Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
The sky that day was full of anger, hatred and sorrow. No one knew why but the few that remained to see the end of the terrible war their bodies broken and slowly their life ebbed away surrendering to their death. One of them a young woman pulled herself onto her elbows blood dripping from her mouth with a once scarless body now riddled with scars, her coal black hair falling in front of her face, panting and gasping for air her mouth wide open as the pale blood dropped out.
She looked up hearing footsteps coming towards her and then suddenly stop, the once innocent eyes now filled with the sin of death and murder. Her barely living body clinging to any strand it could to survive, her razor teeth covered by bleeding lips. Tattered wings dropping to her sides their silver feathers forever stained with the crimson liquid of war, her arms shaking as they held her as far off the ground as they could, fists clenched, her head soon lowered again, mismatched eyes of deep gold amber and the purest of blood red.
She waited “Surrender there is only you left now, what can one woman do?” she head snapped up ignoring the pain that coursed through her body “I’ll tell you what I can do, I can hunt each and every one of you down until your souls are all rotting under the tinted moonlight” she snapped only to get kick in the stomach and gave a grunt of pain and looked to them. She was in no state to be arguing but she wasn’t going to surrender to anything or anyone and nothing would make her she had to live.
“Such a strong will to live despite the fact your broken through and through. Riddled with scars you’ll end up as a shadow”
“It’s better than rotting in hell because of you scum” she said devilish smirk appearing on her face coughing up blood when she was kicked again and wincing when another stepped on one of her broken wings and bit her lip from the agonising pain when they tore her wings out cleanly.
Instead of killing her they pulled her to her feet after tearing her wings off completely bone and all leaving two gaping wounds on her back her slender form cover in blood stained moon pale ivory skin blood dripped down her back as she was taken back. Her head was raised to the sky every time a pair of new wings grew they were ripped out once more. She looked to the chains that held her by her neck and hands as she wore the old tattered clothes wondering what would happen she made no sound refusing any food they gave her she muttered to herself “One month, that is all I have” she closed her eyes and just waited as days passed the sunlight meant nothing to her as she waited making no word to see if she’d be bought.
“It’s better than rotting in hell huh? Who knows what you’ll be used for and the scythe of yours will make a good price”
“Touch my scythe and you’ll regret it” she said no one would even touch it but her something stopped them as though the scythe it’s self was rejecting people they ended up with burns. She just waited too weak to do much more now two weeks had passed and as she took in a breath from the twilight sky her razor teeth showed and a sigh of sadness came from her closing her eyes a lullaby came from the scythe to try and sooth it’s master.
The young woman listened to the sadness that engulfed the lullaby of her scythe the twin silver blades that wept with unseen tears old bloodied bandages wrapped around its black handle there was nothing magnificent about this sight, the broken warrior and the weeping weapon. Her eyes were jaded, she never slept here it was not comfortable her neck burned from the chains. She listened to the entrancing melody of her scythe and soon began to sing a sweet angelic voice coming from her dry throat but the song was sad and engulfed with a deep sorrow.

