I sighed and watched her go. Was that how everyone was going to react to me. A tear trailed down my cheek as I remembered how much Megan loved me for who and what I was.

I moved that arm just in time,"No, sorry for even bothering you." I said gripping my left side with my right hand before turning the block and heading for my apartment

I sped up and stopped in front of her. "Please. You don't have to be sorry." I said.

"Too late vamp." I said shrugging past him and winced before walking up the stairs to my apartment

I sighed and watched her go.

I took off my shirt and threw it away since the blood wouldn't come out. I assessed the damage and sighed. I put my shoulder back into the socket and let out a chocked scream and panted, I nearly passed out. I soon cleaned the bloody mess of a body and bandaged myself up

I went home and sat down on a couch in the livingroom.

I took a shower and headed for bed. i hurt too bad to eat anything, I called into work saying I was really sick and couldn't come in. I soon went to my parents house and picked up my three pit bulls so they'd keep me protected.

I set out for work. I had decided to keep the job at the place where Megan worked.

I sighed when I saw the guy that had saved me but tried to stay out of sight but wasn't easy as I was the boss of him. "So we meet again." I said putting a hand on my waist like how Megan did it.

I froze as I recognized the movement that Megan would do. Then I shook it off and smiled. "So we do." I replied.

"So I'm your boss, didn't notice you till now. How long have you been working here?" i asked taking that stubborn pose that Megan did

I again noticed a pose Megan would take and replied, "Only a couple of weeks. When the old boss was still here, Megan. Did you know her?" I replied, blinking back tears.

"I knew her personally." I said licking my lips as I looked him up and down smirking,"Very personally." I said

My eyes widened as I realized what she meant. "That's...nice." I replied.

"Yeah, it's a shame that she died." I said nodding as I headed for my office and sat down to look out the window debating if I should get in his life again
