A Deadly Friend, A Deadlier Enemy ~ Mature ~
Ser-Shaeras. It literally translated into ‘Truth-Betrayer.’ She’d been locked up now for 10 years, and as she walked the deserted streets; the rain pitter-pattered off of her skin. Despite how much rain was coming down, she wasn’t getting wet in the least. Shaeras’s one, glowing red eye stared out around her, analyzing everything and anything around her. After 10 years of being dormant, it was ready to commence in the damage it’d once promised this world. Ser-Shaeras was ready to come back into the light, ready to kill.
Legends of her mighty escape from the twisted government’s wrath had already spread like wildfire, and rumors and odd fairytales had been added onto what really happened. And even though enough provable knowledge was present, not one person believed that she was a humanoid to be fear. Not one of them knew how deadly she was with just her bare hands, how many people she could kill in, seemingly, a snap of her fingertips.
Ser-Shaeras had waited. And waited. And waited. But she was done waiting now. Her slick black hair was tied up into a ponytail, swishing nonchalantly behind her as she continued her easygoing stride. The uncovered mechanics in her forehead, left chin, and one of her fingers, as well as her right ankle and left elbow, one oddly placed right above her left hip, were twitching and sparking in the rain, though they weren’t damaged. Truth be told, the twitching and sparking wasn’t the rain damaging the mechanics, it was the mechanics damaging the rain. As soon as the rain neared the radiating heat of the constantly working mechanics, it evaporated instantly, sizzling before disappearing.
Shaeras turned the corner, her feet landing in puddles that lay almost everywhere around her. It was annoying, really. The rain, she meant. After 10 years of being locked up with nothing to do, she had decided to come out on a rainy day. She shrugged it off, her red mechanical eye observing everything, making the sounds of a drill as the insides (that were invisible to the human eye) moved in and out, like a perfunctory telescope. Ignoring the fact that the eye was sending electrical currents to her brain (which wasn’t there anymore—it’d been placed by gears that made her body work, and instead of being controlled by a ‘greater’ source, she was independent of anything) telling her something was nearby that shouldn’t be.
From her palms sprouted ten-inch daggers, and she walked casually down the streets with these throwing-knives down by her sides, her arms swinging casually. Her metal clothing was infused with her skin, making it appear as though she was more robot than human—which was partially true, but partially not. Rounding the last corner, Ser-Shaeras stared at the man who was in the corridor, garbed in a black cloak.
“I see, we meet yet again,” Ser-Shaeras commented, her voice sounding the slightest bit mechanical, but otherwise soft and melodious, much like an angel’s would sound. “I thought time would’ve destroyed you by now. But it appears you’ve waited for me. How thoughtful.” Shaeras’s words oozed with sarcasm, as a small pop! resounded in the alleyway, signaling she’d disengaged one of her throwing knives, bringing her arm back and chucking it towards him. “I’ve missed you.” She smirked, the gears on her uncovered mechanics on her chin moving slightly.
[ This is, obviously, a mature post! Replies should be at least this long, please. ^^ I’m hoping for an action/romance sort of thing, but more action than romance, if you please. All right, hope I get some responses! ]

Leaning against the brick wall in the ally garbed in a black cloak with the hood up, you could just barley see forest green eyes behind the hood and shaggy ink black hair. The young man was around 6'1 one with broad shoulders and abs that girls drooled over and guys only dreamed of, lots of scars scattered over his body along with different tattoos, one was a black and red cross on his right bicep, while another one was Rebel in Spanish across his left shoulder blade, a lo of them were old gang tats, under the black cloak he was in a plain black shirt and ripped jeans and boots, his jeans wet at the bottoms-not that he cared.
Why was he out in the rain? Well he was waiting for someone. Besides a little rain never hurt anyone right? Especially when you were already dead, no he wasn't a vampire, he was something way better then a dead person that apparently now sparked in the sunlight and married human chicas. Nah he was a fallen angel, he was just like a normal person but with wicked cool wings that were black with a blood red tint to them, he was faster then most and stronger too but most the that was true before he died and got sent back on earth as a fallen angel. He could still get hurt and do everything he did before, he just had wings now.
Hearing the person he was waiting for rounding the corner Zach grinned cockily and pushed off the wall, the hood still hiding most of his face. Hearing that smooth angel like voice, he just grinned more arms folded over his chest. "Ah well you know chica I just had to come see you, besides shouldn't time have gotten to you too?" His tone was cocky and full of sarcasm, hearing the pop sound Zach grinned a little more watching her and her arm.
Watching the dagger as she threw it at him, the young man moved to the right a little, eyes on the dagger in a split second he grabbed it before it would have sank between his eyes. Chuckling he looked over at her, his hood falling off "Ah now baby what kind of greeting is this? Throwing daggers at me" He had a 'tisk tisk' twirling it between his fingers, With a cocky grin Zach looked at her his hair getting plastered to his face twirling the dagger between his fingers in a relaxed and cocky matter.
(Blah! Sorry I had it then lost it >.< But here ya go! 0

