Allison Wat he'd as she started to paw the ground and not struggle as much. Shaw slowly made her way towards her as the ranch hands kept hold of the ropes so she would get hurt. "It's ok girl, I'm not going to hurt you." She reached her hand out and knew she would possibly bite her.

The mare in a state of panic and fear, pinned her ears and struck out, aiming to bite the girl's outreached hand. the mare was terrified. She was trapped in an enclosed space, with something chocking her, and now another enemy coming closer, about to attack her.

Allison pulled her hand back but still got a small nip. She backed up a little bit to make sure she wouldn't come at her. She knew the mare was terrified by seeing the whites of her eyes and seeing how she was fighting back. She leaned against the fencing and watched as the ranch hands still fighti g to keep hold of the ropes.

The mare only felt the rope squeeze tighter and tighter around her neck. her breathing was very labored through her wide nostrils. Then, the mare came down from another rear and stood frozen, wiht her head low and sides heaving. Her mane was strewn across her neck randomly. She was petrified. unable to fight back any longer. all of the strength had been taken from her, even after the nap. she was tired, and scared. She stood there, waiting for her fate.

She watched cor a few more minutes until finally the wild mare gave into exhaustion. She carefully made her way to the mare and stoped just a few feet from her head. She softly put her hand on the mares forehead and petted her softly. Allison began to carefully take the lassos off from around her neck and let the hands pull them back and leave the pen. She stroke the neck real quick then walked away sitting back down watching her.

The mare allowed the creature to touch her. Her fate was decided and her body was too exhausted to fight back. a little bite would not protect her at this stage in her strength. She continued to stand in the dusty pen, frozen, her legs shaking. She followed the creature with her eyes, but did not move her ears or her head.

Allison watched as the mare stood there frozen in place. She looked arou d the pen and saw the hay bale that was thrown in earlier. She stood up and walked Over to it cutting the twine that bound it together and spreading some out around it. She looked back to the mare and was trying to come up with something to call her.

The mare's eyes followed the creature and watched her spread out the hay. Although she was terrified, the mare's curiosity, and hunger, never left her. She slowly stepped over to the hay, and began to munch. The pinching of hunger in her stomach began to subside.

[Shadow-Walker]

(Liberty?)

Allison watched as the mare came up and began to eat the hay. She gently stroked her neck "You are the most beautiful horse I've seen In those places." She softly spoke not wanting to scare her more and then went over to the rest of the hay bale and sat down on it.

(beautiful name! sure!)

Liberty flinched and tensed her muscles a bit when the creature ran her hand down her neck, but she grew used to it, and actually felt comforted. this was the first time she had contact with anything but metal in about a day, and she had forgotten how comforting it felt.

[Shadow-Walker]

"Good girl." She softly cooed to her as she kept stroking her neck. "How do you like the name Liberty?" She began to look her over and saw a little swelling in her knee and softly ran her hands down her leg to see how bad it was.

When Liberty felt hands run down her painful leg, she turned her neck really fast and attempted to bite the one harming her.

Allison quickly jerked back and fell on her butt when liberty attempted to bite her again. "If you don't let me check our leg I can't make it feel better." She stood back up and patted the dust off her clothes and looked at liberty "I'll let you rest for the night I'll check back tomorrow." She turned around and headed for the gate. Once out she went to the house and fell asleep.

Liberty spooked away when the woman fell down. she watched as she left, and fell asleep again.

(can you please give me a better response than that? no offense but it is responses like yours that gets on my nerves. all it shows is laziness, and provides me with nothing to work with.)

(well maybe you can make it morning or something. or maybe she wakes up in the middle of the night and goes to see the mare. be creative. there are so many possibilities of what you could write.)

The next morning Allison woke up and got dressed into her working clothes. As she looked out the window and could see the new mare who was still sleeping. Allison left the house and made her way to the pen and walked in locking the gate behind her. She wanted to see if the Mare would answer to the name from yesterday. She began to click her tounge a few times and called out the name "Liberty" and waited.

Liberty awoke to a deep and soft ringing in her ear from her gate being closed. She opened her eyes slowly and drowsily and lifted her head. She pricked her ears as she saw the human. Then her ears were delighted with the sweet sound of clicking that satisfied her ears so. She stood there, watching her, wondering what her purpose was being in here.

(she didnt recognize her name)

She smiled when she saw liberty prick her ears toward when she clicked her tounge. She started to walk over to her with an apple and made a soft cooing sound along with the clicking sound also. When she reached her she sat the apple on the ground and started to pet her softly.

Liberty tensed her muscles when the girl touched her again, but then found it calming again. She lowered her head and took the apple in her teeth, and bit off a peice, letting the rest of the apple fall to the ground. The sweet taste exploded in her mouth and the juices flooded her mouth. Liberty slobbered as she chewed the apple, white foam falling from her mouth.
