"Neigh but lets hang out." She says before starting to groom his shoulders as if he was a friend of hers. *Was he?* She thought for a moment but pushed the thought to the side and gently scratched him every ones in awhile while grooming.

Arrow moved aside. "Hey... hey. Were not that close. This isn't actually hanging out." He said nervously. "Were not mates." he muttered. He pawed the ground. He moved away, head and taul down, embarssed that she was suddenly being so nice.

She shook her coat, "Well you don't know what's like being in a herd then do you? We groom each other weather closer or not, we help each other out whearther where friends or not, where just one big happy herd." She explained but when he said the words mate she stiffened and side stepped, "I didn't mean that way!" She yelled slightly then walked away from him...

Arrow sighed and moved across the stream. He hardly trusted anyone. Was he really ready for this? Am I? He thought silently and shook his head. He'd probably leave tommorow morning. He hardly trusted anyone.

The old lead mare walked to him and apologised for his rough welcome into the herd, "Hey sorry about all that, things will smooth out if you give it time colt, oh and one of the other young stallions around your age asked me if you'd exapt his challenge of a practice fight. His names Clyde he is the white one over there." She said before going to her mate.

Arrow turned around to see a stallion nodding for him to come over. Nodding, he walked towards the stallion and bowed his head. "I've heard you want to practice fighting with me." he said respectfully.

Clyde bowed, "Yes, I figured I'd make friends with you, this is Mike, Dakota, and Flame." He introduced his friends, "I wanted to invite you to our practice fighting." He said smiling at him friendly.
