Dakota's Journey Starts Again (Soul Hunter) [PG-13]
The wind was harsh and strong and the sun had vanished beneath the gret clouds which had rolled in quite quickly. A storm threatened the land with its fascinating destruction, warning others to take shelter. The animals had all run off, nowhere to be seen, but there was one creature who still walked on, determined to make it through the mountains and to the next land. A gorgeous, large white stallion. No matter what one thought, he was a friesian. Despite all friesians havning to be black, he was white. A 3/4 friesian and 1/4 Arabian. No one would notice it, though, except his unique coat. His dark eyes stared ahead as he trotted through the mountain. He had no reason to stay here, storm coming or not. There was no one here in which he needed to help. Or could help. Every horse he had come across her, was starving to death, unable to stand on their hooves any longer. They were already gone, no matter what the stallion did.
One might think that being such a gorgeous, unique Friesian stallion, he'd be cocky, arrogant and wouldn't move even an ear to help someone. But, they'd be wrong. Dead wrong. The stallion's sole mission in life was to help anyone he could. Granted, usually he'd choose a mare over a stallion or a dog, Dakota had helped many animals before. There weren't many as giving and willing to lay their life on the line to help someone. And yet, this certain friesian stallion was one of them. He'd do anything and everything in his power to help something if he could. If he knew it was impossible, he'd leave them be. He wasn't an idiot.
His powerful hooves cracked against the rocky ground as he moved, the ground shuddering beneath the large Friesian. With a snort, he threw his pure white head into the air and leaped down a medium sized ledge, landing gracfully at the bottom. Thunder clapped the sky and the stallion pinned his ears back, moving into a faster trot, lengthening his strides. He knew if he went too fast, he could lose his balance and go straight to the ground. And one would not want that. He would not want that. He could seriously injure himself on this type of terrain. Cause, that injury could hinder him. And surely, somehwere out there, someone needs his help.
Needs Dakota's help.

Reckless, a paint mare trotted along the ledges, she had a brown and white coat with a mixed colour mane and tail, she was a medium sized mare and was known to get into trouble quite a lot, although she had never been on the rocky paths of the mountains before. She was playful as well and a little naïve at times but that never stopped her venturing out to explore the world around her. She bobbed her head a little as she trotted along the ledges quite contently. Reckless was actually her nick name her real name was hard by few and it was usually her curiosity that got her in trouble if anything. Sure enough, she got curious and found a cave snorting a little she reared suddenly when wolves appeared and galloped off getting herself badly injured in her panic and winced at the injury before she turned to the wolves rearing up despite her injury to try and fend them off giving a loud whinny as she kicked at them wincing a little still though and trying to ignore it.

Somewhere on the mountain, Dakota heard the howls and loud snarls of wolves probably hunting down their next food source, but the white friesian thought nothing of it. They weren't near him, and he couldn't help one living thing if it meant a whole heap of things starving to death. Surely that would be wrong, wouldn't it? However, a few moments later, Dakota heard the distressed whinny of a mare in need. Without even thinking, the white stallion turned and galloped towards the sound. Then, surely, just up ahead, a small paint mare, surrounded by wolves, tried to defend herself. Ears pinned back, the large powerful stallion charged towards the the group.
Wolves looked towards him and hesitated, reeling away from them as he came to skid to a stop next to the mare. Then they recovered and growled, baring their teeth and snapping their jaws, lunging at the large stallion. Dakota snorted in distaste and reared, large, strong hooves flying towards the wolves in mid-air. They collided and were spent sprawling back, onto the ground, jaws broken. Two other wolves circled around them, whilst another barrelled towards him, snapping its teeth at him. Dakota stamped his hoof on the ground once before, reaching out and clamping his jaw onto the wolf's neck. It welped and reeled away, whimpering before scurrying off.
The two behind him growled and Dakota pretended not to notice until they lunged at him. He kicked his hind legs out and snapped their heads to the side with his powerful kick. Broken necks. The last three wolves stared at him, then their dead and injured packmates before growling and running off, tail between their legs. Somehow, Dakota had managed to get away unharmed. He was just lucky they were a small pack of small wolves.
The white Friesian stallion turned to the paint mare, nudging her softly. "Are you alright, miss?" Dakota asked softly, pulling his head back, to stare down at her.

Reckless looked to him backing up a little when he reared to give him a little room, she was shaken but looked up at him after everything had finished. “T-Thank you” she said and nodded “A little shaken and a bit of an injury, but I’ll be fine” she said smiling at him as she looked up at him. “I don’t know what would’ve happened if you hadn’t come along” she said a little sheepishly before she flicked her tail a little “My name is Reckless” she said to him politely releasing she had also got herself lost and sighed, she certainly was prone to getting herself in trouble. “Umm do you know where about we are I think I got myself a little lost” she said sheepishly once more. She flicked her ears a little before she looked around for anymore a little cautious.
She waited to see if he would answer limping a little on one foot because she had run too fast on the steep slope injuring her back leg even though the rearing hadn’t helped before she wasn’t used to anyone saving her at all.
(sorry so short)
