Weaknesses:

While generally immune to most magical spells, there are a couple exceptions to the rule. Binding magic can wear her out instantly. Depending on the severity of the magical spell cast - Ceres can either be knocked out cold or have her flying/regular powers limited.

Heavenly Shawl or Wings- Primarily responsible for transportation between Earth and Heaven.

Although she retains the ability to fly without wings - returning home would be impossible.