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
[center]Krystal was running, her booted feet digging into the soft dirt and propelling her forward. Trees loomed above and around her, and she seeded to avoid each one, clutching her bloodied arm close to her chest. Again she attempted to spread her wings and fly, but the immediate pain was so extreme that she cried out involuntarily and pulled them back in tightly against her back, but the would go no farther. The long tear in her left wing deemed them boy useless, and only caused her more pain everytime she tried to fly. Normally, she'd stop to heal her wing, but right now she couldn't stop, and she did t have the energy left to do so without having to stop or to be able to keep going afterwards. And even now, she could hear the bating of the magic-enhanced hounds gaining on her, drawing closer with every passing second.
Her muscles screamed in protest with every step she took, lungs burning as though they had been lit on fire, and every breath that gasped past her lips was painful and felt like a dagger was being twisted in her side.
Her green sword banged against her left knee and she stumbled, but refused to stop. She couldn't afford to slow down, she had to keep going...
Skidding to a stop, her head swung around as she tried to see through her tunnel vision for an escape. The hounds set off another chorus of cries, much closer this time, and panic that Krystal hadn't elf in years flooded through her being. Scrambling towards the nearest tree, she grabbed a hold on the highest branch she could reach and began to climb just as the hounds raced into the grove of trees. Her arm and wing protested strongly, but she ignored them as best she could and kept going, not daring to risk a glance downwards unt she was high out of the hounds' and hunters' reaches. Slumping back against the trunk of the tree, legs dangling on either side of her branch, she let her head fall back and her eyes close, keeping her weight off her injured wing as much as possible. She knew she only had minutes, if that, before they found a way to get to her. Taking a deep, calming breath, she opened her eyes and looked down at the malicious group waiting for her.
The first thing she saw was the hounds. Long, lean, and twice as tall as any average dog, their eyes were blood it and foam dripped past their open mouths, where a red rogue and white fangs were on full display. All of them were growling; some circling the tree, others standing on their back legs withtheir cores braced against the trunk, but all were staring at her.
Looking past them, her gaze took in the group of men who were huddled a ways off, and her hopes at any escape drowned again. Dogs she could deal with; she could take over their minds and convince them to let her go, but she couldn't get them to attack the men who had raised them. Closing her eyes briefly, she tried to asess any possibilities or options she had. All she could think of were two: stay where she was and wait, or give up. Either way, it was the end, but she refused to ever surrender. Opening her eyes again, she looked back down. The men had apparently made up their minds; they had broken apart, and now a lone man slowly loaded his how with an arrow and stepped back, so he was facing her side. Krystal's eyes followed his every move. Lifting the bow, the man carefully lined her up in his sight.
'No, they wouldn't kill me, not yet, at least, they wouldn't get their reward...' she thought to herself, and felt some ounce of dread spread through her. The hounds were called away, and Krystal blinked slightly as she looked down at the man. There was pressure on her mind, letting her know the other hunters were trying to break into her thoughts, so she didn't dare try to break into the bowman's. Letting out a sigh, she let her eyes sweep overthr hunters and hounds again, unable to resist the small triumphant smile. There were only about half as many worn-out hunters and about a quarter of the dogs that had originally been sent out after her. Her smugness was short-lived, however, when a soft woosh-ing sound gave proof of an arrow being let fly. A moment later, sharp, ripping pain exploded throughout Krystal's side, and she let herself willingly fall into the darkness, tumbling down to the hunters and hounds below.
The first thing Krystal became aware of was how cold she was. She was lying on her back, against something hard and decidedly not a mattress. Opening her eyes slowly, all she could see was a dark grey slate color, and it took her a moment to realize that she was staring out at stone. Trying to move her arms, she only decor Ed the clinking sound of chains and a tightness around her wrists. As she moved, a sharp pain spread throughout her shoulders and down her back, moving around to her right side, which throbbed and burned as though she had been burned there. Confused, Krystal looked around, trying to understand what was going on. A moment later, it all came back to her.
Lying still, she felt a cold chill that didn't come from the stone she was lying on seep through to her very core, and her heartbeat began to accelerate. Lifting her head, she looked around best she could but she could see no opening in the walls or a means of escape. Her legs were hobbled to the ground, her arms held in place by chains at her wrists, and there was a dullness of her thoughts that she always associated with drugs. Jerking her arms again, she was only rewarded with another round of pains that left he gasping for air and lying still. Falling back, she stared up at the ceiling, tying to control her erratic breathing and fighting to get through the latest round of pain calmly. Just as she was preparing herself Gordy again, the sound of heavy, booted steps walking down the corridor outside her cellcaught her attention. They stopped where she guessed to be outside her small room, and she heard the jingling of keys before a lock turned and the door was pushed wide open to her right. Blinking against the sudden brightness, she tried to focus onthe two silhouettes that entered the room. One went to stand just out of her line of sight by her head, while the other approached her directly.
"Who are you?" she croaked, suddenly realizing how dry and sore her throat felt. Had she been screaming? She knew by the stiffness in her body was from lying in the same position for days on end, but she could remember any of it. The men ignored her, moving to unchain her. She wanted to fight back, but she just felt so weak, dizzy, and sore that she couldn't find the strength in her being to do so, and her clouded brain was definitely not helping her case.
"Where am I? Where are you taking me?" she pleased as she was roughly dragged to her feet, the hobbles left around her ankles, her arms being roughly restrained behind her back. Her tongue felt fuzzy, making it increasingly difficult to speak, and the room spun as she lurched forward. The two men ignored her first question.
"Just to a new cell, not shut up and be good," one ofthe men razors in an irritated whine, and Krystal fell silent again as she was led away. Her brain barely registered what her eyes were seeing as she was led down a wide corridor with barred, but otherwise open, cells lining both sides, so different from the empty stone room she had previously been kept in.
She was jerked to a stop in front of a farther down cell, and her stomach rolled threateningly at the motion. Letting out a soft groan, she closed her eyes we the cell door was unlocked and thrown open, and she was marched inside, where she was immediaty chained back up once again. Sighing, she watched as the men left her alone in the dark again, the only sounds their echoing footsteps and the occasional groan of the other prisoners.

