I enter the clearing and look around. I couldnt see anybody for miles. I feel a sharp pain in my womb and nicker in pain. i pace around, glancing at my huge belly. "i...i need some privacy..." i walk over into a small cave and lay down. I could feel the foal moving around, wanting out of my body. "im trying to get u out!" i say. i roll over, getting the foal positioned correctly. i lay flat and contractions come. i try to push but i wasnt ready, my water hasnt broke. I stand up and walk in circles.
An hour later, still nothing was happening. I walk out of the cave and struggle over to bayou. i was gonna need his help. "ive been in labour forever but my water still hasnt broke....i can feel the foal moving but nothing is happening!" i cry

this was also my first foal so i didnt know what advice to give her. "ummmmm......." i panic "just wait, it will come when its ready. i will be here to help if u need me" i say assuringly

"Oww!" i fall down in pain and my water breaks. I push and push and the sac appears. i keep pushing and two legs appear. I grunt as the head and neck emerge. i push with each contraction and neigh in pain as the foal slides out all the way.
