"Well, I'm the Beta of this pack." Blaze said, sitting with Chakotay. "Blaze can get cocky, but he is brave and strong." I added, nudging my brother.

"I admire his sense of humor. Not his strength." Chakotay muttered, glancing at Durnal wearily.

"I can tell. He does have a sense of humor." I agreed. "Durnal has one to. He's just more fit to be a Leader than I am. Stronger, braver and wiser." Blaze said, nodding his head. "You chose a good pack to join, Chakotay." Blaze added.

(Expect Blaze to pop out of nowhere sometimes, because thats what he does. xD)

"Actually.... I didn't intend on joining it. I was asked to stay a while and then the fire happened." Chakotay looked back on the memories, growling at himself that he hadn't tried to help Durnal more. "I wasn't much help there..."

"Chakotay, you helped a lot. You saved my pups in the first place, you did your best to move the log off of me and you acted like a Leader out there." I assured him, remembering how he instructed the pups. Though I remembered I was the one that got the log off of myself, considering I was the biggest and strongest.

_{Nakomi chuckled, padding over to a river she laid down, watching the fish below swim in large packs. A grin planted on her face, snatching one u p to watch it jump around qildly. Her ears flickered some before ending it's life with a single swipe.}

"Pelican was there, and she could of done that just as good as I can. Better, even." He sighed, and shook his head. "I guess it always help to have another wolf around." He followed Nakomi, watching her with loving eyes. "Your father isn't very fond of me, is he?"

_{Nakomi looked up to notice Chakotay was by her, she smiled shrugging some. " Honestly, yes. But it's only because you and I are...." She laced her ears back, thinking. Then, Bakomi stood up to trace her crown under his neck. Gliding her tongue along his side.}

He licked her in return, going gently along her spine and sighing happily. "We are what?" Chakotay asked, pausing.

_{Nakomi froze, wondering they were exactly. " I don't know. Whatever you wanna be." She told him, stepping back to sit back on her haunches. Glazed honey eyes sparking with curiosity.}

"I'm not sure either. Something I haven't felt before. But whatever it is, I love it." He sat in front of her, deciding to talk with Lucifer later. Chakotay didn't like thinking of her as forbidden fruit, and intended on letting Lucifer know he had no intentions of hurting her.

_{Nakomi nodded, smiling she scooted towards him. Leaning herself against his side. " Talk to my father tonight. It would be for the best." She licked him continously, grinning she pinned him to the ground. Eyes swirling now with a bright blue, she locked her gaze with his.}

Chakotay smiled at her, looking at her blue eyes. He licked her nose, wagging his tail happily. "I will. I promise."

Chakotay groomed the top of her head, smiling. He was happy, happier than he had ever been in his life. The brute moved down to her neck, covering as much as he could

I yawned of boredom before padding up to Pelican, licking her cheek. "Pelican, would you like to go hunting?" I asked, my green eyes gazing in hers. Boy did she have beautiful eyes. "You have amazing eyes." I whispered.

Pelican glanced up at Durnal, smiling she tilted her crown. " Yeah sure love. And why thank you." She stood up licking his cheek.</sub>

I smiled and padded with her into the forest that we now have to call our home because of the fire. Lifting my head to smell the air, I got a fresh sniff of deer. Crouching low to the ground, I dashed forward, leaping over a bush onto a buck, killing it instantly. I dragged it back to Pelican, my emerald orbs glistening handsomely. "Theres one. Lets get a couple more, and give one to Lucifer for his pack." I said, thinking about how rude I was to the older Alpha.

Chakotay stopped, and lifted his head. He glanced around for couple of seconds, before returning to the grooming.

Returning from the hunting trip, I dropped an elk by Lucifer's den and returned to my own. I gave Chakotay 5 rabbits before dropping the 3 deer in the den, and laying down. "You chose a good mate Chakotay." I said.

Chakotay smiled at Durnal, pulling the rabbits closer. He shifted his gaze to Nakomi, nudging one towards her. "If Lucifer accepts me. Even if he doesn't... I'll just have to convince him. I won't let Nakomi go that easily."

"He should see that you are good for her. I don't see what could be wrong." I said, nodding my head in agreement. "But all fathers are protective of their daughter." I added.

"Just wait until some wolf comes along and steals Genocide's heart." He laughed.

_{Nakomi jerked her head up, blushing a bright red when Durnal said mate. She nuzzled Chakotay, rolling her eyes qith a smirk. " Genocide will have a long time before she finds someone. Though, Pelican will make sure whoever that is... Is as loving and protective like you Durnal, and my father." Then she turned her attention back to Chakotay. Russian accent folling the air, " You don't know how happy I am to have you." She whispered.}

Chakotay laughed, licking her ear before standing. "Rest, Nakomi, I will be back in a moment." He smiled at her, and trotted into the trees.