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
Lifting her head she felt a new presence enter her cell they had clearly forgotten she was hear and the old scythe stayed beside her in the shadows. “I see, so that is how you ended up here” she smirked. She was still not herself but if she didn’t keep herself occupied then her mind would ‘break’ and she wasn’t going to let that happen.
“I can read your name from your very soul but how about you tell me your name yourself?” she asked this creature’s eyes were certainly well adapted to the dark seeing the wings her wings were growing back slowly once more tattered feathers dripping off the bone by now slowly growing more and more. “And as for where you are, we are in the prisons caught to be sold off as slaves, gaurs men, test subjects anything our buyers want” she sounded so nonchalant that anyone would think she didn’t care but this company was bring back her spirit.
A deep chuckle emitted form the hellish scythe beside the girl the one in which no one but this girl dared to touch. They had forgotten about her or rather they didn’t really want to move her. “So, tell me through your words what your name is?” she asked “My name is Ashes” she said using a shorter version of her name. “And this is my scythe…” “Deadly Score…” said a dark but mothering voice, The girl turning to the voice a small smirk on her face.
They could hear the sale beginning just outside, doors being opened and locked with rattling chains dragging the next chain victims to the stage for bidding to begin on them another light chuckle again “Pitiful humans” said the harsh voice.
This creature seemed unphased by the lack of solid food and had figured out now how to colect the souls of the dead slaves to feed on the longer she stayed here in which she usually got a god beaten for if she was caught now and it had only been a few days for her as well.

Krystal could tell that she was not alone in the cell, and her mismatched eyes, one green, one amethyst, peered into the darkness of the shadows as she sought out the other individual who was with her in the eerie, broken silence. After a short moment's pause, a clear voice rang out and Krystal instantly focused on the crumpled-looking figure in the corner. Narrowing her eyes slightly, she watched the creature with distrust. Could this just be a trick? But she found no harm in answering her, so she did, but not her full name.
"Krystal," she said, hating the way her normally clear voice sounded now. The single word rasped past her lips, leaving behind an itching sensation in her throat, and she fought the urge to cough. "And you?" she countered with a question of her own, listening intently to the other's words. She preferred to travel alone, not normally caring much for the company or companionship of others, and it felt like ages since she had last had a true conversation with anyone, and she hadn't realized she had missed it, even as little as she did. Rolling the names she was given through her mind, she went back to the earlier words from the girl, analyzing them carefully. They sounded true enough, so she decided to believe them. There was a silence between the two as prisoners were dragged away, and Krystal could hear voices from outside. Straining her ears, she tried to pick up any words, but the heavy doors were shut once more all too quickly, and the cells were once again left alone to the silence and darkness. So Krystal turned her attention back to Ashes and her scythe, studying them both.
"How long have you been here?" she asked, tossing her head back to flip her long dark locks out of her face, her pale skin and intricate tattooes showing through the darkness. She winced slightly as the motion upset her still bloodied arm and wrenched shoulder, but ignored the pain and fixed the demon-like being with her intense gaze once again.

Seclusion smirked a little her pale ivory and rattled its chains when she moved a piece of hair from her eyes. They pierced the darkness if one looked towards them. She could see every detail, every movement as if the sunlight was bursting inside the cell nothing much escaped such eyes.
“Let’s see nearly a month” she said thinking the cracked velvet voice echoed a little and she moved slightly adjust her crumpled sitting position with one leg out straight and the other propped up with her elbow resting on her propped up knee. She looked to her picking out the intricate tattoos easily in such darkness it did not compare to the deathly shadows over her home.
Their cage door soon opened and dragged to their feet at first not noticing Seclusion but her wings had finished regrown against and dragged on the floor as she was pulled her feet picking up her scythe since they would not dare to touch it. Dragged to the stage the scar filled form of Seclusion was clearly seen now mismatched eyes of such twisted nature rested on her face, a mouth full of pointed razor teeth and blood stained silver wings rested on her back. The singing silver crescent blades made the scythe seemed all the more frightening with its black handle covered in bloodied bandages which now held a slight yellow tinge, like old paper.
She lifted her head with a light chuckle her hair falling back over her eyes and they all stopped for just a second as they noticed something, her chains had become loose, what had she done? her fingers were twitching and someone screamed. "Stop her fingers moving, break them but stop them mvoing, she'll kill us all" they screamed horror filling the voice.