[ lol thanks, it’s great! ]
Ser-Shaeras stared angrily at him, her second dagger retracting. She should’ve known that he would be a bit too advanced to be so easily hit by her daggers. She grimaced, and replied with a bit of edge to her voice, “Of course, but you forget one vital thing.” Ser-Shaeras smirked at him and crossed her arms, the mechanics twitching momentarily, sparking and fizzing with the water droplets. “I’m not human.” Shaeras chuckled.
Ser-Shaeras rolled her eyes, “Back to the ‘baby’ again, are we?” She said, her tone dripping with sarcasm, and a bit of returning malice. She remembered him from a long time ago. Their last encounter hadn’t gone over to well. It’d ended up with her trying to kill him, but it hadn’t worked very well. He’d definitely changed.
“So, why exactly,” Ser-Shaeras commented, curiosity sparking itself inside of her, as her one vivid green eye searched her around, the red one analyzing him, making sure he wasn’t planning on attacking her, “I sensed you. Why were you waiting here? I didn’t expect—well, I did—but I didn’t expect you to be waiting. As I remember, you aren’t the most patient man.” Ser-Shaeras chuckled slightly, taking a step forward.
“After ten years, I find it amazing that you even remember after all this time.” She shook her head, “But tell me, are you still considered a…human?”
[ oh gobbbbbb I'm so sorry Dx I failed. ]

Twirling the dagger in his fingers Zach grinned looking at her, shaggy hair half covering his eyes getting plastered to his forehead from the rain that was still coming down. One eyebrow raised he looked at her "Oh yeah? And what am I forgetting?" He asked then chuckled at her answer. "Oh trust me, I haven't forgotten that babe. Besides thats something thats hard to forget" He pointed out his tone sounding cocky and slightly lazy, like he was just here for a good time.
Shrugging with a grin Zach looked at her "It's more polite then a couple other words that come to mind" They were almost waist deep from all the sarcasm from both of them. Last time they met went from bad to worse, and ended with her trying to kill him, no that she did but that was besides the point. His black wings with a blood red tint to them were folded loosely against his back under the shirt and cloak -that wasn't doing a real good job of keeping him dry but whatever.
"Why what?" He asked back slipping the dagger into his pocket and folding his arms loosely across his chest waiting for her to finish, as she looked around her with her real eye the red one still was trained on him. Head tilted to the side a little with now a amused smirk on his lip Zach shrugged again "Your right Im not, but I figured you'd either want to talk or finish was you tried to do back then. Not that you can really kill me or anything but yeah, you can try" With a shrug he smirked looking at her dark green eyes flashing amusement in them.
Her last question made him laugh and grin looking at her "No baby Im not considered human anymore...Im better then that....What you could say a fallen angel" Shrugging he didn't unfold his wings just looked up at the sky then back at her. "Im getting out of the rain and getting some food, I've been waiting on you for a while now and Im hungry. So you can either come with me or try and kill me, but I'd rather you not kill me right now" Walking past her and out of the ally Zach pulled the hood back up and started down the sidewalk to a little dinner.

