Heartbeat sat in the nest for a moment before he followed are the strange dragon and his plume. He sat at the base of the cliff and stared at it. Knowing that it was out of reach, he sighed and turned to knaw at an itch. It was then that he discovered that he had a plume of his own. He cautiously bent over to attack it but when he leapt, the plume slid out from under him and Heartbeat landed on the ground. He growled and cahsed the plume around in little circles. After throughly dizzing himself, he sat with his body angled so that he could look at it. He pondered over how he would eventually catch it.

[Stormsong]

(Ummm..... Hello?)

"Sure you want to do that, boy? Your plume keeps you balanced or you'll be cutting your life short." He said and her came closer to his son, smiling lightly.

[Stormsong]

Heartbeat squeaked and leapt up at the plume in a desperate attempt to reach it.

Romeo poked his head from under his mother and scanned the clearing. He spotted Heartbeat playing with a bigger dragon and sqwrimed out from under his mother. He bounded over. "Hey! I want to play too!" he cried.

[Guest]

"Then hurry up, now! And make sure to go back in the nest before Mother wakes up, alright boys?" He said, watching his son Romeo come bounding their way.

[Stormsong]

Romeo flapped his little wings to gain speed but he was unable to stop fast enough and collided with Heartbeat.

Heartbeat cried out and flung his brother from his back. He arched his back and hissed, like a cat.

[Stormsong]

Bump.

[Guest]

"Careful now, boys!" He said and went on crawling up back to his home nest to sleep.

[Stormsong]

"Daddy!" Romeo cried and clawed the edge of the cliff of where he disappeared. "Don't go!"

Heartbeat clawed the Earth beside his brother and make little bleats.