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
Krystal blinked her eyes slowly when Ashes answered her, processing it slowly. "And you have been in this cell the whole while?" she continued, shaking her head slowly again. She would sooner go mad in here listening to all the other prisoners before she stayed so long.
The drugs they had induced her with were beginning to wear off, making talking and movin that much more bearable. But her brain was still feeling fuzzy, and she was finding it slightly difficult to to concentrate, and every so often she would stumble over a word or two and slur her speech.
He echoing sound of heavy doors being drawn open filled the chambers again, and booted footsteps began making their way down the corridor. This time, they stopped in front ofthe cell which Krystal had recently been thrown in. Krystal's body instantly tensed, and her upper lip lifted in a thin, silent snarl. The lock turned and the door was brought open, allowing a pair of men to march in towards the two women. Krystal's eyes watched them both with uncontained disgust, though the drugs still prevented her from fighting back too strongly at the moment, so she decided to wait. They jerked them both to their feet, the men obviously not caring whether they hurt them or not. Krystal let out a soft sigh that could easily be mistaken for boredom. They were marched down the corridor, and she caught glimpses of the other prisoners being held here, waiting to be sold. A moment later they were pulled trough the doors, which closed heavily behind them, and led onto a stage. A sea or people mingled down below, their eyes scouring over the prisoners as though they were market animals to be bought, and Krystal stared back with contempt for them filling her soul.
Krystal was tensed and alert, watching the crowds and waiting for an opening. She was disappointed that the auction was being hd inside, not out, but it was a smart move for their captors. She was also displeased to know that her weapons were gone; as zooms as she was free, she would have to find the armory and retrieve them. A small commotion to the side of her caught her attention, and a smile crept onto her lips. This was what she had been waiting for. Ashes was distracting the guards as she loosed her chains and, for the moment, Krust was able to do as she pleased. Shaking her bangs out of her face, her lips formed words in a long-forgotten language, and her bonds were broken cleanly, dropping to the floor with a clatter. The magic took more energy than she had expected in her weakened state, but she remained standing and alert.
Looking back towards Ashes, a deat smirk on her lips. Why not have a little fun? People were beginning to scream, and Krystal rolled he eyes at them, slightly irritated. A couple of guards started towards her and she tossed her head defiantly at then, letting them approach. Once they were close, she suddenly reached up and struck the first once in his gut, grabbing the pommel of his sword and jutting it forcefully into his chest. He gasped fir air, releasing his grip on the sword and falling back. Keeping hold of the weapon, she parried a strike from the other guard before she swung towards his midsection, slicing cleanly through the armor and leaving a nasty slash across his ribs. Blood gleamed brightly on the edge of the pale sword, glinting in the artificial light. Hearing a groan, Kryst looked at the first guard she had struck down and saw he was beginning to get to his feet. Making a tsk-tsk sound, she smashed her elbow into the side of his head and he slumped limply back to the ground.
Seclusion smirked, her eyes closed unlocking her own chains with the threads and stood up her hands holding her scythe in her usual proud stance and they looked to her as she gave a light chuckle. “Hmm tonight I need to hunt” she said her lips curved into a slight smile and razor teeth showed. She lunged towards another guard and the Scythe pierced the amour with ease and she soon pinned the weak body down and pulled the soul from his body and ate contently savagely ripping at the flame to feed her growing hunger before licking her lips other guards soon backed off in pure fear at the creature.
“How on earth did you hope to keep me chained on my night of hunting...Well answer me?” silence, there was only silence the audience looked shocked at the beautiful creature. She was stunning when she was in this form her limp new wings settled folded on her back growing in strength with each passing second. “How about we have some fun, don’t you think they deserve it?” she asked her smiling a little at Krystal with those devilish teeth showing from her pale lips.
A dark chuckle came from the scythe she held and the silver blades sun blood dripped from them and seemed to be being drunk in by the blades a wolf reflected in the blades lapping at the blood that dripped it look quite frightening to most. "S-Stay away!" screamed one as she walked towards them smirking a little she was still hungry and wanted to get a good meal before she had to leave, this was all sitting in front of her on a silver plate.
The bidders retreated quickly screaming and she just laughed more interested in her pray.

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
The sword in her hands felt strange and unbalanced to Krystal, and she found herself longing for the comfort of holding her own pale long sword in her hands. Shaking her head slightly, she looked over at Ashes once more, who seemed to be having the time of her life with this little fight. Krystal had to admit, it felt food to be and out and stretching our her limbs, able to practice her skills at fighting with either a sword or by hand. She flashed a brilliant smile back towards Ashes.
"Let's," she agreed, lifting her arm to ward off a blow. With inhuman speed and strength, she spun around and smashed her fist into the man's chest, directly over his heart where it was weak. Smiling as he crumpled, she leapt lightly over his fallen form. A small group of guards tried to rush her again, and she rolled her eyes. Lifting the sword she weilded up high, she cut effortlessly through their line, this time moving around their fallen bodies, though she paused to wipe the blood off of the blade across one of the men's tunics. Shifting the sword into both of her hands, she weighted the thing carefully, deciding on the best ways to wield and swing it. It was so unlike her prized sword from home.
Looking around, Krystal's eyes scoured over the chaos going on around her. Several doors led into this room, and she paused for a moment, trying to decide where the armory would be. She would just feel so much more comfortable with her own blade and quiver. A man attempted to run past her, but she was too quick or him, reaching out and grabbing him by the collar.
"Oi, you. Where's my sword?" the man trembled and just shook his head. Narrowing her eyes, she placed the tip of her sword low on his gut, below his navel, and began to slowly apply pressure. Just as the blade began to dig into his skin, he cried out in fear.
"Please, do not kill me! You will find your sword down that hallway, second door to the left, in the weapon's room!" hecries, pointing to a door to his left. Krystal debated this answer for a moment before she murmured a few words in the same old language. The man's eyes widened then rolled back into his head, and he slumped to the ground, unconscious.