Re: A Deadly Friend, A Deadlier Enemy ~ Mature ~
Ser-Shaeras was getting annoyed with him as he twirled her dagger nonchalantly in his fingers. Her red eye continued to scan over him until she found nothing else that would give her an advantage over the situation. Ser-Shaeras clenched her teeth. It annoyed her how friendly he was acting with her. ‘Babe’ this and ‘baby’ that. Ser-Shaeras was only getting even more vexed each time he opened his mouth. However, she decided she wasn’t going to let him get her peeved. He should know more than anybody how dangerous—and admittedly reckless—she was when she was angry. And if that was another thing he remembered, he could easily use it against her.
Ser-Shaeras grimaced, “Oh, so you’re saying you’d rather call me a bitch? Because honestly, at least you wouldn’t be lying.” Ser-Shaeras followed the dagger from his fingers to his pocket, and she sighed heavily. He wasn’t going to let up, was he? Probably not. Knowing him, he was stubborn and got his way regardless of who he had to push down to get there. Shaeras, of course, would be one to know this better than most people would.
“Of course I’m here to finish what I started!” Ser-Shaeras snapped, her voice filled with outrage. She continued to listen to him, and with each word, her fists clenched farther. She brought back the dagger from one of her hands, and she sighed deeply. Rolling her eyes, Ser-Shaeras decided to ignore his statement. Or, at least…most of it.
“Better? I think for you, better would be dead,” Ser-Shaeras said calmly, meaning every single poison-inflicted word that came from her mouth, ignoring the sparking and fizzing of the gears that kept buzzing in her ears. Despite the fact that it was getting annoying, she wasn’t going to let her known temper get out of hand.
“And you think you’ve been waiting for me? I’ve been waiting ten years until my damned electronic body to let me be able to get out of that damned state of dormancy! And here I am, and there you are. And—” Ser-Shaeras whirled around as he walked past her, her anger boiling. “Oh, so now after ten years, you complain about having to wait for me, and you just turn your back on me to get some food! I don’t’ even need any food!” Ser-Shaeras said, following after him with long strides that made it easier for her to catch up to him.

Re: A Deadly Friend, A Deadlier Enemy ~ Mature ~
Zack placed a hand over his heart looking at her in mock hurt "Hey now, be careful, you'll hurt my feelings" He couldn't stop the grin that came out after.
Hood up Zach strolled past Ser as she started talking more like snapping at him that she had been waiting on him. Rolling his eyes, he made his way down the sidewalk and glanced at her over his shoulder. "You may not, but I do and Im hungry, so Im getting some food, you can sit and talk, it won't kill you babe" He flashed her a cocky grin. Knowing she was almost to the boiling point, past that she was one scary chick but he wasn't worried about it.
Getting to the small diner he opened the door and walked in pulling his hood down and grinning at one of the waitresses. Slipping into a empty booth he thanked her for the coffee that she poured into a cup and placed it in front of him. Taking a sip he looked over at Ser "So how have you been? What do you think is good here?" He asked scanning the menu and drinking his coffee black.
(Sorry couldn't think >.< )

“Oh, yes, really,” Ser-Shaeras snorted. “Because you’re not a heartless beast.” She rolled her eyes as his smile, which she found pretty cocky, but she didn’t comment on it. He would do what he wished, and she couldn’t stop him from doing that. He often did that. Something went into her heart as she remembered the old times they had together, before she’d tried to kill him. He, after all, was part of the reason she was the electronic monster she was today. She would never forgive him for being part of that accident, even though he was only the most miniscule part of that accident.
“Oh, it won’t kill me?” Ser-Shaeras said sarcastically, “Maybe not, but there’s no guarantees you won’t.” It wasn’t to her liking that she’d ended up following him all the way to the entrance of the restaurant. The both of them gathered a lot of stares. They were a very odd couple to be seen, anyways. Even though Zach had a hood to cover his wings that were noticeably there, he was still getting glances. Ser-Shaeras was getting even more glares, most of them rather unpleasant, but she could care less, her red eye scanning the area.
She sat down on the other side of the booth, crossing her legs and sitting up straight, and rather stiffly, if anything. Unlike Zach, she ordered nothing. “Eh, like you care,” she said softly, but she told him anyways, though her words were oozing with sarcasm, “I’ve been locked up and dormant for ten whole years. Not much has been going on.” And she eyed him when he asked what was good here, she chuckled. “I don’t eat very much, so I wouldn’t know.”
