large sigh came from the giant fae in her new attempt to keep control over her body. This was going to get so tiring after a bit.

Watching in sheer interest at the fae's submission and whimpering pleases, those that rang in his large white ears. He growled at the dark brown fae, pearly white teeth baring and colliding together, making a loud snapping sound. "I don't know exactly how to break the curse, fae, but I do know that it takes months to find everything you need to break it." Scourge Misery replied in a calmer voice, but with an irritable tone. His ears pricked in surprise when she questioned him, shaking his head and chuckling, "yes, fae. I do believe a group of Foreign speaking wolves have cursed you, therefore, the markings represent the curse's symbol, which represents Immortality." Scourge Misery explained. He could tell how innocent she was. Scourge Misery almost took pity for the fae, but shrugged it off.
----
Scourge Misery heard the sounds, and smelt the smells too. "Since you have become an Immortal being, your senses, strength, and speed have been heightened by at least 4 times of what it was before. I've learned to live with it!" He replied, smirking devilishly. Scourge Misery's blue-green eyes flickered blood red for just a moment, signaling that his thirst for blood would increase within a few hours. But he ignored it, shook his massive head, then looked back at the fae, meeting her icy blue gaze. "We're both freaks, fae." Scourge Misery growled, rolling his eyes.

At the sound of the words months, Charm felt her eyes being to redden, but she blinked it away and took deep breaths to remain as calm as possible. Her mind raced a million miles an hour, thinking of any possibility she might have of not being this anymore. But she kept coming back to probably the worst solution, if it even wasn't a solution. It was a end. Death. But she was afriad, afraid of immortality, afraid of this brute, afraid of death. Hell, right now she was scared of her own shadow. But soon, that fear was replaced with anger. Fury built up inside her, her eyes darkening not to black but just a darker tint over the color. Now, she was furious, those witches did this to her, now she had to kill them.
~~~~~~~
Without a word for a few minutes, Charm battled the feeling of fury and losing control. Then her next words came out in a strange mix of growl and regular speech, "If the witches die...will the curse break?..." Just the word die made to demon leap to attention, trying to rip through once again. But then she met his gaze, now getting a surge of courage she spoje in reply to his last few words, "I don't want to live with it. I have a family, a mother and father. Hell, I wanted pups someday. Now? Now that idea is fucking gone." Suddenly she snapped back to her sane self and sighed, looking down but only to about his chest. Then she mumbled something under her breath, which she knew would defininantly be audible to the brute.
"Sorry...I didn't mean to call you a freak, and sorry for yelling...I'm just having a very shitty day."
Scourge Misery couldn't help but mentally smile at how upset the poor fae looked. So broken, an emotional and physical wreck. He looked down upon her slim figure, eyes returning to their natural color as he listened to the fae's words, shaking his head softly. "If the witches die, it will only make the curse permanent, if it isn't already.." Scourge Misery replied, and started to smirk. He could see the fear in her eyes, not of the curse, but of him. Her next words surprised him, but they only made his smirk grow. "Sometimes you don't get what you want, fae. Be happy you had parents. I don't have a mother, and I can't stand my father." Scourge Misery snapped.
----
The colossal white brute had to fight back the urge to bare his teeth at her when she apologized, again. "Oh, I don't care, love. I've met far worse than you." Scourge Misery grinned, sending her a wink, then turning to look at the pond, a growl erupting in his throat. "What is your name?" He growled, rotating his cranium to look at her, blue-green eyes locking with her blue.
The colossal white brute had to fight back the urge to bare his teeth at her when she apologized, again. "Oh, I don't care, love. I've met far worse than you." Scourge Misery grinned, sending her a wink, then turning to look at the pond, a growl erupting in his throat. "What is your name?" He growled, rotating his cranium to look at her, blue-green eyes locking with her blue.
Cursing those witches mentally, Charm sighed as he confirmed the fact that she couldn't kill them. When her anger built up, she just took a few deep breaths, keeping calm to kep the demon at bay. Shaking her silky brown neck fur she just sighed at what he said about his family, "Sorry." Also cursing herself at her lack of confidence, cowering to this mighty male. But she just sighed, knowing that she probably did take what she had with her family for granted, even saying that hurt. Charm just looked at the gorund for a couple minutes, until he spoke again.
~~~~~~~
At the words love she narrowed her icey blue eyes at him, rolling them humorously afterwards. But when he asked foor her named she tooka breath, debating whether he should have it before saying,
"It's Charm."

Nodding at her reply, revealing her name, he shook out his thick white pelt. She probably expected him to give his name. Nope.. "Well then, Charm. I must be going, can't stick around too long." Scourge Misery growled to her, before turning on his heels, and padding away. "Oh, and good luck with that curse breaking thing! I suggest asking whoever you can." He called over his shoulder, smirking softly, then breaking out into a run, up the slope, and over a hill, his muscles flexing, and gorgeous eyes blazing with sudden thirst for blood. The scent of another fae hit his nostrils, and he eagerly followed it. Seeing the pretty fae, he crouched low to the ground, then sprang onto her. It wasn't long until he started forcing her, wanting to yet again, ruin an innocent's life. After releasing his seed, he unmounted her, and sprang away, tremendous speed increasing.