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
“Humans how pitiful” she laughed before she sighed appearing to be bored and at her feet there was already a small snippet of what looked like a battle field. She placed her scythe on its bottom blade and sat on the top her wings stretching themselves a screech coming from them. There only lay corpses she had covered far more ground already and was now bored.
She let herself relish in the spoils of the fight she had a glorious meal in front of there “I would’ve much preferred angel souls, even the rotting demons are better than this…”
“A meal is a meal Seclusion, this could last you quite some time”
“Indeed” she answered her voice like the smoothest of velvet almost like silk.
She watched the scene between her and the guard and just smirked before following. “I believe I am also loosing something” she said and just walked into the armoury and closed her eyes briefly and opening her eyes once more before she picked up a pair of dagger matching her scythe and let them rest around her waist before she picked out her old torn jeans and shirt walking off finding a place to change, a smirk came from her as she tossed the rags she had been wearing to the ground enjoying the feeling of her own clothes after so long.
They scythe had turned to a wolf who sprinted past the armoury, past Krystal and to the rotting corpses on the ground in which she fed hungrily and Seclusion walked out and smirked watching. “At least nothing will go to waste” she scoffed a little and sat down in the center of it enjoying the intoxicating scent of death around her.
(Sorry now my best, mind blank)

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
Watching the man slump to the floor, she rolled her eyes slightly. Stepping around him, she drove her temporary sword into the wooden floor of the stage with enough force to make it sink quiet a few inches up the blade. Piles of bodies littered the floor, maybe half of those who had originally been there, possibly more. Even so, the room was now empty, and an eerie silence now filled the big ampitheare where there had once been screams and the ringing sound of metal on metal. Krystal's steps rung out against the wood, as she felt no inclination to try to hide her presence with a lighter stride, and she made her way towards the door in which the man had indicated. She was aware of Ashes following her, but she didn't mind. Reaching the door, she scowled to find it locked. Placing the palm of her hand against the door, she whispered another word and the bolt slid back, the door sliding inward.
Pushing last, she made her way down the empty hallway, past the first set of doors and stopping at the second, turning to her left. This door was also locked, with two bolts instead of one securing it, and Krystal repeated what she had done to the first one. Walking through the now open doorway like she had every right to be there, she paused in the middle of the room, opening up her mind to her weapons. A moment later she moved towards a rack of swords, carefully selecting her pale longsword and it's sapphire colored sheath. The sword's blade was a pale ivory, thin enough to slip past a pair of ribs yet stout enough to hack through the toughest armor. The metal which it had been forged with was a substance unknown to man, and it was nearly unbreakable. Looking closely, the blade was engraved with ancient, nearly invisible ruins that most races had long since forgotten. The pommel was of a darker materi, imbedded with diamonds, sapphires, and emeralds. It was a hand-and-a-half long, so it could be wielded with one hand or both. It's sheath was the blue of sapphires and tougher than normal leather.
Ashes came in after her, grabbing her own weapons and clothes. She left presumably to change, and Krystal went back to the search of finding he yew bow and quiver full of arrows. Soon, her sword hung from her waist, her quiver and bow in place on her back again. Stepping out of the armory, she paused as a lone wolf with the same presence of mind as the scythe ran past. Krystal followed Ashes out onto the stage again, feeling more at ease with her prized weapons.
"Nothing like a good fight," she mused aloud to herself.
That, is seriously not my best.

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
Seclusion raised her head and smirked looking to her and chuckled “Indeed, isn’t that right Deadly Score” she said the wolf lifted its head and a soft mothering voice that contrasted with the hellish tint that sounded like the scythe coming from her throat “Yes, perfect, this is a feast for us” she laughed her blood stained white muzzle soon returning to the corpses that were already rotting while Seclusion ripped at another soul like a beast her sharp teeth found it easy and effortless.
“Well then Krystal, do we part ways here? I do believe we will both be caught once more if we do not remain careful” she said simply to the, what appeared to be young human woman. “Hurry an answer I do not have as much time as I would like and they are drawing closer and closer with each second.”
She could sense the daemons and angels closing in on her once more and for her. Well she was in no condition to fight with countless stitches all over her freshly scarred body. She need to rest, not here somewhere safe where she would not have to worry about such things and she had her job as well. What would they think.. Oh well she was probably fired by now anyway. Lifting ehr head up she got to her feet giving a groan of annoyance and sighed looking to her wings threads repairing and stitching all her wounds together made her ache all over, but it would keep ehralive. She could not afford to die today or any day for that matte she still had things to do in this life.

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
Krystal's attention fell back onto the white wolf, watching as she tore into the flesh of the being. There was a time, she recalled, when the sight of something so grotesque would have appalled her, but those times were long gone now. The sound of Deadly eating filled the otherwise quiet room, and Krystal's mind drifted, already thinking ahead and planning her next move. That was new, too, she realized. Before, she would have just lived for the moment and done whatever she wanted on a whim, but life had taught her in recent years that in order to survive, now, she had to be more careful, to think things through more clearly than before. Stretching her arms up over her head, her head tilting slightly as her eyes shifted over towards where Seclusion sat. One of her perfectly shaped eyebrows arched up at the other girl's question, pulling the end of one of her tattoos along with it. She was usually very careful, at least she was now, but she wasn't about to tell her so and begin an argument that was really not necessary. The only reason she was here in the first place, after all, was because of her so-called 'partner', who had been 'helping' her on a job. Before she could answer, though, Seclusion was speaking again, and it took Krystal a tremendous amount of thought to quell her rising irritation this time.
"Well, I am perfectly fine with travelling alone, but right now times are very dangerous, and I would be a right liar if I were to say that you did not intrigue me. So I believe the decision is partially your's, as well, and perhaps Deadly's, too. I have nowhere in particular I need to go after this, and I would not mind accompanying you to wherever you are headed if you will have me along," she answered after a moment, flicking a fly off of her arm carelessly. Her sensitive ears could pick out the sound of heavy, booted footsteps marching down the corridors, and the sound of metal clanking against metal. 'They sure aren't being very quiet.' Krystal mused to herself.
Standing up, Krystal stretched her arms up over her head again, cracking her neck both ways to release the build-up of tension. At the same time, she slowly began to unravel her wings, letting them grow and extend until they were at their full, glorious length, long feathers draping towards the ground even when she raised them up high. The different hues shimmered in the artificial light. Krystal grimaced slightly at the stiffness in her injured wing, the right, and slowly let it drape down until she could reach her arm across to run her fingers lightly over the injury. Whispering a few words in a sing-song tone, she continued trailing her fingers over her wing as the torn wing began to knit itself back together cleanly. A moment later, the repair was done, and Krystal stretched her powerful wings out again, revelling in the power she felt course through her mind and body and enjoying the feel of having the full extent of her power once again.

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
“Noisy bastards aren’t they” she laughed and smirked a little to herself “I’m having a feast tonight, might need to store some for my next feed” she laughed and stood up rustling her wings and Deadly walking at her heels. Her eyes froze and she watched as her wing knitted its self together. “How odd, you are rather interesting yourself Krystal” she said simply. “My full name is Seclusion, if you’d rather use that, and I’m heading to my old apartment, you could spend the night, since there is a spare room.” She said trying to be nice. She stood up and looked to her “How about we run this time, I’m stuffed” she said and simply ran out stretching her wings and headed to an old building settling down inside an arum lily ‘flower of death’ sat in a vase on the table in the living room. The place was barely liveable, but it was enough for her. She didn’t really mind. Heading straight to bed she was on asleep and Deadly showed Krystal where the spare room was, her motherly voice somewhat soothing to anyone it seemed, which was rather odd considering who her companion was.
(sorry, epic fail... I'm having an off day... also teh storm was false alarm, turns out the weather got it wrong again...lol)

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
Krystal just flashed a brilliant smile towards the demon-like girl, seeing how her gaze fell upon her wing as it healed itself. Flexing her wings one more time to make sure the one was fully healed and she had regained her full range of motion, she nodded once and let them slowly shrink back to her shoulder blades, where they joined the vast range of tattoos. For now, she was satisfied, though she couldn’t wait to get out and test them out for real.
“Seclusion,” she said, letting the name play over her lips for a brief moment. It was definitely fitting, she finally decided. Her eyes lifted and met Seclusion’s, before lowering down to Deadly, and she nodded once more, following the two as they left. Stretching out her wings again, she lifted herself up into the air with two powerful down strokes, testing them and working out any stiffness or kinks, before she lowered herself back to the ground to follow the odd pair on foot. Walking inside, her eyes adjusted to the light quickly, and she took in the small room in a single glance. It was dark and bare, the only life the “death flower” lily placed in a vase in the middle of the room, which was ironic because of the flower’s name and reputation. Seclusion headed straight to bed, which didn’t bother her at all, and Krystal slowly followed the large white wolf into the spare room. The motherly voice she spoke with was strange yet calming, and slightly alluring, to Krystal, and she felt at ease with her, for the most part. Setting her pack onto the floor, she looked around briefly before looking back at Deadly.
“Thank you,” she said, her clear voice still slightly raspy, which bothered her immensely, and she shook her head slightly before settling her gaze on Deadly again. For one brief, idiotic moment, she felt the odd urge to run her fingers through the wolf’s glossy white coat, but she pushed the thought down.