A large male stalked Devil's Charm, his blazing eyes watching her closely. Before anyone could react, he sprang onto her, sinking his teeth into her shoulder, towering over the poor fae. A snarl erupted from him, and he mounted her quickly, not caring what she did. He began to thrust.
(Oooooooh, drama. XD)

When the large brute spoke, Charm was expecting a name, not a goodbye. SO she started to speak, but anger clouded her judgment that he was going to just walk off, so she growled under her breath, "Fuck you..." She immediately regretted it but it was too late, he was gone. With a slight whimper at the thought of being alone, Charm sighed and started walking away from the spot she had been rooted in for a little bit. Oblivious to the fact that she was being followed.
~~~~~~~
After walking a small ways, Charm felt the wind ruffle through her fur and a scent came along with it. Male. She narrowed her eyes, scanning the area until she heard the brute behind her, but it was too late. As the brute sank his teeth into her shoulder Charm cried out in pain, but just like everything else, it only was painful for merely a few seconds. But her eyes widened drastically as she felt him mount her, soon feeling the new kind of pain of being forced, but this one didn't go away very fast. So she cried out again, but it was replaced by a snarl as the demon tried to free itself. In a attempt to remove the brute from her she located a boulder nearby and backed him up while whimpering in extreme pain the whole way, then once close enough she tried ramming the male against the rock with her new speed. But it only made it worse, shoving him deeper inside of her. So once again she cried out, this time to try to get help.
((Oh that's fine! It's happened to me too))
Scourge Misery had slowed to a trot, not really wanting to waste his energy, as he needed it. But then he heard it.. The sound of a fae in trouble. Not just trouble, but pain. He groaned, and turned around, racing back to see what was going on. His fur ruffled in the wind, windblown and fluffy. Scourge Misery peered over a rock, and saw that fae from earlier, Charm, getting.. Forced! And by a brute he knew! He raced down the hill, and grabbed Sinister by the scruff, throwing him off of Charm against a boulder, and roaring with rage like a lion. Sinister shook his head and groaned, looking up to see what happened. His golden eyes widened at the sight of Scourge Misery, feeling now small compared to him, as Scourge Misery was 7 inches taller, at least. Sinister's eyes showed fear and agony as he stared into those cold eyes, but picked himself up, and snarled. He lunged at Scourge Misery, but the huge white brute simply sidestepped, and tripped Sinister to the ground. He pinned Sinister, and locked his jaws around Sinister's neck, shaking him like a rag doll, then chucked him to the side, standing over Charm. "Get lost, motherfucker!" He roared at Sinister. The black brute nodded, and raced away, shocked that Scourge Misery let him live.
----
Scourge Misery growled, and looked at Charm. "Are you hurt?" He demanded, his voice forceful for an answer.
Devil's Charm
As Charm let out a final yell, she held her eyes shut tight and prayed that this be over soon. But all of a sudden, the pain was gone and she was skidding a couple feet from the impact of the black brute being thrown off. Whipping her head up to see the one wolf she would have least expected to help her, that white brute. So she tried to sound though and stood up, shaking her fur to removed the marks Sinister had left indented in her fur. Soon she was back to her fluffy self, but realized the demanding tone in the massive brutes voice. But she met it with a sarcastic response, seeing as he had already kind of pissed her off today. But now they were even.
"I'm fine, Mr. No Name."
Scourge Misery bared his teeth at her, snapping his jaws. "Would you like the same happen to you as it did to Sinister? That can be instantly arranged, female!" He sneered, gorgeous colored eyes blazing with not only irritation, but a violent tint. He could tell already that this fae would be fun to scare, and to piss off. Scourge Misery was good at both. He laid his ears back, and sighed softly, trying to keep himself from hurting her, as the demon inside was trying to escape. This huge brute could be considered the Devil himself. But no, he was worse than the Devil. Scourge Misery's name said it all. Scourge Misery tilted his head up at the sky, seeing as it was about to rain soon. He could tell just by the shift in wind.
----
Looking back down at Charm, he blinked. "My name is Scourge Misery. I go by that, by Scourge, or by Misery." He told her, "call me any of those three." Scourge Misery felt a rain drop on his nose, and smirked. He adored thunderstorms, unlike most Demon Wolves.
Devil's Charm
As she tried to keep herself from shying away from the massive brute, Charm accidentally sent out a growl. Then she opened her mouth for a apology to slip out but she quickly shut it, this male hadn't earned the apologies yet. She kept drilling this into her head, over and over. But all of her now was aiming to be a little sarcastic bitch. This brute had pissed her off, now, he would pay. When he looked up, Charm looked around before chuckling as he gave her his name, but she shook her head a bit. She looked up at him with a determined look on her face, she was going to make him pay for pissing her off, now she would do the same to him. Even though her old self had loved storms though, she fought her inner battles to stay rooted in her spot as she spoke.
"Hm...nah, I like Mister better. Yeah."