Seclusion didn’t wake up until the next night, her wings moved first giving a screeched as they stretched to flapping once in the air with a groan her body moved itself, she got up had a shower and then walked out drying her hair looking to the spare room. “Oh that’s right, Krystal is in there” she said to herself yawning she search the cupboards pulling a flame out she chewed on the flame happily as she woke up.
She smirked settling herself in a chair and looking to the Arum lily, “Hmm maybe some Calla(Arum) lily tea would be nice for a change, I miss it’s sweet taste” she said thinking to herself waiting until Krystal walked through “How are you? Nice sleep?” she asked her, piercing mismatched eyes scanning her and looking into the very depths of the girl that stood before her.
Getting up she plucked one of the lilies petals, swirling round endlessly, she then just boiled it in some milk before she added some powder, a strange almost black powder to the strange concoction before she put it in a mug and sipped it giving a pleased sigh. “Sweet” she muttered and Deadly jumped up and had a sip as well. “Not as good as Kana’s “ she said

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
Krystal lay in bed for a while after she woke up, just staring up at the ceiling. She was so happy to be out of that pest infested cell, away from the negligent humans. As she lay there, her mind wandered again to her ‘partner’. She had to figure out a way to deal with him; she didn’t exactly forgive easily, and that little rat deserved everything she planned to do to him and worse. She was a sort of ambassador, really, trying to keep peace between allied races and getting them to help each other destroy their enemies yeah stuff like that…
She had had a partner, named Daren, but he turned out to be a worthless little rat, actually relaying information to people who hated her and helping to get her captured.
Krystal was aware of Seclusion and Deadly moving around in the living room area, and she slowly swung her legs to the side of the bed and sat up, looking around the small room again. Changing into a fresh shirt, she laced up her boots and stood, joining the pair in the bigger room.
“It was good,” she replied to Seclusion, stepping towards her. “And your’s?” she asked, looking from Seclusion to Deadly before sitting down. Watching Seclusion boil the water with the lily leaf in it, she rolled her shoulders back to relieve some of the tension that had built there.
“Some kind of tea?” she asked curiously. She had heard of people boiling flower leaves to make a tea, but never leaves from an Arum lily…

Seclusion then put in the petals and let them boil, “Very good” she said and watched them boil the liquid turning a creamy colour due to the petals, these were lilies from her home so they react differently having grown on the nutrients from the dead of her race for several years. She poured it into a mug and drank the sweet liquid contently leaning back against the counter.
“Want me to help with your revenge? You seem to not like this person called Darren, used to be your partner when he is actually relaying information to your captors, am I correct?” she asked looking to her with eyes that pierced into the very depths of someone’s heart, as if they could dig up every dark secret you had.
“And it’s actually a medicine, the arum lily has certain qualities which help me with my illness, I can’t eat solid food at all, so this helps me get the nutrients I need as well as calming me down a little. So it’s sort of like a medical tea I guess, but my race use to drink it a lot, because it’s such a sweet tea” she said before She gave what was left for Deadly to drink since they both liked it “Want to try a bit” she said having poured some in a second mug just encase. “It can be manipulated as well, to be a poison or a tea, I prefer the tea personally” she said although she knew how to make both, you simply just had to add a bit of the main stem and that was the poison. “Best thing is as a poison it tastes no different”

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
Krystal arched an eyebrow up at Seclusion, listening to her. Her own mismatched, green and amethyst eyes met her gaze with just as much intensity as the look she was being given. Tossing her long dark hair over one shoulder, her strange tattoos showing brightly against her pale skin, she shrugged.
“That’s most of it, though it isn’t quite as easy as that, leitheoir aigne,” she said, which meant ‘mind reader’ in another language, while she carefully began to set up defenses around her mind with magic. Even though she didn’t have very much of anything to hide, it was a strange feeling for her to not have control over anything, especially when it came to her own thoughts. It… unsettled her.
Krystal watched as Seclusion drank the rest of what she called the ‘medicine tea’. She was definitely an interesting creature, her and Deadly both, and Krystal found herself wondering once again about her. She had never met anyone like her, and she was quite intriguing to Krystal. Smiling, she declined the tea. “Oh, no thanks, I’m perfectly fine,” she said, after listening to Seclusion explain the tea and the poison. She really had no appetite at the moment, and she knew from experience that she could go without eating for days at a time, anyway, so she was quite fine.
“As for you helping me with my little upcoming project, I guess it is totally up to you. It might get a little boring, but it should definitely be much more fun than anything else, and I wouldn’t mind you coming along at all,” Krystal said, smirking a little as different scenarios ran through her mind. Yes, it would be a very fun time, for her, at least.

She looked to her “I’m not a mind reader, I’m a soul reader there is a difference, a child at birth can do it in my race mine is just a lot more accurate for example I can read your entire history, figure out your next movements, read your darkest secrets and many more things such as weaknesses and emotions.” She said simply. She rustled her hair and gave the other mug to Deadly who gladly lapped up the sweet drink. “So you can last for days without eating huh? I only have to eat a soul once a month and I’ll stay alive” she said simply.
“And I’m sure it will be rather entertaining, I have nothing more to do plus I need to brush up on a few skills of mine, maybe your friend can help me” she said referring to Darren. “Bu let me warn you, turn on me and you’ll be my next meal, I don’t take betrayal lightly unfortunately for most.” She said smiling a little.
“Also anything I should know before we start, for example do you know his exact race and can you confirm it?” she asked her, “If not then I can easily figure that out when we’re near him” she said smiling.

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
Krystal’s eyebrows arched as she listened to Seclusion, resisting the urge to roll her eyes at the demonic-like girl. “Extra-special you,” she said with a bored, lilting tone, though she wasn’t being rude, it was just her nature. She shrugged slightly.
“I suppose. It depends on what I do. The more energy I spend, the more often I have to eat, and the less I do, the less I eat,” she said simply. She conserved calories much more efficiently than humans, and expended less energy than humans, and needed nutrition less often than them because of it. Her exact breed was undefined; from years and years of crossbreeding from humans trying to generate the perfect “humans” before the Rebellion…
Krystal just flashed a bright smile at the girl, her fingers drumming lightly on her pant leg. “I’ll be sure to keep that in mind,” she said, though she was perfectly certain that she could take perfectly good care of herself. And besides, she had no reason to turn on the girl, and she certainly was a hypocrite…
“He’s one of those ‘shifter types, the purebred ones who only have one form… Which is a falcon, by the way… Perfect for a spy,” she shrugged again.

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
“You should think before you say such words, the rest of my race is dead” she said simply a saddening tone in the background of her voice. “Hmm probably one of those ‘perfect humans’ they tried to create before the rebellion” she said “typical creatures” she muttered and rustled her hair a little.
“and that won’t be a problem, I can see the soul of my prey easily so he shouldn’t be too hard to track down, in fact, I can sense him on the roof, shall we go say hello before he flies off?” she asked before she began taking a short cut to the roof by pulling herself up to it just for fun and looked to him “Hey there, how are you-”
She stopped and her eyes grew angry, “You…” she said angrily tempted to just snap him in two right there and she hissed angrily.
“How dare you come near here, I’ll rip you to shreds you damn traitor” she snapped angrily at him.
She lunged at him and forced him to turn into his human form, she was furious Deadly ran up the other way through the door and she snarled at him seeing how angrily Seclusion was.

Krystal arched an eyebrow slightly, saying nothing as she stood up slowly to follow Seclusion up onto the roof. She stopped, tensing, and Krystal frowned slightly before slowly easing herself around her and Deadly. As usual, her entire body trembled in anger, fire coursing through her veins when her eyes landed on the dark-haired man sitting casually up on the roof, his usual cocky smile in place. Krystal could tell Seclusion knew him from her words and actions.
"Wow, you really are just not liked, are you?" she said, perfectly at ease on the outside if it weren't for her furious, mis-matched eyes that glared angrily at him.
I'm sorry... My muse is gone, for all my topics right now...

Re: Never Surrender(Mature, Reseved for Echo)
Seclusion snarled angrily and lunged pinning him “What have you done this time you bastard, I feel hungry so I’m tempted to make you my next meal you traitor” she snapped. He’d lead to the destruction of her home he told them where her family had hid, where they all had after she had trusted him with such a secret promising he would help her, instead he destroyed her completely. Deadly snarled as well and then snapped at him angrily before Seclusion lowered and threatened his neck with her teeth angrily, she really did want to kill him there and then. But after snapping abck into reality Deadly looked to Seclusion and spoke "His not worth it, he could burn in the lowest depthsof hell and it still wouldn't be worth it" she said and Seclusion bit his neck hurting him and making sure he was pain as well.
She pulled her teeth away and snapped angrily before she kicked him as she stood up not giving a damn whether he was hurt or not. "What do you ahve to say for yourself you cocky bastard, doen messing with others lives yet?"
(She's really angry...lol)

Haha, I can see that. We can both sorta play Aaron (like, he can be an open character, so in our respective posts we can add in thoughts, actions, words, ect., as long as we have a general idea of his personality and character), or just one of us can play, or we can trade off. I personally would rather go with the first, but do you have a preferance?