Scourge Misery rose up to his full height, growling at her loudly. "If you wish to find a way to breaking that curse, I suggest you shut your big mouth and call me by my name!" He snarled, knowing he probably hit a sensitive nerve deep inside of that sarcastic remark of her's. Scourge Misery's mesmerizing blue-green eyes locked with hers, and he bared his teeth, that were now slightly bloodied from the fight with Sinister, but still pearly white, and sharper than razor blades. He pulled his gaze away as it started to downpour, and looked up at the sky, sighing softly, almost peacefully. Thunder boomed, and the reflection of lighting brightened in his eyes, giving him a mysterious, menacing and ambitious look to him.
Devil's Charm
Once again this terrifying brute hit a strong nerve, making Charm take a step back in the tinge of fear in her face. But she fired back, trembling now from the battle she was fighting with the demon inside her. "The question is. Do. You. Know. How?" Charm didn't last long enough to get a answer or get pummeled, in a final moment of weakness the demon took control. The fae's eyes flashed black in the rain and she bolted, even though Charm was fighting to stay deep inside. The rain soaked her fur down to the bone, driving her straight into the first den she saw which was actually rather big. So the demon stood in the dry area, then let Charm take back over. But when she came back she whimpered, but then remembered the perk of this that she had figured out. The hearing. So she let out a loud howl, hoping he could hear it. Cursing at the demon she stood to await hearing paw steps or anything.
Re: Mistaken Misery [The Blaze] [R - M]
Scourge Misery pondered it, trying to remember exactly how to do it. "Hm.. I don't recon I do. I know what ya' need for it, but I don't know exactly what you have to do. Only that it takes a shitload of time." He replied, and smirked when he saw her demon unleashing. He had just given her answer before it took over. Of course! Demon Wolves, rather than himself, didn't like the rain. Scourge Misery padded into the den and rolled his heavenly gaze. "Oh calm down, fae! It's only a little bit of rain." He growled, knowing that he was probably irritating the hell out of her. Oh, he was just getting started with being a dick. Scourge Misery laid down, scraping his coal black claws against the stone cold surface, leaving marks in the stone below his colossal body.
Devil's Charm
In this small moment, Charm still held the anger and temper from the demon so she roared with a deep voice. Totally unlike her own, "Shut the fu-" Shaking her head abruptly she snapped out of the demon thing as well as ever. Then she pondered on the answer he had given her, god dammit, she didn't have time. Maybe a month, not ten of them, damn. At the frequency that came from him scratching her claws gave out Charm growled, "Stop that please." Charm merely added the please to keep him at bay, not really meaning it. But then she walked to the entrance to the cave while looking out at the rain, yearning to run out and play like she had before. In a moment of remembrance she sighed and spoke, "I used to love water, especially rain. Why don't I anymore?"
Re: Mistaken Misery [The Blaze] [R - M]
Scourge Misery padded over and sat next to her, a couple feet away, looking out at the rain, "Most Immortals don't like rain, mostly those who have been cursed. Not me though. I spend so much time in the rain, I could be considered a waterfall." He growled, not looking at her at all. Scourge Misery laid down and watched.
Devil's Charm
Listening to Scourge Misery intently she watched with her advanced vision as each raindrop fell onto the ground smiled a bit at her first thing she enjoyed about this day. Still not looking over at the brute, took a small step out into the rain but immediately stepped back in as her demon screamed at her. Finally se gritted her teeth and asked him, "How do you do it? Control it?" This question nagged her as she had asked it, showing any weakness especially to a brute she did not trust was a big no-no. But the way she saw it she really had no choice.
Re: Mistaken Misery [The Blaze] [R - M]
Scourge Misery's ears rang with her honey-coated voice, and he rotated his head to look at her. "At first, I never controlled it. I let it roam free, and take over. But as years went by, I never controlled it, I became the Immortal being." He told her, cold gaze penetrating hers like ice. What he said was true. Getting him to bring out the once-innocent side to him was nearly impossible, and that's the way he liked it. To him, showing emotion was showing weakness, and he refused to be weak. Like they say, beauty is only skin deep. And that's just what Scourge Misery was. Beautiful to look at, but a full-fledged killer and Assassin on the inside.
Devil's Charm
Looking back out at the outdoors, she sighed while looking down at her paws with a unreadable expression. Then while slowly looking back up she mumbled out, loud even for him to hear, "I just can't afford to let it go...I don't want to kill...just seeing blood on my paws and staining my fur...it almost killed me." After a moment, she pawed the ground a bit then looked back down at the white brute. "Did you ever want to be...mortal again? Has anything ever made you wonder if immortality is worth it?" Even she knew these might be stupid questions, but she needed to ask them. Not just to get to know this brute. But to finally make up her mind on whether or not she liked this. Either way she probably couldn't go home, she would out-live every single living creature just because of a curse. Was it worth it?
